Christianity EtcRe: Why Did God Create Satan? by peggywebbs(f): 12:02am On Mar 08, 2020
For one because I never asked. I don't think I'm concerned about it though.

Why?

It's not important to me. In fact, coming by your thread was the first time I actually looked at that question.

You know what again?

Tomorrow I'm still going to forget about it because there's so much I'm looking forward to and Satan is not even on my to do list...lol

kingxsamz:
So why hasn't God shown you the reason why he created Satan? undecided

kingxsamz:
No, it doesn't make it less real, it makes it a total myth, made-up, unreal and yes nonexistent hogwash.

"It doesn't make it less real my dear. There have been lots and lots of encounters with life after death."

Imagine I told you unicorns existed, although I've not seen one, would you believe me?
"Yes unicorns exist and so do pergasus horses. Mermaids, fairies, goblins and a lot of supernatural creatures". It's not a myth. It's the supernatural. It can't make sense in a physical world but that doesn't make them unreal"
Christianity EtcRe: Why Did God Create Satan? by peggywebbs(f): 11:52pm On Mar 07, 2020
I don't need to argue whether God exists or not. I know he does. I continue to experience him everyday of my life.

Infact I find it surprising when people say they don't believe in God.

Again, when I say we are limited by our understanding. I didn't say things can't be revealed to us. We can't know by our own understanding unless you allow God show you.

You have to keep an open mind. We are supernatural beings and unless you open your inner eyes. You won't see anything but will continue to argue blindly.

kingxsamz:
Sorry, but are you trying to confuse me or yourself? undecided
Our minds cannot answer things beyond our physical environment, but yet you claim that there is hell and heaven and a God who sits on a throne in the sky.
And if you were told God doesn't exist, you would argue till your last breath.
But here you are claiming you don't know why Satan was created because our knowledge is only limited to things that are physical...
Smh...
Christianity EtcRe: Why Did God Create Satan? by peggywebbs(f): 11:43pm On Mar 07, 2020
Well, if you really were intelligent you will understand what the bible means about God sacrificing his own son.

Let's just use Nigeria as a case study. When someone comes out to challenge the government, see what happens.

Jesus came to the earth to tell the world he is the King and that there is a father in heaven that is supreme. What do you expect people to do to him.

God knew that the world was wicked and would not accept such news. Jesus said I would go ahead and let them know the truth so many can be saved.

Now that's called sacrifice. They both knew that Jesus would be killed by the evil people on the earth when he declared his message but the good news had to be spread. Now, that shows how much God loves us. He, knew the price Jesus would pay for saving us but he still hoped that we would change.

Now, when you read your bible, try and think of what happens today in the world. It's exactly the same thing. You just choose to interpret it differently.

Bacteriologist:
What kind of a God creates his own enemy?

And then kills his own son to appease himself for the atrocities of his enemy?

Think. I'm talking to the intelligent person. Think about this? Why doesn't god just kill Satan and end it all? Why all this jamboree?

If someone offends you, do you kill your child to please yourself or make peace? Think. It is the same reason why Tom cannot kill Jerry. Why Batman cannot kill Joker.

If he does the story is over. Religion is a cop out. Think.
Christianity EtcRe: Why Did God Create Satan? by peggywebbs(f): 11:32pm On Mar 07, 2020
The answer is very simple. My response was not to insult you.

Just as much as you don't know so also I myself don't know.

The question is why don't we know why Satan was created?

Our minds are limited to only the things of this earth. For instance, you don't need anyone to tell you when it would be morning or that the sun rises in the east.

But when someone asks you, does the sun shine in heaven? Or is heaven on the east or west? Can you answer that?

No.

Why? You and I don't know anything about anything outside of the world we live in and the universe around us. Does that make heaven less real or non-existent?

No.

The fact that we don't know does not make it imaginary.

So there is no way you can know why Satan was created because our minds can't answer a lot of things beyond our physical environment.

There are so many questions that are asked and everything ends up being mysterious. If you have not seen God, then it means there is so much about him you can't know.

The fact that you never saw him, doesn't make him less real. The fact that you have this unanswered questions makes it very possible that there is so much you and I are yet to know.

kingxsamz:
If I knew, I wouldn't be asking.
Now, since you know, kindly adress the issue.
And please, if you don't have any logical answer to my questions, please you can kindly exit the thread. it's not by force to comment.
Christianity EtcRe: Why Did God Create Satan? by peggywebbs(f): 10:32pm On Mar 07, 2020
The simple fact that you don't know the answer to this question..shows that there is a lot you don't know and you can't know about God. It's just beyond your level of understanding. The human mind is limited and that's your answer.

kingxsamz:
Why create Satan?

