The Supreme Court has ruled that he perjured and banned him for 10 years, and you are saying Taraba State needs to gazette the judgment before it can indict him.

When did the executive start gazetting judgments before they become effective?

So, if Taraba govt doesn’t gazette the judgment (a claim I believe is false), therefore Mr Danlandi is still innocent irrespective of what the Supreme Court has said?

That’s how you guys are defending Tinubu’s criminal forfeiture in the US, arguing that it was not registered in Nigeria therefore it can not be enforced on Tinubu.
