No. As long as any State receives monthly Allocation from the Federation Account it has no right to charge a higher fee. If a State that contributes far little into the Federation Account but still at the end of the month they receive allocation generated from other States, what justifies the dichotomy of fees?

The rate our school system sprout innovation is very low! We have several Faculties and Colleges of Agriculture but have so little to show for it.

My experiment with the beetroot seeds gotten from Shoprite. Germination rate is very good. Next experiment will be the squash seeds.

Christian missionaries invested their lives within the regions that were eager to embrace western education. Do Islam which was mostly embraced in the North not have its own missionaries who should have focused on their human capital development.

The schools founded by Christian missionaries such as St. Mary College, Zaria was it not Islamized and renamed Queen Amina College Zaria?

We got our independence in 1960, why is the North still blaming the British?

It is a matter of personal interest as this can be replicated in any part of Nigeria and it is not only limited to cucumbers as one can grow Capiscum, Tomatoes, Ugu, Butternut Squash, Strawberries, Okro and so many other crops using these same bags........interest is the keyword!