It's a simple question which requires a straight forward answer, so no need to beat around the bush.
First, God is Omniscient and therefore knows events which will take place even before they happen.
Now, before God created Lucifer, he definitely would have known that lucifer would be the villian in his plot.
God definitely knew that he was going to create a human in which this same lucifer would tempt, and this human would fall for it, and as a result of that, evil would be born into the world in which he had created, and this evil will lead to the suffering of humans, death and sin.

Now, if God is omniscient, he would have prevented all these right from the start.

But since he didn't, I think it's okay to arrive to the conclusion that all these had been God's plan right from the beginning.
The suffering, killing, death and sin was all planned and set up by him.
This was his purpose all along, and therefore every single one of us is acting a script.
He knows the number of people that will end up in hell and those who will ascend to heaven...
No one forced him to do all these, he did it by himself. He gave humans freewill, that's after he did nothing to end Satan's existence to prevent any further damage to his plans and creations.
A logical question would be, why has God not killed Satan? Yet believers keep praying day and night, praying for Satan and his demons to die, whereas it was God's plan right from the onset.

Things to note: If God didn't know about the damage Satan would bring to his creations, then he's not omniscient.
If God knew right from the beginning and chose not to do anything about it, then he's not an all loving God, but a God who derives joy in the suffering of humans.
Either way you see it, he's not one of those two things, and since he's not, then you have been lied to your whole life.

Before you respond with some verse in the bible, ponder on these questions, and reason logically with your mind.

Also note: this is not an assertion that God exists. It's just a way to approach the topic of his existence based on the Christian view, in order to further debunk the claims of his existence.
You're welcome to contribute.

Did he say ladies.. children @antichristian... children. It has nothing to do with dressing. The man is sick.

It doesn't even have anything to do with religion. He was an evil man hiding in a position of trust.

When free mixing with the opposite sex is widespread such happens!

How can ladies dress like that and you expect him not to be tempted?

Dude, nobody is innocent. Stop trying to play the innocent card. We are all born in sin. Unfortunately we all suffer for the sins of our ancestors and parents. We too sin and pave the way again for future generation to suffer for.

It's not God that's the problem. It's us. Why would anyone even think of eating raw rats or raw animals. Then you expect God to come to the rescue?.

If you were God, What will you do?

Snap your fingers and make things right, without making us pay the price for our evil works? That means you will continue to encourage evil. People will still kill, people will eat raw human flesh, people will do wicked things and you will keep snapping your fingers till it hurts.

Anyway. God understands his ways ,we are not able to comprehend because you lack infinite wisdom.

Christianity EtcRe: Coronavirus Prophecy/prediction. by peggywebbs(f): 7:33pm On Feb 29, 2020
The book of revelation already has given the prophecy. Now if you're talking about the con artists producing yearly prophecies, you should know that Deuteronomy 18:22 already has answered your question about false prophets.

Dean Koontz who is a horror fiction writer, whether he knew it or not wrote in his book "The Eyes of Darkness", talking about a Wuhan virus that would be associated with pneumonia like illness.

He wasn't a pastor or a prophet. He wrote this book in 1981 and said the Wuhan 400 will come around in the year 2020. Now that's a prophecy. Not the con artists building churches to make money.

zionema:
Please I just want to ask, why is it that their is no prophecy or prediction concerning the deadly coronavirus that is tormenting the world and spreading panic all over even in Nigeria by our many anointed men of God in Nigeria. If you run through their yearly prophecy non talked about coronavirus?

Is just a question oh, no room to abuse oh

Christianity EtcRe: Which Kind Dream Be This Self? by peggywebbs(f): 5:07pm On Feb 28, 2020
Op.. funny enough you may think it is funny but it isn't. Dreams usually come in a form that we understand.. which means everybody has their own dream language. You're a sci-fi film lover and your dream came to you in that form. It isn't senseless because you remember every bit of it.

Anyway..all that chasing around with the villains in your dream means enemies.

The ritual you thought you did that you didn't see probably means something you are about to do. Your brother may not really mean your brother in real life but someone you trust, a friend or anyone.

The fact that you thought it was Jesus means deception. You have to draw close to God. Stop playing. The supernatural is real and so many things are happening.

I didn't say go and visit a pastor or that your village people are chasing you. Just get close to God before problem comes.

I just think its a common practice that everyone is used to and grew up knowing.

When judgement comes, nobody will say they didn't know or they didn't hear. They blocked the truth, they blocked their hearts.

Please keep saying your truth.. those who will learn will learn..at least religion is not by force.

