I know a consultant Hematologist (medical doctor) who couldn't cope with the cost of living in Canada, infact he couldn't practice his profession and he became frustrated. See, that virus was made in that Wuhan lab but am sure it was at the behest of Obama, fauci and CO. For the Chinese it could be the tech and money they were paid to host that research lab. Remember that that lab was not even fit to host such a research as it is not up to level 5 in biosafety.

Till date, noone knows for sure if this virus was leaked from wuhan lab. It is just so ludicrous.

The likes of Pelosi, her husband and other Democrats fed fat from investing in the Big pharma making these Covid-19 vaccines/drugs. And despite many reputable researchers reporting that ivermectin and other simple remedies worked equally well, the likes of Fauci shut them all up.. Now, the chicken has come home to roost.

Truly an absolute rubbish. Couldn't make head or tail what the blogger was trying to convey.

While I am sure this tastes nice, I honestly have to say that I am concerned about the colour...Looks unattractive.

Few tips though:
1. Add a little bit of red oil to boost the colour
2. I sincerely don't think the tomatoes are necessary rather use thinly diced shombo or tatashe. That way you get the red condiments without altering the taste.
3. Garnish with ukpaka and dry fish
4. Serve in a white plate.

Discovered a new noodle recipe today.
My inspiration came from watching South Korean series wherein the actors are never in want of big dishes filled with dark multi-colored 'wet' noodles

Ingredients
1. Chicken sausage
2. Green leaves
3. Crayfish
4. Onions
5. An extra noodle spice

1. First stir fry the diced sausages and onions. 2. Add water, bring to a boil then add the noodles and crayfish.
3. Cook until the noodle is almost done then add the diced vegetable.
4. It's important the noodles aren't dry..This recipe only works when the noodles are 'wet' like soup. It needs to drip in its juices so add a little bit more water to get the desired outcome.

Tip: A pack of the prepacked noodle spices simply won't do. So be ready with a spare (add all the pepper component in the spare and a third of the salted part).

Trust me, this recipe tastes fantastic! Feel free to garnish with eggs etc. I kept mine simple with the sausages.

Interesting, I like to think that when I become exceedingly rich, I will pay great attention to what enters my mouth and that will not include noodles or any form of processed food..

All meals/treats must be freshly made and if i have any cravings for processed meals like noodles, sausage, cheese etc, they must be made from scratch with zero preservatives.

I agree. Noodles with Ugu and boiled eggs is best served dripping in its juices, and not prepared dry like the traditional noodles. The taste is just fantastic

For me, Ugu or pumpkin leaves is the best vegetable to use with noodles
