Richintak was quite right to question the evidence presenting in the beginning of the thread- it was clear the atrocities were committed by the pro gov't forces.
The situation of the immigrants caught in that camp is quite another story.
I have to ask what foreigner stays in a country in civil war, especially when their own gov't offers to fly them back home.

But having asked that, I feel a full investigation has to be done about this situation.
And justice to these victims served.

This vas deferens is the tube that is cut and tied to prevent Fluid from coming into urethra and this procedure is called vasectomy.  The Spermatozoa in their jouney down the urinary tube are mixed with other liquids - seminal fluid and prostatic fluid to improve certain things.
Fluid production continues even after vasectomy, but the Spermatozoa stagnate and die and they are reabsorbed into the body.No problem although complications can occcur some times. No problem for IVF but fluid has to be obtained by aspiration - that is sucking out with a needle.

In both Gospels, the advice is to give to the poor.

You insist that Jesus' emphasis is giving to the poor. I said Jesus sympathizes with the poor but that's not/never his emphasis.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said that growing humanitarian shortages in Libya demand urgent action and appealed to the security council to be "responsive" to requests from the transitional authority for funding.