5 Female Pastors who Converted to Islam- What are Their Reasons.

The number of former pastors who have dumped Christianity and embraced Islam, after seen its beauty, are numerous. Among them are also high number of female pastors. In this article I intend to briefly take a look at only five of such former female pastors.

(1) Juliet Cole, now Haddijatou Cole

Cole is a 54-year-old female pastor. She converted to Islam less than 24 hours after Dr. Zakir Naik, a renowned Islamic scholar and expert in comparative religion, delivered his fourth and final lecture at the Kairaba Beach Hotel in Kololi, The Gambia.

Juliet Cole, now Haddijatou Cole, is a Gambian and had served for 14 years as a pastor. She made the pronouncement before a dozens of top Gambian clerics and Cabinet ministers during a dinner hosted in honour of Dr. Zakir Naik, according to a report published by The Daily Observer.

Speaking to the Observer on the sidelines of the event, Cole remarked: "I have been ordinary pastor for seven years and ordained pastor for another seven years with the Methodist Church.

"During Dr Zakir Naik's [final] lecture at the Kairaba Beach Hotel, conversion came to my mind and I was convinced to accept Islam.".

(2) Pastor Grace Aji

A renowned Katsina based female pastor; Pastor Grace Aji has dumped Christianity to Islam. The former pastor now changes her name to Hauwa’u. While speaking at a graduation ceremony of trainees of Hindatu Abdullahi multipurpose women center in Katsina, Hau’wau express gratitude to Almighty Allah for guiding her to the path of Islam.

She remarked:

“My Sisters in Islam I will like to thank Almighty Allah for guiding me to true religion, Islam. I pray may God almighty guide us all.

“Allah knows what is inside our hearts as such I don’t know whether you (my listeners) are a convert or a Muslim before but whatever it is we must love ourselve as Muslims no matter the background, the culture we belong.

“The new converts just like me are out there facing trouble with families and friends, but it is only Almighty Allah that will help them."

She called on Muslims to embrace (other) new converts with a good heart just as Allah revealed in the Holy Qur’an.

Revealing the reason why she dumbed Christianity, Hauwau said she find peace in Islam which is the true religion of peace and equity from Almighty Allah.

(3) Sinéad O'Connor (Famous Irish singer and former priest.

Irish singer Sinéad O'Connor announced her conversion to Islam recently.

"I am proud to have become a Muslim. This is the natural conclusion of any intelligent theologian's journey," she tweeted.
The 51-year-old also said she has changed her name to "Shuhada Davitt." Her first name is considered one of the five pillars of Islam, meaning the Muslim confession of faith. It is also the Arabic word for martyr.

The 51-year-old also changed her profile picture on Twitter to "Wear A Hijab: Just Do It," referencing Nike's slogan. She also included Nike's famous swoosh in the photo..

Back in the 1990s, O'Connor was ordained a priest by the Irish Orthodox and Apostolic Church. In 2011, she criticized the Catholic Church over the child sex abuse scandal.

(4) Fatumah Nagudi.

Fatumah Nagudi is an Ugandan former female pastor. She is commonly reffered to as x pastor Bagudi. She went on pilgrimage to Mecca few years after her converssion to Islam. Her shukrah ceremony was attended by the Mufti of Uganda. In a two series video narration titled "x pastor bagudi- Telling us why she converted to Islam", she extensively talked about various reasons that made her to abandoned Christianity and embraced Islam. She talked in Lugandan language. The first video is about 45 mins. long while the second one is about 46 mins. long. The video can be listen to at the YouTube.

(5) Prof. Khadijah Watson (formerly Sue Watson)

"Formerly, I was a professor, pastor, church planner, missionary, and a radical fundamentalist."

"I had just graduated with my Master’s Degree in Divinity from an elite seminary"
Prof. Khadijah Watson, formerly Sue Watson, was, as she admits, “a radical Christian fundamentalist,” accepted Islam when she found consistencies in the message, she said in the following narrative:

WHAT happened to you?” This was usually the first reaction I encountered when my former classmates, friends and co-pastors saw me after having embraced Islam. I suppose I couldn’t blame them, I was a highly unlikely the person to change religions. Formerly, I was a professor, pastor, church planter and missionary. If anyone was a radical fundamentalist it was I.
I had just graduated with my Master’s Degree of Divinity from an elite seminary five months before. It was after that time I met a lady who had worked in Saudi Arabia and had embraced Islam. Of course, I asked her about the treatment of women in Islam. I was shocked at her answer. It wasn’t what I expected; so I proceeded to ask other questions relating to God and Muhammad (may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him). She informed me that she would take me to the Islamic Center where they would be better able to answer my questions.

