As Frank Edeoga popularity is sky rocketing, Ugwuanyi has become jittery and wants please workers now at the twilight of his administration after stalling the promotion of these workers for years. Madam Ugwuanyi! |
Agadinaagwuofe:I usually wonder where Tinubu is expecting votes outside of Southwest. Man is not popular in Southsouth and southeast. He’s not popular in Northwest and Northeast. He’s not the first choice in North Central. Where are they now expecting his votes from? |
Na the Sokoto wey dem say Wamako will deliver 5billion votes be this ?Tinubu and his BATstards should just give up already. |
So many people, especially non-Igbos, have wondered why Soludo has received the kind of backlash he has received for his article against Obi where he dismissed Obi’s chances, declaring that “Obi knows he can’t and won’t win”. Well, to help you understand why every respondent has lashed out at Soludo for writing the infamous article, let me tell you the story of the man who drank the water that made his villagers mad. A man traveled to another town from his village and stayed for some months. While he was away, a bad rain fell and contaminated the river which everyone in the village uses. The rain was bad because it caused madness. So everyone who drank of the water became mad. But since there was no other source of water for the village, the entire village had drank from the river and became mad before they could realize that it was the river that was making everyone mad. But one member of the village was still sane; the man who traveled before the rain fell. Not long after, the man returned from his travel and found out that everyone in his village had become mad. Upon enquires, he was told that a bad rain fell and contaminated their river and made the entire village mad. The man didn’t know what to do. He was the only sane man among an entire mad village. Or in that situation, the man was the odd one out - madness had become the new normal in the village. After deep contemplation, the man went to the river, fetched the water and drank and became mad too. Since madness had become the new normal, he wouldn’t be the odd one out. He didn’t want to be the only sane man among mad people. The 48 Laws of Power reinforced this same line of thinking when it admonished, that “Isolation is Dangerous”. Never be the odd one out among a pack or a whole; you’d be an easy target. This is the wisdom that Soludo lacked. Let’s assume all Igbos had become mad because of what they perceive as successive years of marginalization by successive governments in Nigeria since after the war, it was totally wrong, unintelligent, unwise of Soludo to try to be the only sane Igbo man left. Now, to the crux of this piece…. One of the things Soludo accused the entire Igbos of is engagement in what he termed “Nzogbu Nzogbu Politics”. By that I’m sure he means the Igbos’ habit of moving all out for one candidate once they are convinced you will represent their interest or that they just feel you better than your competitors. This is unlike other tribes like the Yoruba who will always spread their votes into almost two equal halves among the leading candidates. That way, whoever wins will not accuse the Yoruba of not supporting him. The same can also be said of the north to an extent. Even though we have seen them consistently voting one way for Muhammadu Buhari since 2003 till 2019. But the Igbos, in their spirit of “one for all and all for one”, always vote in one way traffic for their candidate of choice. The implication of this is that if their candidate fails to win, the victorious candidate will despise the Southeast for failing to vote for him; as is the case with president Buhari which is what gave birth to his “5%” infamous statement. Now, this is what Soludo wants the Igbos to change. Soludo wants Igbos to become like the Yoruba and learn to divide themselves equally amongst leading candidates so that whoever wins, our interest will be protected. As much as the argument seems plausible and appealing, you cannot force a people to become who they are not. Historically, Igbos are known as an acephalous people but I think God gave us one mind. And that’s why it’s easy to predict what all Igbos will do in any given situation. While this “Nzogbu Nzogbu politics” obviously has its disadvantages, it sure has its advantages. One of the major advantages is that anyone or region who wants to align with the Igbos knows that if an alliance happens between us and them, they’ve got all Igbos and our votes and support come rain and shine. It was the politics that gave