@Bryce123, I'll say it takes courage to come out like this. With this courage you will do exploits. It hurts to lose those who would have been our support system. I can't say I know how you feel but I'll say for one that I know what its like to be alone.

There will be problems, there will be struggles but it all makes you strong and that is where your courage is.

You should keep in mind that all of this will pass and you will look back and remember it.

If you have friends, you will need them at this point. Some friends are even better than families. You can petch with one of them for the main time. Forex isn't a stable source of income so I will suggest you find something else you are good at and sell yourself. If you are a Christian, I will advise you get closer to God. There was a time when I lost everything, and I didn't know where to go. Even though it took a while, things began to change. So please persevere. Never blame God for what is happening to you. I am sure that there are reasons why things happen but please stay strong.

On a serious note think of something you are really good at. If you can draw, there are tutorials on YouTube where you can learn about graphic design and you can join the freelance world. Nobody waits for government anymore.

You can't spite anyone being a Muslim. Your belief is your right. Even the bible talks about free will. You can serve anyone you want or serve no one, it's all up to you.

However, my qualms about your subject is you saying Christians are bad to you. If someone is bad, the person is bad, not the religion. Even Christians don't follow everything the bible says, its about choice.

I choose to be good because it's what it is. But being a Christian also helps me see the reward for good. If I'm bad, whether I'm a Muslim or Christian it won't change a thing unless I personally decide to change.

Like I always say, blame the act not the religion.

Back to your faith, research the truth and don't get yourself trapped in a lie. You can read the Qur'an and read the Bible. I'm sure you will figure out the truth between the pages at least we are all higher animals.

I think all you need to do is thank God for protecting you. The bible says we battle not against flesh and blood but principalities and powers. And I think for appearance, angels can take on any appearance. The people who mentioned Angel Michael, that is discernment. Anyone who is gifted in discernment will get the identities of any personality they see. It is the Holy Spirit that reveals the true identity, if it was a false appearance, the same Holy Spirit will warn you and you would have rebuked him.

All of these experiences makes us closer to God.

I had a similar experience but I didn't see the Angel Michael. I only heard his name from the mouth of a little boy in a dream. I woke up spelling the name Michael.

We are getting close to the end, we don't know the hour or minute but God has given the children of God the gift to sense the time and seasons. It is near, more and more children of God are getting the messages. That is where the holy spirit comes in. Are there times when someone provokes you and you want to respond. There is that small voice that tells you walk away.

Being a leader is not a beans. It takes self discipline, maturity and self control. Even Jesus Christ said he knew we couldn't do it alone. He said the flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. That is why he gave us the Holy Spirit. What are the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

They ought to correct themselves. Now, one pastor threatens to kill, the other supports him, more will follow suit. But yet there are still those pastors who will never support this. Anyone who sees the truth and wants to admit it, will not support any of these people. The fact that they don't even see their error, questions whether they seek God's face at all. I know that if we do wrong, our conscience will hunt us until we make things right.

Last week, our pastor was reading the book of psalms 49,when he reached the last verse he told the congregation to read the verse together. There was a full fledge cacophony. It was discordant due to the various bible versions every individual was reading. I just stopped verbalising and read in my mind.

I was not happy with such predicament. Had it been we had only one bible version there will not be disharmony.
Our God is not a God of confusion.

This is what I can tell you. Even though there are a lot of terrible happenings all around the world even today, it does not change the fact that there is so much to be thankful for.

If you let the bad outweigh the good, you will not see reason to appreciate the God works of God. I for one am a testimony to God's goodness. If generations that lived thousands of years before us, can say there is a God, are you saying that we in this century are the more wiser?

Seek God. If you truly want to know if he exists. There are many atheists in the past who thought as you do now but guess what, they found out the truth. Search for former atheists around the world, hear what they discovered.

Good attempt at shifting the goal post and sermonising. In any case, there are man-made disasters and there are natural disasters, while people suffer for both, there are always innocents. Are we to excuse God of meddling in the affairs of men when this same God has promised punishment for evil?

God wants to punish people for doing evil but won't lift a finger to prevent innocents from suffering evil. That is quite an absurd priority for a good and powerful God but it is also convenient when you consider the contentiousness of God's existence - I suppose it is harder to prove you exist now by saving innocents from evil than leaving your existence in contention and promising to deal with evil later.

Yes the all powerful God can wipe all of these with a snap of his fingers. But why would he do it? Have we any intention of stopping our evil activities any time soon.

Lets list them, we aren't even sure if Covid isn't a lab grown virus, murder theft, kidnapping, fraud, terrorism, arson, rape, pedophiles, unnatural sexual activities, destroying the environment, wars, nuclear waste, and I'm sure this is just a few.

You want a cleaner but you don't want to be good. Well God isn't a cleaner. As you lay your bed, so you lie on it. In as much as people continue to be wicked, there will never be sanity.

Now what is God doing? He is calling us to be good. To turn away from evil. He is calling us to have a good heart and to stand for everything holy. Now imagine a world where criminals begin to retrace their steps, and the all the crimes against humanity seizes, and the world is full of love for one another, no wars, no brothers killing their blood to inherit, no love for material gain or power. The world will be a better place. The world will be sanitized.

The earth will be clean, but will that ever happen? You want a cleaner but don't want to pay the price.

Think to yourself, and be honest, how much have we damaged the earth. Even looking at Nigeria alone. Will you blame God for what is happening in our country? Or will you hold man responsible for their actions?

Also, the earth cyclically goes through warming and ice ages, human pollution/activity is only speeding up the process. The earth is bound to warm and cool.

Anyway the argument is about a supposedly good and all-powerful God that does nothing to prevent evil. Admittedly, humans purposely do evil and suffer the consequences; there are others who mete out these consequences too. But only after the fact.

This God has sat by and watched as children are molested or die of hunger. If you have ever cringed at suffering and wished you did something about it, surely, a good and all-powerful God should be moved to prevent evil.