Having taught Evangelism, I was quite shocked at their approach, it was direct and straightforward. No intimidation, no harassment, no psychological manipulation, no subliminal influence! I couldn’t believe it. They gave me some books and told me if I had some questions they were available to answer them in the office. That night I read all of the books they gave. It was the first time I had ever read a book about Islam written by a Muslim, we had studied and read books about Islam only written by Christians. The next day I spent 3 hours at the office asking questions. This went on every day for a week, by which time I had read 12 books and knew why Muslims are the hardest people in the world to convert to Christianity. Because there is nothing to offer them! In Islam, there is a relationship with God, forgiveness of sins, salvation and promise of eternal life.

It is interesting to note that there were bishops during the first 300 years of the Church that were teaching as the Muslim believes, that Jesus (may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him) was a prophet and teacher! It was only after the conversion of Emperor Constantine that he was the one to call and introduce the doctrine of the Trinity.

He introduced a paganistic concept that goes back to Babylonian times. Space, however, does not permit me to go into detail about the subject, but God willing, we will another time. Only, I must point out that the word Trinity is not found in the Bible in any of its many translation nor is it found in the original Greek or Hebrew languages!

My other important question centered on Muhammad (may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him). I found out that Muslims do not pray to him like the Christians pray to Jesus. He is not an intermediary and in fact it is forbidden to pray to him. We ask blessing upon him at the end of our prayer but likewise we ask blessings on Abraham. He is a prophet and a messenger, the final and last prophet. In fact, even 14 centuries later, there has been no prophet after him. His message is for all mankind, as opposed to the message of Jesus or Moses (peace be upon them both), which was sent to the Jews. “Hear, O Israel” But the message is the same message of God. “The Lord Your God is One God and you shall have no other gods before Me.” (Mark 12:29)

Because prayer was a very important part of my Christian life I was both interested and curious to know what the Muslims were praying. As Christians we were as ignorant on this aspect of Muslim belief as on the other aspects. We thought and were taught, that the Muslims were bowing down to the Kaaba, in Makkah. Again, I was shocked to learn that the manner of prayer is prescribed by God, Himself. The words of the prayer are one of praise and exaltation. The approach to prayer (ablution or washing) in cleanliness is under the direction of God.
He is a Holy God and it is not for us to approach Him in an arbitrary manner, but only reasonable that He should tell us how we should approach Him. At the end of that week after having spent 8 years of formal theological studies, I knew cognitively that Islam was true. But I did not embrace Islam at that time because I did not believe it in my heart. I continued to pray, to read the Bible, to attend lectures at the Islamic Center. I was in earnest asking and seeking God’s direction. It is not easy to change your religion. I did not want to lose my salvation if there was salvation to lose.

I continued to be shocked and amazed at what I was learning because it was not what I was taught that Islam believed. In my Master’s level, the professor I had was respected as an authority on Islam yet his teaching and that of Christianity in general is full of misunderstanding. He and many Christians like him are sincere but they are sincerely wrong.

Two months later, after having once again prayed seeking God’s direction, I felt something drop into my being! I sat up, and it was the first time I was to use the name of God, and I said, “God, I believe you are the One and Only True God.” There was peace that descended upon me and from that day four years ago until now I have never regretted embracing Islam. This decision did not come without trial.

I was fired from my job as I was teaching in two Bible Colleges at that time, ostracized by my former classmates, professors and co-pastors, disowned by my husband’s family, misunderstood by my adult children and suspected by my own government. Without the faith that enables man to stand up to Satanic forces I would not have been able to withstand all of this. I am ever so grateful to God that I am a Muslim and may I live and die a Muslim.

“Truly, my prayer, my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are all for God the Cherisher of the Worlds. No partner has He, this I am commanded. And I am the first of those who bow to God in Islam.” (Qur’an, 6:162-163)

I decree in the name of Jesus, " You will be touched by the Holy Spirit where ever you are now. I decree, by the power of God, that where you are now, " you will be arrested with your defiance and the Lord of Hosts will capture you and reveal himself to you."

I decree, that I serve the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Almighty, Omnipotent, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He that turned the stoney heart of great kings of old, manifest himself to you this very moment.

O papa God, as I come before your throne on OtemAtum, I pray that you lay your mighty hand on him this very moment and that he receives you with a mighty force. Let your angels in the heavens and the earth come and pay OtemAtum a visit. Manifest yourself Lord. Let him tremble before you and I pray that you deliver him from the serpent. The lying deceitful spirit that is dwelling in his heart.

Father you are God, you are the God who showed your mighty hands on the Israelites held captive in Egypt, you are my God. I decree in the name of Jesus Christ that OtemAtum will be delivered by the blood of Jesus Christ shed on the cross of Calvary.

Thank you Jesus, Thank you Lord.

