Spain have done what African FAs typically do cheesy cheesy

But seriously, I don't support sacking a coach merely a day to the start of a major tournament such as the World Cup.

The destabilizing effects on the players cannot be over-emphasized. Or is the Spanish FA president so arrogant to believe that the players will carry on and blitz through their opponents without some sort of stability and tranquility in camp?

Hierro, himself an accomplished player, should have rejected this offer; because if Spain fail to progress to the round of 16 or the quarterfinals, he will be regarded as a failure. And that could soil any future big coaching prospects he had.

Indications pointing towards Rohr starting with a 4-2-1-3 against Croatia with Ogu and Ndidi the DMs (2 blocking 4) and Mikel in front of them.
This is still a variant of 4-3-3 that can easily be converted to 4-5-1.
And I’m guessing Iwobi is the 1 that will play just behind the front 3.

Yay!
The world cup is coming to North America. The final vote tally of 134-65 shows that FIFA preferred the stability of the ‘United’ bid.

However, there is no way I’ll travel 3000 miles between Mexico City and Edmonton for a match. shocked
I’d rather drive to LA for one or two matches

wat you should be asking is, must all broke guys hv a gal frwnd......if u know u don't hv money to foot her bill, den u shouldn't border inviting her ova nd stop asking irritating question.
Haha
It’s not necessarily about being broke or rich. It is more about disabusing the minds of some of our young ladies who develop an entitlement mentality when a guy becomes friends with them.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against a guy giving his girlfriend gifts, especially on her birthday. That’s actually cute of him; but the expectation that he has to give you money every time you visit him is absurd.
RomanceRe: Are Ladies Entitled To Transport Fare? by PDPGuy(op): 11:58pm On Jun 11, 2018
TSOM:
Self-demeaning, dimwitted comments like yours are why some members of my gender think all women are disposable pleasure-objects up for sale at a bargain.

Ill-thought-out comments like yours reenforce the widely-held belief amongst the menfolk that "transport money" (as you Nigerian girls call it) is the euphemistic term for "sex pay" which would in turn mean you are prostitutés. Prostitutes: that's what anyone who expects to get paid for sex in some way ( even though not outrightly called so)is called, right?

The moment you are about to leave a guy's place or a hangout with him, look with askance expecting to be given money in exchange for the time you spent with him in a sexual context, you are a PROSTITUTÉ.

Turn it around, add flowery words as much as you can, try to morally rationalize it...still, you are a prostitute - you got paid for sex. smiley
Are you minding them?

I was shocked when a female friend on Facebook posted that some Nigerian girls now depend on their boyfriends for stuff like bathing soap, hair and rent. I was so shocked beyond words shocked

I mean, how would you expect a man to treat you with respect when you literally depend on him for things ghat your parents should provide for you? It’s not possible.

It’s one of the reasons why I say feminism in Nigeria can never take off. A man who pays a so-called bride price (which in some places runs close to half a million Naira), and has to pay you “transport fare” every time you want to visit him, will always regard you as inferior to him.
CrimeRe: Face Of Woman Who Parked SUV, Jumped Off Mainland Bridge, Her Nude Photos Leaked by PDPGuy: 10:21pm On Jun 11, 2018
What a sad tale.

Even if you want to send nudes, do not include your face in the picture. Blackmailers won’t be able to blackmail you when you only send a picture of yourself below the neck.

Or if a guy (presumably your boyfriend) asks you to send nudes to him, also insist on him sending his nudes to you. That way, if he attempts to blackmail you, you can easily retaliate. If he declines, then don’t send him those nudes to him.

The Super Falcons are now a step closer to qualifying for the 2019 World Cup. I don’t see how the team won’t finish amongst the top 3 at the AWCON in Ghana.

As for the AWCON, I’m predicting the seeded teams to be Ghana and Nigeria.

