Nigeria will be carved up by criminals & terrorists & the country will be one huge battlefield as these warlords fight to control territories & resources.

When you talk of largest Universities, making use of Landmass to measure such is very absurd and not sensible. Most of the landmass is ordinary vegetation and empty plots without structures. (For instance, much of University of Abuja's permanent site where I graduated from is occupied by Fulani herders and their cows. A larger part is empty bush)

If you want to talk of largest University, we make use of number of student population, number of academic staffs and possibly number of courses offered.
In that category, University of Ibadan, Ahmadu Bello University, National Open University of Nigeria, University of Nigeria Nsukka and Obafemi Awolowo University would top the list.
