My candid opinion is that 3 times a week may be way to much for your wife to bear for now. It's possible that she has other issues bothering her outside the comfort of her home or even in her home that may not have anything serious to do with you. It could be work related stress, or issues from her parents cum siblings, or even her multiple work roles as a wife, a mother, a sister and employee etc but open communication with her could unravel the mystery behind her sudden change of bedroom attitude.

Secondly, women at times prefer to cuddle and not necessarily asking for sex, but we men often interprete it as leading one on to have sex.

You also need to check your sex style and mannerism. If you are always doing it to get climaxed while she is left hanging, she may not be interested in sex anymore. It take two to tango, give her the pleasure that she deserves.