CareerNigeria Bars Employers From Sacking Women For Marital, Maternity Reasons by PDPGuy(op): 4:02pm On Jun 08, 2018
NIGERIA, yesterday, in Geneva, Switzerland, told delegates at the ongoing International Labour Conference, ILC, that employers of labour in public and private sectors had been barred from sacking women from work due to their marital or maternity status.

Speaking for Nigeria, Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige, also announced that the Nigerian government would soon begin the enforcement of the regulation, requesting employers of labour in the public and private sectors to provide work place cr¨ches for nursing mothers for ease at work place.

Ngige said: "The promotion of youth and women employment, and enhancement of the status of women at work continue to be a big challenge in our society over the last decade.

“This has been exacerbated by economic recession brought about by fall in oil prices, militancy in some parts of the country, especially the North East, and the issue of returnee migrants, majority of whom are women and young girls trafficked for slavery and sex work.

“For a country in which females constitute 49.4 per cent of the total population of over 190 million, it is, therefore, imperative that the issues which hinder increased and effective women participation in the labour force be properly addressed.

“To address the issue of gender inequality and youth unemployment, the government drew up and had been implementing an Economic Recovery and Growth Plan.

“Government also initiated a School/ to Work (N'Power) programme, designed to empower young women and men with skills to facilitate their entry into the labour market. The programme has an initial 2- year life span."

Giving specific measures, the ministers said, "In terms of specific measures to address inequality our government recorded some successes in the following areas: The principle of equal pay for equal work for all, without discrimination on account of sex, is enshrined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended. A Presidential Initiative on the North East (PINE) is in place to promote girl/child school enrolment and also put in place special packages for women in the region for their economic empowerment.

"Employers of labour in both the public and private sectors are by regulation requested to provide work place cr¨ches for nursing mothers for ease at work place. In the Public Service, Government recently 1ncreased the period for maternity leave from 12 to 16 weeks to allow enough recuperation time for both baby and mother, especially in the area of breast feeding. In addition all disciplinary proceedings against any female staff which might have been taken during the period of her maternity leave shall be put in abeyance till the expiration of the leave.

"Employers of labour are also barred from removal of women from work due to their marital or maternity status, Illegal labour migration, contract staffing and labour casualization which affects most women, are being reformed through policies and regulations at national, bilateral and multilateral levels."

According to him: "Other areas of achievement include: Provision of Micro/credit soft loans to Market Women, Female. Artisans and Women Entrepreneurs on the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) and the establishment of Sustainable Development Goal office in the Presidency towards the actualization of Goals 6 and 8 on Gender Equality and Decent Work for all. Offer of free medical services to pregnant women and children under 5 years in many federating States of the country.

"The ratification, domestication and implementation of the Maternity Protection Convention No. 186 and conscious effort to ensure that more women enjoy maternity protection in the country. The introduction of Home Grown School feeding programmes at National and subnational levels to address education for all by increasing school enrolment and retention for both boys and girls. This has eased the burden of feeding on many mothers especially those; at work and has created additional jobs as cooks ' and caterers for rural women. The ongoing Work with social partners and foreign Donors to progressively extend social security coverage to the informal sector where majority of women operate."

In order to accommodate the "selfish/big man footie" of both V. Moses and Mikel, this formation would guarantee some defensive solidity for the team:

--------------Uzoho----------

---Ebuehi---Ekong---Omeruo---Idowu---

---------------Ndidi----------------

--------Mikel-----Iwobi---------

---Moses-----Simmy----Iheanacho----

The trio of Ndidi, Ekong, Omeruo, and one of Ebuehi/Idowu, when stationed in our own half, would prevent deadly counter attacks from the opponents from resulting in a goal. And Iwobi's willingness to drop deep close to the defenders in order to win the ball, is another plus in ensuring defensive solidity for the team at the mundial.

I'm not so sure if the 3-5-2 would work against the top sides i.e Germany, France, Spain. These teams are well-organized, unlike the Argentines who have fake DMs, and a shitty defense pairing of Macherano and Otamendi.
