Wow...that's interesting to know from you. They are saying Peace Corps will be doing training next month for new recruits including for graduates.
The 50k that would be paid is for the uniform kits.
However, I want to know if the Federal Govt. has started paying them or included them in IPPIS.

That was the scenario that played out while i went for my NPOWER physical Verification at NYSC Secretariat Sabon Tasha Kaduna, luckily i found my neighbor there and had to borrow the money from him. Bribery and Corruption is just everywhere, no hope for the common Man in this country. Dear Nairalanders, was it same in your various centres?

Let assume we shift the capital of Nigeria from Abj to somewhere Kano then there is election in Abj and a Governor is sworn in
Then you will attribute all the success of Abj to the Governor after his 8years in power forgetting Abj was once a place mearnt for high profile politicians

Nobody's talking of shifting of any capital here. The capital moved to Abuja over 10 years before Nigeria returned to democratic rule.
We're talking about using the available resources you have to run and maintain the state.

The only reason Nigerians want Peter Obi is because they feel he doesn't waste money and may likely not allow waste of government resources.
However the capacity for becoming Nigeria's President goes beyond that. You really can't say Anambra state was a developed state even when Peter Obi was Governor.
That was how Nigerians looked at Buhari in 2015 as a man against corruption, but today we all know the story.

If not for age and little health challenges, Tinubu would have been far better than Peter Obi. He ran and developed Lagos State without Federal allocation for years

The North always suffers from any bad political administration in Nigeria.
However due to high rate of illiteracy and partial literacy in the North, they're still the ones who opt and push for bad leaders from amongst them.

The Southerners (Igbos and Yorubas) are the only ones who can rescue Northern Nigeria from their predicaments because even if for the next 100 years the North hold all political positions in Nigeria they'll get poorer and poorer.

Southern politicians have to unite themselves to salvage Nigeria's economy. Nigeria cannot be left or trusted to the hands of Northerners coz they'll eventually destroy the fabric of Nigeria

Under President Muhammadu Buhari administration, three (3) Army officers collapsed at the 2022 Democracy Day parade at Eagles square due to hunger and exhaustion.

Following reports that three military officers who were participating in the Democracy Day Parade, on Monday, June 12, slumped at the Eagle Square, Abuja, Nigerians on social media have blamed the federal government for the occurrence. The situation occurred after the military personnel stood for hours on one spot under the scorching sun.

They were believed to have succumbed to exhaustion and it took the intervention of some security and medical personnel who rushed to the parade ground with stretchers and whisked the collapsed colleagues to the medical shed.