Begin at part 1.

106 Reasons: Why I Converted to Islam. (Part 2.)

53.TO SAVE MY SELF FROM THE HELL FIRE:

I read about Islam and I read the verse which says that “They do blaspheme who say :”(Allah) is Christ the son of Mary.”But said Christ: “O children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord” whoever joins other Gods with Allah, Allah will forbid him the garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong dooers be no one help.5:72.
The be saves from hell fire I accepted Islam. – DAFFNE ALMEDA, MUNA, BRAZIL.

54.EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL IN ISLAM:

I embraced Islam because; I believe that there is no God but Allah and that Mohammad is the messenger. Before, when I was Christian I always felt incomplete, I always felt like something was missing. I never believed trinity because it made no sense. So I started to look at other religions. Islam captured my heart; I found all the answers I was looking for about this life and the hereafter everything is beautiful in Islam. – EWANGA QRLANAU, ABDUL RAHMAN, CAMEROON.

55.. I WANT TO GO TO MAKKAH:

I am from India and I was not Muslim while working in Dubai for 10 years. The only intention I have in this life is to go to Makkah. I have seen Kaaba in my dreams several times. I just want to die as Muslim and want to go to Makkah before I die. – CHATHELY DAVIS, MUHAMMAD ZAKRIYA, INDIA.

56..CHANGES IN PEOPLE WHO TO MAKKAH:

I have seen changes in Muslims once they come back from Hajj. My sponsor had gone to perform Hajj and came with clear heart. Alhamdulillah, later, through him I accepted Islam. – BEATE VAN STADEN, ABDUL BASHEER, SOTH AFRICA.

57.BE GOOD TO NON MUSLIM PARENTS:

I was interested in Islam but not willing to accept it only because of my parents as I love them, take care of them and I was the only bread-winner for them. Once while having discussion about Islam, a preacher of Islam told me that Islam orders us to be kind and helpful to the parents even if they are Non-Muslims. After knowing that, I accepted Islam. – MARYLOU M. DANAO, MARYAM, PHILIPPINE.

58.BROTHERHOOD IN ISLAM:

I am really surprised by seeing the brotherhood system that Muslims have. They consider other Muslims as their brothers and sometime more than that. They care for each other and demonstrate brotherhood in every aspect of life. – WANG YINGYING. AALIA, CHINA.

59.SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:

(Among the Muslim women were many) very serious and active in volunteering. So I started being with them throughout the campaign and had good time to understated Islam, which later led me to embrace Islam.– TANJA HASLER, HASNA, GERMANY.

60.TAKING CARE OF ELDERS:

(Muslims') being kind to their elders made me to be close to Islam.–ASTER GUDETA, AARIFA, ETHIOPIA.

61.MY HUSBAND:

The Character (of my muslim husband) towards his God, towards human beings, towards me and my kids changed me to accepted Islam. – NOVELYN CADERAO, AYESHA, PHILIPPINE.

62.CLEANLINESS IN ISLAM:

I understood Islam through an Egyptian RTA bus driver. He provided me most of the information about Islam namely praying five times a day, fasting and reading Quran etc. He told me that cleanliness is the topmost importance for all kinds of worship. Keeping oneself clean is part of the faith. – MEEME SHIMON, MUSTAFA, UGANDA.

63.WEARING WHITE CLOTHES:

Most of the Muslims around the world and especially Arabs wear white clothes very clean and tidy. Wearing white clothes shows humanity, brotherhood, equality and shows that they are away from pride and showoff. . – DARIUS MANALO, JAMEEL, PHILIPPINE.

64.EATING TOGETHER:

I discovered and informed that eating together (by Muslims) builds brotherhood and compassion. – SRINU BANOTHH, AFTAB, INDIA.

65.WHY GARLIC IS NOT ALLOWED IN JAINISM:

I started reading books about various religions until I approached Muslim friends about Islam and I had satisfied answers about lawful and unlawful food in Islam and I became Muslims. – ANITA SUDAM, MARYAM, INDIA.

66.EATING NON VEGETERIAN:

Eating Non vegetarian is not allowed in our religion and we consider it as killing animals brutally. For my son who was 9 years old, doctor advised me to feed him beef every day for his development and coming out from his particular disease. It was difficult for me to cook such dishes, so I started getting it from Muslim friend who helped me not only in getting food rather helped me in understanding Islam and accepting it. –SRI NIDI, SRI NIDI, INDIA.

