Khalifah7459: IRCC don give me breakfast this morning Reasons: • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. • Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). • I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: Oluwa o! What’s happening nau? I’m so sorry about this. Please order your notes ASAP to know what next to do. It will end in praise |

CharitoJames: I am not working on anything for anyone… if people don’t have empathy to understand that i got a refusal and coming here to inform you people isn’t enough… I decided to rest small and all i get is people forcing me to talk about it::: How many people will come here to say they were refused? I also mentioned waiting for my notes. Do you know what i am passing through? How has your own attitude helped me? Did you read the message you are responding to to see what i said to him/her? I am human too and don’t expect me to be perfect.. because i am not. You people should free me. How are you doing? How are you coping? Abeg no take am too much on yourself, everything will fall in place. God bless you and direct you to know what next to do. It will end in praise. |

bepositive11: Exactly. The delay is mentally draining and some people even have to put their life on hold because they're not sure of what's going to happen next.
Apparently, processing time used to be 4 weeks before covid. I hope it goes down again soon. Even if it's because more people are applying, they should hire more staff to meet the high demand. Yes you’re right. They’re short staffed |

CharitoJames: No one will refuse you without eligibility starting. If it doesn’t start, how will they know if you are eligible or not? Lol… it just shouldn’t take time but some applications are complex hence a lot of confirmations will be required My first application, eligibility didn’t start before I was refused... abi e start for background? Even my second application sef, eligibility has not started. |

bepositive11: I wonder. They should make their process faster. Even 13 weeks is too much. Exactly Tbh even 3weeks is too much sef. When you check someone’s application and it doesn’t meet requirement, just give decision. Did you know some people eligibility will even start and still get refusal? And I used to hear that once eligibility starts, chances of approval is over 70% So what’s the point/need for all the delay? |

bepositive11: That is what I'm saying. Those applications that look weak ass to you are still approved because the profile matches what they're looking for, but those solid applications are refused because they don't match what they're looking for.
PPR comes easy for people who match the profile they're looking for and that is what I mean by quality. When you study PPRs, you will start to see some patterns. Its quality over quantity for them. They're not trying to approve everyone. So what is it they’re looking for that will take 7,8,9-10 months before they approve or deny? At least if one doesn’t have what they’re looking for, they should deny within the shortest possible time so you know your stand. Abeg make them getat... |

Debbieeeeeee: They’re 100 percent desperate to get more people in their country, under population is a problem for them. I have seen genuine and very solid applicants get denied and I’ve seen zero efforts get approved so please forget this your quality over quantity. Because the Uk is allowing students come in they’ve lost their lustre? The Uk has always been kind to students but not visitors, it’s just the situation(inflation, lack of employment & insecurity) in this country pushing everyone out that has made it very evident that people are leaving the country. Students have been going to Canada, usa, Uk and other European countries for many years but because a lot of people are struggling to leave at the moment it has made it more evident. Lol me I’m even tired sef. He should ask himself if he’s not “quality” enough to be approved at the shortest possible time. Which one is quality? To hell with their quality |

Anon123: I think you have a 30days period to submit you passport for stamping. What I will advise, is you submit your passport and get your visa in your hands first. Then wen the admission drops, you send to Ircc but it also means you will have to wait till nov or December to fly if your update admission letter start date is January My study permit application hasn’t been approved yet. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Pace6: 11:39am On Sep 22, 2022 |
CanadaInJesusna: Can someone please explain. I checked my profile this morning and saw profile updated/new message. I then clicked on to check application status and I didn't see any update or message. Check very well, it may be that your medical was passed or eligibility has started. If they had started before you saw a message, maybe a ghost message. It shall end in praise |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Pace6: 11:33am On Sep 22, 2022 |
Anon123: You made the mistake of not updating IRCC of changes in your admission start date or even told them you have started classes online with your enrollment letter.
You just have to submit your passport as the embassy will issue a visa start date from the date of that September intake.
It will obviously not cover for the entire period on the updated admission. I already deferred my start date due to delay, I do not have a new LOA yet, do I still need to update IRCC that I already deferred? Or wait till I have a new LOA? Thanks for your response in anticipation |

Uzoamaka123: Hi guys .
I got My PPR yesterday.
I joined This thread in December 2021 and part of my goal for the new year was to relocate to Canada. I dint want to pay an agent so I was determined to gather every info possible that will help me apply by myself. From December 2021 - May 2022, I read this thread everyday.
First thing I knew I needed was a company to pay me salary and I got one and started building the salary account since January -May (4 months bank statement).
I also informed my sponsor (brother) early in the year so he was saving towards my application.
When I was satisfied with the 4 month statement of account from both myself and my sponsor without showing lump sums, I decided it was time to apply for august 29th resumption at uni of Regina.

Predator188: OK... I had the same issue sef It is not a problem though.. I did some research previously some claimed the system sees it as a different person..thereby generating new UCI number...
What to do.. this person should raise a webform write a letter tell ircc that you wish to submit your biometrics information that the biometrics information was not seen at the online account, quote previous UCI and current application number..DOB and country of origin.. That you enclosed the biometrics letter for reference purposes ... Attach the biometrics letter with letter merged together..
They may also update it by themselves without webform but this might cause delay in processing..
What will happen, possibility is that they will merge the two UCI numbers in one biometrics information and validity .that meaning the person will now have two UCI numbers.. BVL when available will now have current UCI number and current application number...
Webform: Description; i wish to update my biometrics information Attached biometrics validity letter.. Thank you very much, God bless you. |
