ib22003: Nigeria has no laws that makes woman not to perform as humans. Uae has those law and there are doing better than us. so you see they dont relate. I'm with you on this. I'm not aware of any law preventing a woman from being all she wants to be (at least here in the south). A woman can vie for any position in this country. |
Politics › Re: Senate's Rejection Of The Gender Equality Bill: Nigerians React On Twitter by P0intBlank(m): 11:20am On Mar 16, 2016 |
macaranta: This matter is somehow...women want to be equal to men when its convenient. for instance,in a technical work environment you find the men doing the heavy lifting...at that point women won't want to be equal to men. Same thoughts here. If they want equality, are they ready compete on all levels? E.g. If we are equal why have 100m Men and 100m Women? Why not have just one 100m race for both men and women and see how they fare. In Tennis, they complained Men were earning more than women but they forgot Men played 5 sets while women played 3 sets. If they want equality it should be wholesome not only when it's convenient. |

CFCman: Lol. You obviously know that every defendant/accused person has the right to an attorney? Don't you? Well, I know. It doesn't necessary mean that he should put up a defense. The attorney can ask the defendant to plead guilt when obvious and not waste the court's time just as in d case of Ibori. |

datola: Liars or Lawyers are the most corrupt professionals in Nigeria always hiding under the veil of an accused is innocent until proven guilty. They forget so easily the maxim: he who comes to equity must come with a clean hand. It's obvious Saraki's hands are not clean.
What most of these so called Senior Advocates of Nigeria knows best to do is intimidate, bribe and practice ocultism.
Buhari put it rightly when he said and I quote "judiciary is my main headache. More Like Senior Adversaries of Nigeria. It's hightime lawyers who knowingly defend criminals had their licenses revoked |

Mrs jadekitana, for the records, OKPO doesn't mean prostitution in my dialect.... it's either your level of comprehension is too low for you to ask the meaning before spewing trash with your fingers or that you are too frustrated in reality which makes you unstable to be on a public forum ... you were neither mentioned nor quoted, I see no reason for you to direct that piece of crap at me.. continue your display of stupidity on every thread... ain't gat no time for biiitches. Christianity Etc › Re: How Giving Just N200 Got Me N5000 by P0intBlank(m): 12:42pm On Feb 25, 2016 |
K9Uneet: Sometimes I ask people a very simple question. Would they still give money to the needy if there was no hope of getting a reward from Heaven? Most people actually give in the hopes that God would bless them. I see that as a business venture. If you can give without any hope of repayment from God I'd respect that but giving because God said you should give and He will bless you. . . Abeg gerrrout! @ Bolded What's wrong with that? God doesn't have a problem with that. Why should you? It's only a problem when you give to men and expect men to reward or praise you. |

HonPatrick: Like what the Bleep is wrong with some ladies?
Okay, she's my official girlfriend and her birthday was yesterday, so I took her to a Boutique to get her some things she requested. I told her I have just 30k to spend, cos I know she can buy things worth 80k if you're not careful. At the end of the whole *Bae, am I beautiful?*parade the sales attendant calculated the total sum to be #29,500.
When I checked my pocket, I found out that I had only 29k on me. I forgot we bought fuel on our way. So, I told my girlfriend to borrow me 1k...and I promised to return later in the day, but she said "Babe, I swear to god, I don't have any money on me at the moment" So, to safe the embarrassment, I went to the ATM to get more money. We paid and left.
To cut the story short. When we got home, she went to ease herself in the rest room, while I was in the living room. Then her phone began to ring so, I opened her bag to get the phone, but I was shocked by what I saw. I saw 1thousand naira notes inside her bag. Na so I vex comot all the money put am for my pocket. Later, she come dey ask if I took any money from her bag and I replied "I thought you don't have any money on you"
I returned the money though, but I've been angry since yesterday.
If you were in my shoes, will you continue with this kind of relationship or not? This relationship is parasitic; proceed at your own peril. |

everyevery: Time and chance happen to them all Bro, I feel u. The New Living Translation puts it beautifully: I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time. A day of favour is worth more than several years of labour. A contact with grace will leave you dazed. We just need to be in the right position so we don't miss that divine visitation that was meant for our transformation |

Acidosis: I'm not bitter, what I gave and what I got is not the issue here. There is nothing wrong in giving a buddy a used item but packaging a fairly used outdated item for VAL's present is what I find strange.
No one is complaining about the money or costs. That money could have gotten a new phone (not necessarily an iPhone). The same money could have also gotten a brand new Gucci wristwatch or something.
Would you accept UK used shirt from your boyfriend as Val's gift? The receiver ain't complaining. Why bother? Besides she knows her man. I'll rather have a used Iphone than a new Tecno. |

yeah, I'm sticking with him tho. He recently told me of his dream where we got married and had a baby girl, lol. @ Bolded That's so cool. There's a lot to love about him. As for it being the same with both males and females, I'm not so sure. At least for me, if I'm in love I can tell you why I am in love. Maybe because men are more logical. Moreover, I don't fall in love, I grow into it. |
Romance › Re: How Do I Tell Him That I Am Not In Love With Him? by P0intBlank(m): 9:47pm On Jan 30, 2016 |
Amberon: You haven't asked too n questions. Here is what you need to know
I like him as. friend and care a lot about him. I don't have feelings for him. I've never imagined us being intimate nor am I sexually attracted to him.
I just loved my ex for apparently no reason. It wasn't like he was superhuman or anything, I just had these strong feelings of attraction and selflessness towards him. It wasn't about money or anything of that sort. Definitely not his physical appearance.
Love isn't something I can explain. Thanks for shedding more light. What I can deduce is that a woman has little or no control over who she falls in love with. If you're happy with the current situation then stay but if you're not then leave. Cos If you're frustrated you would sooner or later make him frustrated too. A broken relationship is always better than a broken marriage. |

Hermionegranger: There are so many things to love about your boyfriend and I'm very sure he knows you don't feel the same way and that's why he doesn't want to make any sexual moves because he's waiting for the feeling to be mutual. Why You are yet to fall in love with him is because you have subconsciously refused to move on from your ex who probably doesn't care about your existence right now...you said under your other moniker that he(your ex) doesn't deserve you then stop wasting your feelings on him and give in to your boyfriend before it's too late..by then, you'll neither have him nor will your ex come back to you. Humans can only be patient for so long before they get sick and tired of waiting. I'm with you on this. If her current boyfriend were to suddenly change she might discover she had actually loved him all this while |