67.PROHIBITION OF PORK:

My reason of embracing Islam is Islam’s prohibition of eating pork as I know that eating pork in Christianity is also not allowed, but most of us consume it. Once I came to know what Islam has prohibited eating pork, I stated reading about Islam which led me to accept it. – OSCAR BARRETTO, MUHAMMAD NASIR, PHILPPINE.
68.NO ADULTERY:

Those girls from Philippine, who became Muslims, do not wish to have boy friends and they always keep themselves away from unlawful sexual relationships, they do not mingle with boys and consider it unlawful. This attitude inspired me to know more about them and about Islam. – FRECILYN TENORIO, FATIMAH, PHILIPPINE.

69.ISLAMIC GREETINGS:

Christianity EtcRe: The Vatican Removed 14 Books From The Bible In 1684 With No Real Explanation by peggywebbs(f): 11:38pm On Feb 03, 2020
@sarrki, I can't even begin to explain in the many ways you are wrong.

These verses bring to mind a few different important questions, such as:

• Who is Solomon speaking of killing with a “shameful death”?

Solomon was not referring to himself in this chapter. It was a description of the mind of the ungodly man. The things that goes on in hearts and how they end up doing evil. In law, they teach that the a person who commits a crime must have thought about it. His actions (the crime) is just a physical manifestation of what he has acted out in his mind. Solomon talks about the mind of the evil people and mentions in the first chapter that their thoughts are not correct but it is just what they believe.

• Why did the Vatican vote to have these 14 books removed from the Bible?

You will need to travel back to 1864 to find out but since time travel is not possible we can never know but the books are there for everyone today to read.

• Why did Solomon sound so crazy and evil in this book?

Now, Solomon was not crazy or evil. He was prophesying about a distant future that was going to happen on earth. He was referring to the mind of the ungodly and not his own.

Solomon was not a cultist. He was not a pastor or a preacher. He was a King. He asked God for wisdom and he got it. We have a lot of geniuses today and trust me they were born with their high IQ and not as a result of some cult.

Solomon had many wives and concubines, last time I checked most men still do, it's just they hide it. Even one night stands are concubines, even stolen kisses are concubines. Well it just shows he was human and not a saint.

Again all that cult you are reading about and their origin are not traced to the time of Solomon. They are modern ocult practices of this end time era. They come with false doctrines and try to deceive people that they are connected with the era of the bible, they are false religions.

Also be careful of where you get your facts from. Ask God for understanding, many of the scriptures are very easy to understand but a lot of people will twist the words to deceive you. Revelation says that even the elect ( knowledgeable people) will be deceived.
Christianity EtcRe: The Vatican Removed 14 Books From The Bible In 1684 With No Real Explanation by peggywebbs(f): 11:00pm On Feb 03, 2020
OP you have a good intention but you got it wrong. Solomon was not evil and that was a prophecy.

You missed it when you forgot that the first verse.. simply meant Solomon describing the thoughts of an ungodly man.... everything that was said by Solomon in this chapter 2 you quoted was what was running in the thoughts of the ungodly man.

Read the first verse again and then you would understand the rest of the chapter.

Wisdom of Solomon 2:1

For the ungodly said reasoning with themselves, but not aright, our life is short and tedious and in the death of a man there is no remedy: neither was there any man known to have returned from the grave.

It was simple, " the verse translates, the ungodly man think within themselves but the things they think are not right,
This ungodly people think that life is short and difficult and it doesn't get better even after death. They don't believe that man will die and come back again".

The rest of the things Solomon said were still the evil thoughts of the ungodly. It was a prophecy about Jesus and all the things that happened and the thoughts that would be in the mind of the corrupt.

Solomon was a man of wisdom and he had supernatural knowledge. It was a knowledge of things that were not known to man.

The apocrypha books are available to everyone that wants it. It is not for people to sit down an expect someone to help us compile books..you search for knowledge. The bible is not a big book but a compilation of several books from different writers.

It is possible that the Vatican had is own views and ideas. Men are generally corrupt and its not unlikely that a Vatican could corrupt. The fact that the books still leaked out means that the word of God cannot be silenced or hidden. Everybody will know the truth.

Now, that you know the truth, do you choose to do good with your knowledge or will you be like the ungodly man Solomon described who did not believe in the testimony of God.

Have a wonderful night.

sarrki:
Typically when the Bible is brought up in conversation, what comes to mind is a source of truth that has not been tampered with.

However, when this book was originally published it contained 80 books and current editions only have 66, and we have to wonder what exact purpose the removal of 14 books would serve?

The Vatican Church or Roman catholic church has been associated with deception for ages. Their atrocities have ranged from genocide many centuries ago against the Cathars to child molestation is more recent years.

The Bible was originally translated from Latin into English in 1611. This “original” Bible contained 80 books, including the Apocrypha, which means hidden.

