I think if they have done this immediately after the formation of Ametekun,it wud av yielded a desired results.But the governors allowed the security situation in their zone to degenerate to something else prompting a private citizen to single handedly formed a vigilante group called ESN to salvage the situation.And the majority of the people in SE region now see him as a Messiah for doing this.So the formation of this new security outfit seems to rather come too late n may lead to frequent clashes with ESN in future with grace consequences to the region.

But Boko attacking a remote town where they know there are no troops is not evidence of its 'superiority' over the Army, it is evidence of its cowardice.

But an attack that lasted more than an hour couldn't attract the presence of security forces? So the entire LGA can be burnt down unhindered by unscrupulous elements and army cannot send troops to defend the citizens simply because it's a remote town?

But I wondered why you people are trying to equate IPOB with Boko Haram n ISIS!
ISIS from the beginning was a terrorist group which was not looking for any independent from any country.They look forward to overthrowing a democratic/secular government n install Islamic Republic.And so was Boko Haram from inception.Thats why they fortified themselves militarily n otherwise.
But in the case of IPOB,I think sometime around 2016 or 2017 wen dey started dis dia agitation for self determination,I passed through their region,Enugu to be precise.I saw them in large number singing n marching peacefully along the road with Biafran flags in their hands.They didn't disturb us till we drove pass to Benue.
But if dey now said dey av formed a vigilante group,ESN to protect their land against herdsmen menace,we should take them as a mere vigilante group which they said they are n not a terrorist group with sophisticated weapons.
But if some of them have been found with sufficient evidence to be responsible for spate of attacks on police stations n it's personels,then those involves should be delt with as just individuals criminals in accordance with our constitutions.
But up until now, authorities (Fed/State) av not come up with a sufficient evidence linking IPOB to those attacks, expecially Imo state command hqtrs incident.The chief security officer of the state says the attack was carried out by political thugs n not IPOB.And leader,Kanu equally issued a disclaimer.
So for a whole revered Nigeria military force to rejoice n throw party for killing an ordinary leader of a vigilante group,makes me to weep for my country, Nigeria.So if it was Nigeria military of my uncles' days that participated in real time war operations in Sirrea Leone,Zaire, Liberia and Iraq n came back conquerous,Op wud av asked State to declare 7 months public holiday for celebration.

But sometimes,I wonder who did this to us as a country.How can somebody ordered the brutal killing of a promising young man like that in a federal institution(if it's true) and nobody cares to ask him anything? Instead,after some years,he is rewarded with a ministerial position.

never said anything about such, besides its the woman's predecessor who is at fault. Most schools do this with high hopes that the course will be accredited the next year but NUC and their big head usually fcks shit up.

Then after a year without accreditation,the school authority should have discontinued with the programs and the affected students redistributed to related department.But they allowed the program run for more than four years n now saying trash.The new VC was part of the previous Administration.My response to you was because you and others were trying to put the blame solely on the students for not cross-checking the accreditation status of the courses first before seeking admission into it.The bulk of the blame should be on the school authority who scammed the students into such programs without telling them the true situation of things concerning those courses.
