VeryWickedMan:I really want to cuss you out but I suspect you have typed this out of ignorance. Use Google to educate yourself about the struggles of a sickle cell survivor and maybe you'll learn to show empathy. Think before you type. |
VeryWickedMan:Dullard + ignorance = wasted life |
1stGenAmerican:You are a grade A f00l! You said the western countries only reveal a fraction of their evidence to the defendant but then drop a shocker in court. Thats absolute rubbish. |
1stGenAmerican:Again what kind of a lawyer types this rubbish? Have you ever heard of something called Disclosure?! In 'western countries', the prosecution dont spring surprises (what you call a shocker) on defendants in court. That goes against everything the justice system stands for. You are a fantasist! |
Vatsyayana:Comprehension. The quack lawyer said people dont get arrested on mere allegations and I responded that people get arrested based on reasonable suspicion/probable cause. Cant you mofos read?! |
1stGenAmerican:Good. So why have you been asking the silly question why Ekweremadu's lawyers havent come out to deny the claims in the daily mail. You lawyer hat should tell you they dont have to and probably dont read all that nonsense. They will be busy preparing a defence to refute the claims in court |
Vatsyayana:slowpoke. Reasonable suspicion/probable cause to arrest is what I wrote in answer to the quacks claim that in sane climes they do not arrest on mere alleagtions. Learn to read, comprehend and engage your brain before opening your mouth |
1stGenAmerican:You are definitely not a lawyer, maybe a tea lady in a low level fim in some backwater US city. You only need reasonable suspicion /probable cause to arrest. These are very low bars. Millions of arrests are carried out based on mere allegations. |
1stGenAmerican:do you argue your client's case on social media/blogs or in the courts? |
InvertedHammer:People wont understand this. I was on trial in the crown court last summer and whilst I was on the stand, it got so comical that at some point I started laughing at the story the well spoken prosecutor was narrating even though I was facing 6 charges and prison time if convicted. The prosecutor look at the facts of the case and come up with as plausible a story as possible. In court, lawyers dont say maybe, they say things ike they were there and saw it happen. |
1stGenAmerican:I doubt you are a lawyer. Any sensible lawyer should know these are just allegations and not hard facts. |
1stGenAmerican:Then you are a terrible lawyer. Do you argue your clients cases in the court of public opinion on social media/blogs or in the courts? |
Discountsempai:They are illiterates. They dont understand how the Supreme court works. They think its one man just making decisions. |
seborrhic:Tribalistic fool! |
Emu4life:Are you dull or just trolling? Do you understand the offside rule? |
Patriot9:Or fake news. £10 for a brioche loaf? Big lie! Why didnt the blogger provide the name of the store? |
ashawopikin:You are ignorant and refuse to be educated |
Deed of lease doesn't mean rent. It is used for properties where ownership of the land on which it is built reverts to the land owner (landlord) after a specified number of years e.g 99 years, 999 years. |
i just dey laugh as i dey read this thing because no be curse, last last you and your brother go chop breakfast. No matter how useless, rubbish, evil e.t.c. you think you immediate family members (blood) are, they will always be better than any stranger called wife or girlfriend. Tell your useless wife to apologise to your brothers wife to make 'peace' then concentrate on your children and brother and any other family members you ove. These ones wey e be like say una wives don see una finish, if they start dem attack, na only your chosien deity go fit save una. Looks like your brither is the bigger MU.MU. I really cant stop laughing |

Ishilove:its not dishonesty, it is capitalism. A seller can mark up the price of his/her prodcut by however much they desire. It is for the buyer to decide if it is a fair price. |

Temi2468:Cant you use your brain guy. Sanusi was in banking since 1985. Can you 'enter' banking in 1995 and become an ED 10 years? |
https://www.nairaland.com/7122238/mob-action-witnessed-lagos-2/5#112789210 North, south, east or west, same bloodthirsty Nigerians will be found. |
Just thinking out loud here. Whats the difference between the killers of these two 'theives' and the killers of Deborah? Imo absolutely no difference because both sets of people are barbaric, blood thirsty and have taken the law into their hands to punish an alleged wrong. And dont tell me shit about robbers. You cant hate them more than me having being a victim too many times including a crazy period where I was visited 3 times in 6 months. |
Why does it look like he just signed for Arsenal? ![]() |
Charlex23:Jesus is Lord! I use my towels for between 3 and 5 days. I have quite a few and wash them all at once. That reminds me, its Friday got to change my bedsheets. |
Towncrier247:I have children but I dont expect to become a burden to them. Once my health starts failing (hopefully when I am much older - Dont eally need to here longer than 70) and I have become a burden to society and my loved ones, I will book a flight to Switzerland for assisted dying. i know its easy to say this now as self preservation will naturally kick in but this is my plan. |
myke92:I have no reason to lie. I am not claiming to be a saint and after peservering for a few years after our sex ife dried up, I looked outside and didnt look back. i was determined to stay in the marriage even though it was dead for the salke of the children (dumb move). She was a good woman for many many years so a good partner can go rogue. I can understand people can stop loving each other but I can never get over the thought of a woman i had been with for 22 years (dated for 9 years - we were teenagers when we started) had no qualms about sending me to prison for her new flame. Those were were the worst 2 years of my life. No home, had to move into shared accomodation, something I had never done in all my life in the abroad , had to sell my car and, took on so much debt to pay almost £20,000 in solicitor/barrister fees, took a second job doing 12 hours night shift in a factory. All this was going on with the prospect of prison time and a criminal record. Those were really dark days and I contemplated suicide. The ironic thing is, it was a woman who helped me through those very dark times. i honestly believe if that woman wasnt in my life in that period, I wouldnt be here today. I know this is a bit off topic. I am sorry but this is like therapy for me.. |
Bro whatever you do, do not, I repeat, do not get married! You will always regret it. I love my late dad, he was the best dad anyone could ask for but if I see him in the afterlife, I will ask him why he never told me the truth about marriage and advise me no to get married. Love someone (with sense), have children, live together but never ever sign your life away. Finally do not let any woman you are with know everything about you. The first thing that deteriorates after marriage is your sex life. I think its a psychological thing. Maybe the subconscious feeling that you've both got each other for 'life' messes with the brain. I was married for 14 years. My ex-wife started a relationship with a work colleague and a month after using the police to kick me out of my house, the dude left his own family and moved into my house. I was charged with several offences for an altercation I had with the guy when I caught him in my house. My ex-wife (we were still married at the time) the mother of my children came to the crown court to testify against me on his behalf. The jury saw through their lies and determination to send me to prison and acquited me on all charges (over 5) Its been a few years but I still shudder at the thought that I believed so much in this woman and chose her over my own siblings. Attached is msg I got from her this morning. This is despite her taking the house which I put down 66% of the deposit. This woman earns almost double what I earn and I pay her over a quarter of my net earnings for child maintenance. You'll probably still go ahead and get married but its almost guaranteed that one day in the future you will look back and wish you heeded the advice of many people who told you not to