These Apocrypha booksmade up the end of the Old Testament, and included the following books:

• 1 Esdras

• 2 Esdras

• Tobit

• Judith

• The rest of Esther

• The Wisdom of Solomon

• Ecclesiasticus

• Baruch with the epistle Jeremiah

• The Songs of the 3 Holy children

• The history of Susana

• bel and the dragon

• The prayer for Manasses

• 1 Maccabees

• 2 Maccabees

Later in 1684, all of these books were removed from the Bible and all of its various versions. The only one left intact was the 1611 edition.

In this first edition, Bible Jesus’ name was spelled Iesus, pronounced Yahushua. You have to wonder why it was changed to Jesus, contrary to the original pronunciation and spelling.

One of the most interesting books of the removed was the “Wisdom of Solomon”. Solomon is one of the most legendary biblical figures from the Bible, as he was the son of David and the wisest man that ever lived.

Typically, he is portrayed as a benevolent figure, however, this book will change everything that you ever learned about him.

For example, read this excerpt:

Wisdom of Solomon 2:1-24

1 For the ungodly said reasoning with themselves, but not aright, our life is short and tedious and in the death of a man there is no remedy: neither was there any man known to have returned from the grave.

2 For we are born at all adventure: and we shall be hereafter as though we had never been: for the breath in our nostrils is as smoke, and the little spark in the moving of our heart

3 Which being extinguished, our body shall be turned into ashes, and our spirit shall vanish as the soft air,

4 And our name shall be forgotten in time, and no man shall have our works in remembrance, and our life shall pass away as the trace of a cloud, and shall be dispersed as a mist, that is driven away, with the beams of the sun, and overcome with the heat thereof.

5 For our time is very shadow that passeth away; and after our end there is no returning: for it is fast sealed, so that no man cometh again.

6 Come on there for let us enjoy the good things that are present: and let us speedily use the creatures like as in youth.

7 Let us fill ourselves with costly wine and ointments: and let no flower of the Spring pass by us.

8 Let us crown ourselves with rosebuds, before they be withered:

9 Let none of us go without his part of our voluptuousness: let us leave tokens of our joyfulness in every place: for this is our portion and our lot is this.

10 Let us oppress the poor righteous man, let us not spare the widow, nor reverence the ancient gray hairs of the aged.

11 Let our strength be the law of justice: for that which is feeble is found to be nothing worth.

12 Therefore let us lie in wait for the righteous; because HE is not of our turn, and HE is clean contrary to our doings. He upbraideth us with our offending of the law, and ojecteth to our infamy the transgression of our education.

13 HE professeth to have the knowledge of the MOST HIGH, and calleth HIS self the child of the LORD.

14 HE was made to reprove our thoughts

15 HE is grievous unto us even to behold, for HIS life is not like other men’s, HIS ways are of another fashion.

16 We are esteemed of HIM as counterfeits: HE abstaineth from our ways as from filthiness: HE pronounceth the end of the just to be blessed, and maketh HIS boast that GOD is HIS father.

17 Let us see if HIS words be true: and let us prove what shall happen in the end of HIM.

18 For if the just man be the Son of THE MOST HIGH, HE will help HIM and deliver HIM from the hands of HIS enemies.

19 Let us examine HIM with despitefulness and torture, that we may know HIS meekness and prove HIS patience.

20 Let us condemn HIM with a shameful death: for by HIS own mouth HE shall be respected…..

These verses bring to mind a few different important questions, such as:

• Who is Solomon speaking of killing with a “shameful death”?

• Why did the Vatican vote to have these 14 books removed from the Bible?

• Why did Solomon sound so crazy and evil in this book?

It seems that Solomon was speaking of Jesus. But Jesus was born roughly 900 years after his death. Could he have prophesied Jesus’ coming? Let’s consider why this could be, who Solomon was talking about?

• They killed the SON with a shameful death

• The SON’s actions or fashions were different from everyone else’s

• HE claims to be and IS the child of The MOST HIGH

• He was a righteous poor man who would look at Solomon and others like him as “counterfeits”.

• HE professeth to have knowledge of The MOST HIGH

Then listen to what Solomon has to say:

• HE was made to reprove (criticize) our thoughts

• We are esteemed of HIM as counterfeits: HE abstaineth from our ways as from filthiness: HE pronounceth the end of the just to be blessed, and maketh HIS boast that GOD is HIS father

• For if the just man be the Son of THE MOST HIGH, HE will help HIM and deliver HIM from the hands of HIS enemies.

And one last thing I would like to point out is when Solomon says;

• Let us oppress the poor righteous man, let us not spare the widow, nor reverence the ancient gray hairs of the aged.

