Nobody is asking you to cheer Awolowo, there are other accounts of the pogroms written by military igbos, do you even know there was massacre in asaba too?, did you read about the bodies floating on river niger? What actually started it? Nobody is pointing fingers here, and do call that standing up for her tribe? And for your info many Yoruba indigines has and will continue to condemn what the oba said.

Apollo is not man, check the book of Acts, Corinthians and Timothy, Priscilla is always mentioned alongside her husband Aquila.

And as for Luke, How does all generations calling Mary blessed term as adulation. It's a sign of recognition as the mother of God, which came as a 'male'. In other words the beautitudes were adulations too?

The bible is sexist, 1st Cor 14:34-35 according to your NLT says:

Women should be silent during the church meetings. It is not proper for them to speak. They should be submissive, just as the law says.
If they have any questions, they should ask their husbands at home, for it is improper for women to speak in church meetings.

Christianity and feminism don't mix, stop twisting words, even the new testament says women shouldn't head a church. For those saying the bible doesn't support adultery and there are lots of adulterous Christian, that doesn't make it right, the standard has been set, it's left for you to meet up.
