There are many programs that can easily reveal plagiarized texts in thesis and you don't need a degree to use such.

We can argue on government policies which are neither here nor there. But not on educational qualifications of our president who have lectured for years! That's meant for him to defend. Whether critical reviews or tutorial reviews, let him put it online.
