This is the best question after reading this post. To the NCS: Who imported this new vehicles without paying duties? Has the importer been arraigned before a court for prosecution? hence the reference of "For the avoidance of doubt, what we are doing is in-line with the provisions of Sections 147 of Customs and Excise Management Act (CEMA) Cap 45, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 (power to search premises), Section 158 of CEMA, Cap 45 Laws of Federation of Nigeria (power to patrol freely). It must also be understood that being in possession of smuggled items is an offence under Section 3 of Customs and Excise (special penal and other provision) Act Cap 47 Laws of Federation of Nigeria 2004." asawanathegreat: Na who get dem? AG Dangote can rarely do the job. They've been on one spot (Between Barracks to Leventis) on Wharf Road since the last a month+ They don't have the requiring equipment to deliver such projects on time and with good quality like Julius Berger, RCC, CCECC etc.. Rhesusmonkey: This shows that Nigeria as a nation is cursed big time. Maritime is the 2nd largest source of revenue for Nigeria and yet the road leading to the busiest sea port in the country is like this. I can tell you that container carrying trucks fall on this road almost on daily basis. I think the one of 4.3 billion which is currently being handled by Ag Dangote is from wharf gate to Area B which is about 2km, but this particular road too ( Apapa - liverpool - coconut - mile 2) has also been given to Ag-Dangote to construct, but the big question is if they can handle the construction?? |

Everything about Nigeria Electricity has always been fraud from time immemorial. You don't have meter, they give you estimated bill. You have meter, they still give you estimated bill. Scam of country called Nigeria. Nemesis1: If it is then we should protest, I've paid for their stupid meter over 5 months I'm yet to receive it, they won't even change my direct connection charges from 7k to 2k as stipulated by their own rules, I admit power is a bit stable where I stay but seriously? More charges?
This calls for occupy DISCOS all over again, let them provide meter, find and resolve their problems and be fair to Nigerians |

Christianity Etc › Re: Why Do Memories Of Vivid Dreams Disappear Soon After Waking Up? by patonyx1: 12:45pm On Sep 04, 2017 |
Try to have a dream journal. As soon as you dream and able to wake immediately, ensure you go to that Dream journal and write the things you remember about that dream. It may not be useful at the moment, but you may relate with it in future. Then pray to God to reveal what it means and what is expected of you to do.
Good luck. |

The Govt shouldn't have banned the Monthly sanitation, instead look for other ways to enforce the residents of Lagos in clearing their surroundings and drainage systems. Mushin (Olorunsogo B/stop thru, Mushin b/stop, Olosha, Idioro) along the Agege Motor road is a serious eye-sore. Filled with waste being dumped by the residents and market traders. stacyadams:
