No. I want you to know that the men who helped APC get the votes in 2015 have all left.

Being a ruling party does not manufacture votes.

A candidate needs to be popular which was what helped Buhari in 2015. Without structure, Buhari had always won about 11million votes which is what Tinubu and co cashed unto and added a little influence to bring southern votes for Buhari.
