Nice one. If I were Siasia, I would pair Iwobi and Iheanacho upfront in Rio |
oshotemi19:Yeap. Real Madrid were "Baled" out |
Image123:What did he say about it? Please include reference(s) When it comes from him it carries weight. He's the president and commander-in-chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces. A strongly worded statement is something you say to someone when he's misbehaving with the intent to provoke change. It said such a way that the recipient(s) knows you mean what you said. It's clear and leaves no room for ambiguity. Did bill leave you with the impression that the FG will negotiate with the Land Owners and pay whatever price agreed? Does it leave room for the owner to decide not to sell? |
Image123:I never said words alone would suffice. I said in word and in action. By words I do not mean pleas but strong-worded statement coming from the President himself. @bolded Did you read the contents of the Grazing bill? |
Chuksemi:Are you a consultant? |

Basically, if you work for one of these 25 companies, you’re going to pull in a six-figure salary and probably some pretty nice perks, although the report doesn’t look at that. So let’s dive in and see where – and how – employees are making the substantial money this year. Where did Glassdoor get this information? From "salary reports at companies in which employees have anonymously and voluntarily shared both their base pay and other forms of compensation (i.e. commissions, tips, bonuses, etc.) over the past year." The Highest Paying Companies Out of the 25 companies on Glassdoor’s list, 20 are in the technology sector. So if your skills rank high on the geek scale, you could end up living out what your classmates may have said about you in high school: “One day we’ll probably be working for her anyway.” The top-paying company on the list isn’t a technology firm; it’s a consulting business. A.T. Kearney pays a median salary of $143,620. Add in bonuses, and somebody at the middle of the pay scale can plan to make $167,534 (median means half the employees make more than that). The second highest is also a consulting company, Strategy&, which has a total median salary and bonuses of $160,000. Coming in third for the same total compensation calculation is a technology company, Juniper Networks, which pays $157,000. Consultants McKinsey & Company come in fourth, with $155,000. Google is fifth on the list, with median total compensation of $153,750, and we’ve all heard about the crazy amazing perks that come with a job there Here's the complete list: 1. A.T. Image123:Ofcourse, they are not all guilty. I already stated how it could be knocked off. Once it's made clear in words and action that the era of impunity is over, they'll chill. They need know Nigeria values humans more than cows. And that violent actions will incur grave consequences. They are the ones that should make the adjustment not Nigeria. Can't they do their business in peace and where they are conflicts engage dialogue? P.S. The arrests should continue but they shouldn't stop there. Prosecution should follow. If they had be doing this it won't have gotten this bad. |
Image123:The solution is to knock off any feeling of entitlement they may have. The bad behaviour stems from the fact that they know they can misbehave and get away with it. The average Nigerian Citizen doesn't have a right to carry guns or dangerous weapons. Why should they (Herdsmen) have? Pipeline vandals destroyed pipes and have been branded terrorist (rightly so). These Herdsmen destroy lives and properties why shouldn't they be called terrorists? Rather the Government wants to reward their brash acts by giving them lands they didn't buy. Are the cattle owned by the government? Are they not private ventures? I doubt they even contribute to the economy by paying taxes. First, all dangerous weapons should be seized. Any of them caught in possession of such weapons should be arrested. Next, the president should make a strong-worded statement that any violent herdsman will be treated as a terrorist henceforth. You'll see them behave |
joborskill:Cattle rearing is a private business venture. It's not done on behalf of the Government. So like every other private venture if they want a land they should negotiate and pay for it. P.S. Come to think of it, do these herdsmen even pay tax? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. |
onexile:Between 5 to 101mb depending on the video format. My advice is to download 640*360 MP4 (about 32mb). You'll strike a balance between video quality and size. |
obiremy:The Heat no be here |
NTAChannel5:U suppose know na. Abi no be NTACHANNEL5 u bi. |
Someone said, "I will treat pipeline vandals as terrorists." Why shouldn't the same treatment be extended to these herdsmen. Rather I hear they are plans to give them lands they didn't buy. I don't want to think the President is tribalistic but his silence is deafening |
dacovajnr:U're actually the one lying. I know you don't like her. Nevertheless, don't misquote her. Read this carefully: "Having said that, I turned down taking a photo with him and the police commissioner this afternoon. One of his people took a pic of him AND the commissioner with me in it and my people insisted they delete it. Not because I haven't forgiven him, I just don't need the extra drama" The key word is "AND" not "OR" |
In Asa's Voice Tell me who's responsible For what we teach our children? Is it the internet? Or the stars on television? There is fire on the mountain And nobody seems to be on the run Oh there is fire on the mountain top And no one is running One day the river will over flow And there'll be nowhere for us to go And we will run, run Wishing we had put out the fire |
modath:From one of most objective persons on NL. |
Most of the comments here left me shaking my head. I'm left with one submission: there's a dire need to introduce Critical Reasoning into the Secondary School Curriculum. |
greggng:Who confirmed it, Did u? |
Motherfucker2:She never threatened to end his career. These were her exact words, "Abeg, make I leave you alone before I mess up your career or image." Bros, how is this a threat? |
sarzy:add getting married |
parisbookaddict:I'm with you on this. Jesus himself said, "It is not what goes into the mouth of a man that defiles and dishonors him, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles and dishonors him" Matthew 15:11(AMP). The emphasis here should be moderation. |
hmuhammad:Nigeria is not sick, really? @bolded That's the hallmark of addiction. Yeah, Addiction is a form of sickness. That said, I don't like IMF loans. They come with very unfriendly conditions. |

Integrityfarms:U're missing the point and U can't just assume lying was her way of life. I know truthful men who are not Christians. That aside, she had a choice to either tell the truth or lie and save the spies. She chose the latter and was rewarded for it. Not only was she spared but she is in the genealogy of Jesus. That raises doubts about what you said about no condition justifies lying. |
Zenzu01:This story sounds familiar. Hope it's not fabricated. However, note this: with God, the motive and attitude with which an act is carried out is more important than the act itself. |
Integrityfarms:@bolded Really!? How about Rahab and the Spies? |
HardMirror:OP, I understand u. U want a miracle that can't be credited to chance. In my case, I have experienced an instant miracle so I know God is real. The sickness left one second after I took the communion. It's been 14years and I haven't had a reoccurrence. Unfortunately, I can't prove it to you. I can only hope u experience same. In the meantime, have a look at this video and let me have your feedback. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84gfo8TKdl8 |
Is this group still functional? |
Petroking:U don't misquote people and call it fact. Linda never promised to end anyone's career. She said, "Abeg, make I leave you alone before I mess up your career or image!". How is this a promise/threat? |
repogirl:Don't mind them jo. These people can't read and comprehend. |
