They won't tell Buhari to obey court order because those people being held in defiant to your so called court order are the people who made your life the way it is now. USA has NDAA Act 2012 under which an American citizen can be held for has many years as possible without trial. Obama signed it to law in December 2011. You must mentally inept to ask why trains are important in 21st century. Trains are most efficient ways to transfer bulk goods and people across short distances. Nigeria in particular would spend less on road maintenance and it would take traffic off the street. Most long haul truckers would adjust to shorter hauls. Train rides are cheaper.

From the meat and poultry businesses, farm produce, even cooked food, there is nowhere in Nigeria where sanitary standards are adhered to. No health inspectors, no public water supply, no public storage and processing facilities. Nigerians just exist by the ingenious work of God on our immune systems.

The questions i have for you follows my initial submission: What is the name of your local government chairman? Who is your ward councillor? These are the people you should contact for poor drainage in your community. They are in charge of your local roads and primary healthcare. They are in charge of primary and secondary school. They are getting monthly allocation and their own salaries and allowances.
I don't know what your issue with PMB is, but all those countries you wish Nigeria look like all have functional local and state government.
Start by asking your governor to stop using bulletproof cars and reduce their convoy.

The road in front of your house is either a state or local government road. You need a functioning state and local government. They are the closest to the people. Your state government collects allocation every month.
Developed countries don't really care so much about the FG. There is going to be presidential election in Republic of Ireland tomorrow. All the political parties adopted the current president to continue for another 7 years.
PMB is not your problem, your state governors and local government chairmen and councillors are.

Nigeria's biggest challenge and problem are the Northern Elites and the Turbanists. A section or region that draws the entire country backward with their archaic mentality and behavior that is far from mainstream ideology and philosophical thinking responsible for shaping a country's future.
