She probably has options. Make her aware she not your all in all, and be serious about it. If she misbehaves, scold her, and if she's not remorseful let it be that way. if she doesn't come back, forget her. I know she means a lot to you, but you mean a lot more to yourself and you'll be surprised how many chicks your raised self esteem will get you.

I actually took the time to read your story and I don't see where you instantly developed love for your boss. Rather it seems like your female boss has noticed your unprofessional conduct at the work place, first you are caught flirting with a client's daughter, secondly she has noticed the sensual tension/crush between you and your coworker. It may be that she has feelings for you (your hor*ny thoughts) or she's candidly pointing out to you that you are being unprofessional. The later is probably the case. To me it seems like you cannot control your sexual urge; you are attracted to your boss, your coworker and clients. You need help with controling yourself, detest from watching too much porn, focus on the task at hand, if you get the urge to flirt or fantasize about women immediately distract yourself by listening to music or reading a news article.

Don't let Konji be the reason for your termination.
