@Ndu_chuks u keep claiming rigging. . but it can be seen who rigged. . .clearly from the last words of the dying man that it was the CPC. . . From under age voting to forcefully intimidating workers to vote/thumb print for CPC. . Frankly speaking Buhari and Bakare have blood on their hands. . and i do believe that u are a heartless individual. . no more jokes pls. . . No ones ambition is worth any life The problem for u going forward is that most Nigerians from the SS, SE, SW, and NC. have such a bad image about u and your kind and it will be hard for u to get to power in the center after this. . I suggest that like the yoruba. . u concentrate on cleaning up your home states. . in the far North. .before u dream of ever ruling Nigeria again afterall charity begins at home u are only showing to the world how barbaric your kind is. . .at the end of the day Most of Nigeria will move on and continue to prosper The choice is yours. . . Nairaland is a yoruba owned website. . . Most of the innovations and good things happening in Nigeria is done by the south and middle belt. . whether music, movies or even soccer why not make yourself useful to Nigeria for a change Let the hausa/fulani man invent something. . .be productive. . .go to school. . .be a force for good in Nigeria Instead of this evil we see on a recurrent basis May this young mans soul rest in peace. . . and may God have mercy on you and your kind. . . . cause vengeance will surely come for this soul |

Kobojunkie is an unemployed man living in Ohio USA(the worst state in the union i may add). . who recieves welfare checks and has too much time on his hands she poses as a female on Nairaland. . and argues blindly most of the time Now most of u should just ignore her. . .i did so long ago when i realized i was talking to a braindead. . .brickwall. . . before the elections she was busy defending IBB. . .when IBB lost she switched to Atiku In the past she has never seen anything good that Fashola has done in Lagos when we provide links of Eko Atlantic city and light rail projects she insists the Governor is not touching the lives of the people. . Take any rational point of view and she will delight in taking the opposite that makes no sense. . . she might actually be boderline insane. . but thats Neither here nor there most unemployed people in the USA have mental issues. . so again, ignore the junkie. . |

ndu_chucks: Ndu chuks. . i voted in Lagos and Jonathan won Lagos fair and square. . .Now i see Lagos as a mini Nigeria. . . the win rate in lagos for PDP was about 60%. . same as the national rate honestly Buhari was lucky to even get 1 vote in alaigbo. . .goodluck is fanatically supported by the igbos In my polling unit in Lagos. . .about 40% of those who came out to vote were igbos. . i know cause they spoke igbo The point i am trying to make is your man lost fair and square. .so tell your boys to cool things down or else we may be forced to take laws into our hands. .over here down south I wasnt in the country in 2007. . but i heard the elections were the worst in Nigerias history while this one of 2011 is adjudged as the best. . now i cant recall any riots up north against yar adua. .when buhari lost in 2007. . u see we see through all your facade. . and behind it is the born to rule mentality. . couched neatly in a religious toga that wont fly today though. . .we have no fly zones in libya and UN troops in ivory coast while Kenyan politicians are being held in the ICC. . So again tell your politicians to put a leash on their attack dogs. . cause they will be consumed by the evil they sow. . i wish u GOODLUCK in the next four years. . . . |

SAN FRANCISCO, April 17, (THEWILL) – With almost 36 states reporting their results for the 2011 Presidential election, THEWILL can conveniently project that incumbent President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will win the Presidential election defeating his closest rival, General Muhammadu Buhari of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC). THEWILL’s projection was made following exit poll numbers from the election with more emphasis on the core northern states where the CPC candidate has his strongest support. With the results from Katsina, Kano, Jigawa, Sokoto, Bauchi, Kaduna, Zamfara and Kebbi already in, General Buhari has been unable to erase the massive deficit handed him in the South South, South West, and Middle Belt, where he was unable to win a single state. With results from Yobe, Kebbi, Niger, and Borno still being expected from the core north base of Buhari, even if he wins 90 percent of the votes, he still has a huge deficit to deal with. However, President Goodluck Jonathan from the exit poll figures available to THEWILL, won in the entire South except in Osun State, where the Action Congress of Nigeria candidate, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, scored his only victory. Goodluck Jonathan also won in two northern states; Kwara and Adamawa; and the Middle Beltan states of Taraba, Plateau, and Benue as at press time, plus scoring the highest number of votes cast in the election. Dr. Jonathan also easily fulfilled the mandatory 25 percent of the votes in 2/3 of the states of the federation as required by the constitution Voting in the election was however done along ethnic and religious lines as voters from the predominantly north voted for Muhammadu Buhari, a retired army General and Muslim, while the predominantly south voted for Goodluck Jonathan, a Christian from the oil rich Niger Delta area. http://thewillnigeria.com/politics/8256-THEWILL-Projects-That-Goodluck-Jonathan-Will-Win-Presidential-Election.html |

Meanwhile accreditation before voting means that only the number of people accredited will vote. . . eg if 133 ppl are accredited in a polling unit of say 600. . .then only 133 ppl will vote and results for that unit cannot exceed 133. . . ppl just shout rigging as if people are zombies. . . For one Ribadu is not a popular or good candidate to begin with He also messed up by agreeing to stand down for buhari who is loathed in Lagos(For canceling the lagos Subway project in 1983) That turned a lot of would be ACN voters off. . and most voted for PDP. . . Also Lagos is 40% igbo so they pulled their weight too. . . Jonathan scored over 1Million votes in Lagos. . thats no mean feat. . and cannot be explained away by useless conspiracy theories |
