Man would be man. Someday some E-zionists will claim Nairaland for their own. Seun beware undecided. E-colonization is a reality.

I Agree With The Work Part. Its Quite Tough Without A Good Graded Degree or Relevant Skills. But Do Not Misinform People About The ATM Part or Sex. Its A Lie. Besides I Know A Couple Of Bright Nigerian Boys Working Here. There's A Guy With Here Setting the Pace @CA- Computer Associates. There are also Several Nigerian Lecturers Here.

What Do U Mean By The Sex Part?

She has enough problems in her hands now. There is a serious case of abuse and molestation in her School in South Africa. That should keep her busy and less time for her make up. Heard in grapevine that she's a "work of art" better not seen in the morning. Shes a Halloween Icon.

Hush Hush dont tell anyone I told U lipsrsealed.

@laudadale, u have done a good research. I like it. Its not easy gathering all that info from several sources. Good work. Id suggest that u compile your findings into a small handbook of inspiration or even a blog for the next Independence Day. It would inspire at least one person.

It sounds silly but at least it would be something positive. A little of these positive things everyday and we will get somewhere.

I still believe a revolution would start from Nairaland. A revolution of the mind. The next generation is a virtual generation. The K-era is more spiritual than physical. We can win this battle. I have taken mine to that domain.

Politics › Re: Nigerian Build's His Helicopter! by Pain(op): 2:38am On Oct 23, 2007
I am happy. Nigeria can only be great when we all head back home and contribute. I swear all the negativity will die down in the face of Positivity. I am advocating an exodus back home. The knowledge era must not leave us behind. We are going to be the outsourcing hub of the K-era.

Please lets not confirm or buttress another White Man's Theory of - "Blacks Never Read". I mean, it's just a few paragraphs.

Chika Mordi,Olorogun Oterga Emehor . this names what do they know about telecommunication. telecommunication is more than Ford, American Express and Cocacola. Let the truth be said. Transcorp would not make profit. It still have the NITEL in them. I can turn around transcorp in 2 years, and give them more than 10 million client in two years. How, I know I can beat Adenuga in his gain. Like I always say What does the age of Methuselah as to do with the wisdom of Solomon. Your decisions determines your destiny--

I just do not think Transcorp can pay me. If they can break the bank hard. I dey here. I would show them my pay cheque they most pay more. that is if they no run away. My price is high. have they heard of Profit sharing. Soup which sweet , na money kill it. I am looking for an opportunity to go one on one with Adenuga. I believe I can out smart Adenuga and his team. Adenuga is too smart. I will run MTN and globacom out of the market in 2 years.

Politics › Lets Redesign The Nigerian Flag by Pain(op): 1:32pm On Oct 19, 2007
Hello Fellow Nairalanders and "Virtual" E-Senators. I Advocate a Re-design of that "Bland" Green with a slash of white.

Its high time we the youth take our destiny in our hands. The flag was designed in the era of crayons using little creativity. Now we have access to Software.

Lets start a Creative,Constructive, Competitive Campaign and Pass it to the "Brick and Mortar Senate". I still believe that Nairaland is bigger than the Senate. The Virtual (Spiritual) Senate Supercedes the Physical.

Now the Current Flag can Grow "Green" with Envy.
Politics › Re: Taiwo Akinkumi Should Stop Blackmailing Nigeria by Pain(m): 1:24pm On Oct 19, 2007
I Advocate A Redesign Of The National Flag. There are enough graphic arists on this forum. Lets start a campaign that would end up in the Senate. Akinkunmi used Crayons now there are Softwares.

And Hey, this Forum is even bigger than the Senate. When do we start submitting the new designs?

TV/Movies › Is Joost The Next Big Thing? by Pain(op): 11:19am On Oct 19, 2007
Joost is a system for distributing TV content and other forms of video over the Internet. Joost is the pet project of Zennström and Friis who were co-owners of Skype. Friis and Zennström received part of a $2.6 billion cash payment when eBay bought over Skype in 2005. Joost began development in 2006. The development team comprised of about 150 software engineers from around the world. Most of the development and marketing costs were most probably taken care of by the windfall.

The project is currently undergoing beta-testing and has already drawn close to a million users. There are currently 1500 TV shows and 250 channels on the Joost Site and still growing.

With all these developments and many more expected to unfold, one might ask: What is the implication on the entertainment and the advert arena?

You can visit the Joost site for a feel of what it's all about
