If you're thinking of enterprise development and big data, java is the best. If you are thinking of ML and data science then I'm afraid to tell you that Python does it well.

I'm a java dev, the learning curve of java is steep but it gives you solid foundation of programming, you can pick Python and feel great in short time with java knowledge but that can not be said of Python.

Pls while practicing android development, I came across using support libraries

In my tutorials, the support library were

android support v7 but the one supported by my android studio was androidx.app.widget.appCompat

I tried creating my app like that but it refused to work on my device...

Any idea how I can solve this?