In contradiction to everything most of us know and believe about Solomon, in these verses he sounds completely evil. According to most Biblical teachings in modern times, we are told to believe that he is the wisest man in the history of the world.

It should be noted that Solomon was largely involved in the Occult. Much of the knowledge and teachings that Aleister Crowley preached about were based on the Lesser Keys of Solomon. Solomon worshiped multiple gods and had a weakness for women.

It is also worth mentioning that the Temple of Solomon is considered the spiritual birthplace of Freemasonry, which is a secret society of sorts that has been responsible for much of the corruption taking place in our world today.

It has never been stated for sure as to why these books were removed from the Bible, although various speculations have been made. We have to wonder if something darker isn’t behind their removal, and what exactly they are hiding away with these books.

Typically, when something is removed from our direct site by those in power, they don’t expect for us to look any deeper than the surface, but when we do, there is almost always more to uncover than we would have ever imagined.

Christianity EtcRe: Strange Things Happen To Me Whenever I Pray Alone...pls Help by peggywebbs(f): 11:09am On Feb 01, 2020
[i]
Sorry dear it's called fear. I have experienced that and sometimes still do. You have to pray against the spirit of fear.

When you are alone and you close your eyes, you feel like there is something in the place with you but it's just fear. Fear of what you can't see and even though something isn't there, your mind processes something could be there. The weakness and difficulty in praying is also in your head.

It happens most times when you are not really a prayerful person and you are given a prayer task. I used to call it boring and then I'll yawn throughout the prayer that is if I even managed to complete it.

To overcome this you need to motivate yourself. It's like saying you want to win a trophy and the competition its hard. You have to really mean it and fight yourself to fire yourself in the mood of prayer. If it was something you desperately wanted how hard will you pray for it. That should be your motivation.

For the head swelling, it's still fear. Its how you react to fear. Your head is not actually swelling but it feels like it is because you are afraid. When you are around people you don't usually feel it because you feel safe in the crowd like nothing can get you.

You need to work on your fear? Ask yourself why are you afraid? What you can't see can't harm you. When you are in the presence of God and seeking his face, nothing evil can stand. That's why when you call Jesus dark forces flee.

So always remember that when you pray, the only person who you is God. Work on your fear.

Remember, 1 John 4:4

Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world

Always make reference to this quote every time and every day.

Congrats you have a gift of God and can save lives including your own. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, they are just jealous because they haven't experienced it.

Now, take time to take note of your dreams. Why? It could be a premonition. It has happened to me a lot and saved my life countless..glory be to God.

It is a gift of the holy spirit as many refer to it as prophecy. You can easily know when to avoid a situation or how to respond if you have seen it in the dream before it happens. Just get close to God.

Keep deceiving yourselves with everyday happenings and calling it prophecy. It's only people living in a cave that do not have access to BBC, CNN that will believe you.

Please repent and seek the Lord first. Stop deceiving yourselves. God is real and he cannot be found in one man. Everybody has access to him because he is your father. The one true God, God almighty.

Do not let any acclaimed man of God deceive you. A word is enough for the wise. On the last day you will remember you were told by one random nairalander. Happy Sunday

Now you see where you are wrong. If the words were altered or changed to make them be the same or perfect, it means that the truth has been doctored.

The scripture again is not just one book and thats why is called scriptures. They are eye witness accounts of incidents, you can't change the story on vanguard can you even when you hear that punch carried an accurate news.

I remember when a news carried over 32 killed and then BBC mentioned was it 28 about the bombing in Cameroon. The stories did not match up when looking at the number of casualties but they both admitted there was a bombing. Did that change the truth?

I hope that explains it all.

AntiChristian:
When a Book is called a scripture then there should exist a perfect or close to perfect authenticity without room for ambiguity.

What the copyists of the Bible did of mistakes from one generation to another is too much to mention! The God of the Bible didn't protect it and the human copyists did a shabby job.

Two entirely different stories on the same topic can't be both true. At least one would be a lie.

@AntiChristian my friend. I keep telling you that the bible was not written by one person but is a collection of ancient texts on scrolls and tablets by writers.

The old testament account are compiled ancient texts from people that have died over millions of years ago. The reason you find two or three accounts of the story again is just like guardian, vanguard and punch telling an eye witness story.

They didn't have journalists in the modern day sense but they had people who reported news wrote them down and that's how news travelled from country to country through ancient texts.

The Catholics complied these texts to prove that they had found two or more completely separate texts from different sources talking about the same thing. The similarity in the text proves that these incidents happened and were passed from generation to generation until our time today.

You all can hate on Tacha. It doesn't change the fact that she is making something good of her life. Who does her character affect? It's not like being well behaved pays bills. Continue to hate on her instead of focusing on your life. Bye bye
