There are those who live a life not worth emulating but are earning good income from their jobs, how do we explain that? |
Just as someone was telling me that all igbos should head back home, l just asked him to show me the locations in igboland where there are thousands of hectares of already cultivated land with the crops waiting to be harvested to feed the millions he wants to return home. I am a person of the farm that is why food is my concern! ![]() |
Being a health conscious individual and do have a preference for organic food. I will focus on how to set up an organic vertical sack farm, so that whoever gets to consume the produce from the farm will have less to worry about. Though one can have the set up of the farm in the open air but l do prefer it within a structure, constructed with wood and shade nets. One do not need to go and buy new wood and shade nets as one can buy off those used ones from construction sites. Having it within a shade net covered structure would reduce the intensity of sun within the farm while still enjoying good air flow. Having set up by corner of a fenced plot would save costs on wood and shade net as it only just two sides would need the side covering with shade nets. The structure establishes territory as it is just not every one that can enter the farm as it is said that a room without a door is a freeway.

Good development, N700b will be entering the treasury! ![]() |
lanre2009:Yes and diseases such as bacteria wilt, nematodes can easily be isolated if one is using the sacks. The picture is tomatoes grown in the sacks.

I did get lots of PMs regarding vertical sack farming and did promise to make out time to explain it in details. Though very busy, l will be making out time to detail what it entails setting up a vertical sack farm enterprise within a space of 30ft by 90ft which is not even up to a plot of land and within this same space one can grow about 10,000 plants and have a harvest worth a minimum of N200,000 on a monthly basis with only one farm hand. More later.

ifeoluwadayofun:Uploading the pictures of your cows and listing the breed will help out. |
trigar12:I wish l studied horticulture, l tell you it is a money spinner. Kenya is raking in billions from it while also eyeing the Nigerian market. |
With Aba 'locked down' is the economy there not losing? We should not ignore the truth that many earn their sustenance daily, what will the barrow pusher who will not earn anything today because of the 'locked down' take home today to feed his family? ![]() |
cupid0:I guess this is the fenugreek seeds you seek.
|
Newway2:I will open a thread hopefully in the coming days on setting up a vertical bag enterprise. It is very suitable for multiply cropping as around one sack, one can grow lettuce, spring onions. celery at the same time and on the top one can grow coriander, our local curry. |
jerseyboy:As long as it is streaming online l will turn in just as l stream Radio Biafra. l will love to hear from both sides. |
That is sheer exploitation. Prepaid meter saves one a lot. |
Every man has his conviction. |
l hope equal effort has also been made in building schools. |
That is good, other regions should toe the same line as food security is very important. |
Hmm....70 years ago had its own signs of end time, the next 70 years will have its own. Living right is all that counts in which ever time we find ourselves existing humanly. |
adigunbizz:You are welcome. One can end up bagging and selling vermicompost in 25kg bags as you can see bags of it in the video. Make the best use of the information you pick there. |
It is high time David Mark hang his boots. l wonder what he will in the coming campaigns be telling his people he would do for them that he failed to do as Senate President for 8 years and his non contribution in the present senate will not help him! |
Everyone is in a position to chose their position and how to flow with it. if lPOB also insists on protesting in a place like Kano with its possible risks, it is left for them because it is said experience is the best teacher. |
Download YouTube videos of it and you will get a good grasp of it. The start out requirement is minimal. Watch this video it is very basic but informative. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nccbpQ1l9ME |
Internet never forgets, one's past can easily be exhumed! |
When the mind has been radicalised to hate life and the possibilities it offers, it glories in darkness. The North procreating without any intent to educate their children nor engaging them in vocational skills is a crime against humanity. The North is a reality show on how deadly ignorance is! |
Northern elites tends to be smart enough to give out their daughters in marriage, matured and educated. See these two living out their lives in an environment where there is nothing wrong in child marriage! ![]() |
So all these Jakande school blocks still exist....no maintenance, no upgrade! ![]() Government finds it so difficult to manage schools well despite huge funds being allocated. I know how my secondary school looked liked when l was there though far better than many secondary secondary around because it was originally by owned by Catholic Nuns before the state government forcefully took over, they allowed the infrastructure to deteriorate. It got a new lease of life when Tinubu returned the school back to the Nuns and they transformed it to what it now looks.
