Hmmm i though i was the only one, bith night and day is almost the same thing for me, it is well

The saying "sleep when baby sleeps" pls is it working for anyone. Cos whenever I try to lay down on the bed my baby will just wake up and start fussing about.I have kukuma resign myself to till when she will outgrown this stage.

We had no plans to get pregnant last year, so i went for the 3months injection FP, i forgot to renew it when it was due, then i eventually renewed the injection after the due date in November.. in December i fell ill and treated Malaria, after finishing the dose i was still sick so i told DH to pls get me a test strip.. it came out positive after a repeated test was done. I was scared... Firstly because of the FP injection i took in November, 2ndly because of the malaria meds i took... So i started praying to God to pls keep my baby safe for me against all odds.
I went for a scan in Feb and scan showed baby was fine , i was very happy.

In march, i went to use the rest room and what i saw was blood, my heart skipped, i called DH, and he was scared as well, seeing blood was totally nee to us as I've never experienced it in my previous pregnancies. We hurried to thr hospital that evening and the Dr tried to educate us on what it meant, honestly his explanations made me more scared as he said its possible that i may be having a threatened miscarriage...ah, i started praying. He sha said let him check if my cervix was closed, after taking me through a procedure i detest alot, he said it was closed.
I was asked to run a scan the next day to confirm cox he said i may have low lying placenta or so...

Next day i went for scan, and the sonographer told me my pregnancy was 4 weeks below the first scan I did...(another confusion) ...i told him its not possible, showed him the first scan which i did in same hospital, he insisted his calculations were accurate, i showed the scan to the Dr, the Dr then recommended that i did a scan outside the hospital, he recommended Eco scan for me. I went same day, did the scan and it tallied with the one i did that day in the hospital, with my latest scan, it showed that the first scan was wrong and misleading....hmmmm

I was placed on bedrest for weeks due to the low lying placenta, i was still spotting , i sha listened to my dr and rested , then in April the spotting stopped, i was very happy

Fast forward to 35th week, the placenta position remained unchanged and baby was breeched. The Dr told me during my Anc that if ut didn't change by the 36th week, i should prepare for another cs ...i was trusting to attempt vjay delivery afte my first cs in 2019 so i prayed for baby to change position and the placenta too. Luckily by thr the 36th week both positions changed, and i was happy that truly God wants me to try vjay delivery.

Fast forward to the 38th week, nothing happened, i told my hubby i was tired , he asked if i want to opt for an elective Cs i told him yes, already the Drs said if baby is up to 3.5kg its direct Cs.
Another reason i opted for it was the fact that my Edd was unsure

On the 19th of July I was booked for an elective cs and on the 20th my princess was successfully delivered weighing 3.2kg.

In all I'm thankful to God safe delivery granted to me and my July 2022

I wish all August and infact all pregnant momas on this platform a safe delivery.

I also did unripe pawpaw recipe for him(soak unripe pawpaw inside water and gvn him 1-2 babyspoon to drink)
Someone also suggest I cook waterleaf den use d water to rinse his body after bath and gv him to drink(I tried this once because grandma don't like hw d tin dey draw for body) BUT the first 2 work well for me

Thank you cappo, i wanted to try the sun therapy, but they've been no sun since we got back. I think its reducing small small, God will help me.

My baby was taken out to the sun every early in the morning the doc said it was a rule for anyone born thru CS with or without jaundice. I was to do it for one week ,weather didn't allow us just two days. I think the sun can still help,enough breastfeeding so I hrd and seek a pediatrician opinion. Mama she will be fine cos na supernatural daughter be dat

Mothers pls help, my baby was diagnosed of having jaundice as at friday @2days, the test showed 7.2 % she was admitted and kept under the blue light, yesterday a rerun was done and it became 9.4 . We asked them to discharge us, pls is there any meds i can use at home for her asides the early morning sun pls

Labor was so short... Baby boy came exactly on the first Edd scan gave me. Came to the hospital by 3.30. delivered 1hr later
Born at 37weeks+
Safe delivery to the remaining July Mamas.

My able cappo, I'm pushing o, I've been having imaginary contractions lately , checking to see if show will show face, or even experience water breaking for the first time ever, but they seem not to show face...it is well with me, doc said if baby is up to 3.5 its cs straight due to the fact that i had cs last, i was honestly hoping to push, but if God says its CS, I'm in for it o, mother and baby alive is the goal... I can't wait to birth my lo. Thanks for checking up on me

Wow! I want to start mine o, 37weeks, I don't mind birth at 38 pls, I'm tired although i alway hace my babies at 39+ but I'm seriously praying to drop this one at 38,

have not tried that pineapple stuff as for kpekus oga shud wrap up his kini till after 6months am on leave. That trekking dey work oo ,the more u walk the more that place feels like its spreading and opening

Wow thank God dear, God will surely perfect all that is left therein. As for oda method as to aid labour. My doctor said I shud start trekking and squatting by holding on to the arm rest of a chair that's a bit high as if u want to poo and count to ten twice.Did both yesterday its working at a point I cudnt walk cos of the strong contraction. And it was as if by squatting I felt like the baby is dropping with it.

My able cappo, present twice ooooo, may God grant us all supernatural and sharp sharp delivery in Jesus name, its our month of the supernatural, and we all will experience the supernatural acts of God ....me I'm trusting God to drop in 38 weeks o, pls apart from pineapple and dates, what else can i take, and when can i start taking them...?
My low lying placenta and breech position changed during my last visit to the hospital, i cannot thank God enough, my doctor said i may be allowed to attempt VDACS if my baby is not more than 3.5kg, I'm trusting God for his help in this journey. Thanks coachie for all tou do for our team...may the back to back congratulations begin for us Amen

We bless and appreciate God for a new month of his favour and faithfulness. This is the month we have long waited for. Everlasting God we thank you for the journey so far,for the successful deliveries of June mamas. We also thank you for good health, our husbands and divine protection. Lord God this is our month of supernatural # Safe, Smooth and Swift delivery, as we march gallantly into our favour room on the DAT day,it will be sharp sharp delivery in Jesus name. Father no loss shall be recorded, we will come back to testify with our BA&BS. Mother and baby with husband alive and healthy. Every evil that will steal our joy and cause complications let the fire of God torment and destroy them all. I dont mean good in terms of having a big structure..but in actually being competent with highly qualified staff

Hello mama, I've used Asokoro general hospital and Wuse general hospital, both are actually good, i intend to use Wuse for my antenatal and delivery because of proximity. So check the one closest to you and register.

If u’re less than 30weeks, u don’t have to bother about placenta location for now cos it will still migrate. There will be a definitive location usually from 30weeks upward. I had that darkish brown discharge too and my doctor put me on adequate bed rest. It stopped itself by the next day. Just repeat ur scan to be sure baby is fine.

Thank you mama, I'll be registering for antenatal next week. Maybe I'll redo a scan, tho I'm still spotting , and still on bedrest, but i believe LO is okay. What God cannot do, does not exist

Please hope the pant liner you are using is not those types that has ions abi what it is called? I hope it's the normal one not meant for infection and the rest?

Hello ma... So sorry to hear u hv a low lying placenta, how many weeks r u? It is dt bed rest dt u need ooo, no even try doing anything biko til d placenta move away frm ur cervix... Even wen d spotting ve stopped, go do scan to b sure d placenta have move to a safe place.... No lifting of heavy things or doing hard work, just sleep n rest n u will b fine eventually.

And is dark brownish spotting normal? I'm confused, cox ive been seeing dark brownish stain on my panty liner, that type that comes out before your monthly circle. Pls help. Ive Been on bed rest a instructed for weeks now