Zik victory in the 1960s and created his alliance with the north. It was the politics that created the alliance between Shagari and Ekwueme. It was the politics that made Jonathan take up an Igbo name. So lastly, I want to conclude by saying that while Soludo may think we are not playing politics the right way and need to change tactics, I make due to state that one way to succeed in life is to choose what works for you and stick to it and be consistent with it even there are momentary consequences. “All for one and one for all” is the hallmark of the Igbo spirit and nothing is about to change that anytime soon; not even a thousand Soludo. ambale:You are right. They’ve worked their asses off in the past few months and it’s because of Obi’s challenge and pressure. Even now sef they are still holding their hearts on their hands. |
Aiel123:Lol! Delta is PDP the way Enugu is PDP Abi? Una think say Delta people na Aboki wey no fit tell their left from their right. Delta will vote Labour Party in National and maybe PDP in governorship. |
BATified2023:Have you ever heard of Fidelity Bank before? |
Hmmmm Why is there death and sorrow around Tinubu? It was Lagos Lawmaker in Plateau. Now, it’s sister to APC women leader. God is already showing us signs of the disaster that Tinubu presidency will be. Don’t listen to any Tinubu BATstard. |
Fear don catch am and him don begin do eye service. Meanwhile, I don see this road for picture before. Where’s the new one you said he is constructing? |
Hahahahaha! AlexReport don get new client ![]() Alex, what’s up with Cosmas Maduka? You don abandon am abi? Now, na Ned Nwoko dey pay ![]() If you like, don’t advise him to align with Obi if he’s interested in winning the election. Let him keep singing that Atiku rhetorics and he lose scandalously like your other client lost in Anambra. |
Afamed:And I look like Princeoflagos to you? Are you sure you are not consuming things harmful to your mental health? |
If not for Obi, this election cycle would have been the most boring ever. Imagine expecting a president from either Atiku or Tinubu… Obi thank you for daring to try. |
Plateau is Obidient! |
“Take not the name of the lord in vain”. Efulefu! At least I’m happy he’s begging the youth to dump Obi which shows that they have accepted that Nigerian youths are gone with Obi. Otilo! |
DadaHammed:It’s very obvious that Tinubu might not see up to 5% of votes in Plateau State. Nlfpmod Mynd44 |
Goodness lord! I couldn’t stop laughing And to think that this is not Jos o! This is one of the towns in Plateau. But stupid and brainless and foolish Tinubu BATstards will always claim that Peter Obi is only popular in the urban areas. It’s obvious that the entire town is Obidient. If not, these guys would have been circumspect about how they go about the comedy to avoid the supporters of other candidates attacking them. But it’s quite obvious other candidates have no supporters there. Peter Obi is our next president! |
How can you blame Barr Ismail for failing to keep a straight face? If I were there, it’s likely that I would laughed until them go think say I don kolo ![]() I think people around Tinubu are deceiving him. These guys trooping behind him might vote for him, they just wanna collect their campaign money. Gaskiane! |
CoronaVirusRelo:If you weren’t a Muslim, maybe you’d have known that Peter Obi is a Papal Knight. The highest order of knights. So, you will wait and tire for Knights of Saint Mulumba to campaign for Agbado. |
asanausana91:Atiku is cursed never to rule Nigeria. |
Hahahahahahaha! Uzodimma couldn’t control less than 500 rented guests. But somehow, Tinubu BATstards believe he will control the votes of millions of Imo people and tell them to thumbprint for Tinubu. You fools are joking with Igbos. Ndi ala! Imagine them telling security to close the gate to prevent people from going outside . A very hilarious embarrassment. |
madridguy:Dem don kill am like they killed Funsho Williams. |
Thinkam:Atiku cum no dey finish? Atiku has been trying to cum since 1993 still no show. Tell the old man to go and rest. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XJevg9Aue4 Dr Bitrus Pogu is the president of the Southern and Middle Belt Forum (SMBF). In this interview with Arise Tv, he stated that Afenifere, Ohaneze, Pandef and the Middle Belt Forum, have all endorsed Peter Obi of the Labour Party. This is contrary to an earlier report that it is only Southeast and MiddleBelt Forum that endorsed Obi. This interview confirms that all the Socio-cultural organizations in the South and Middle Belt have endorsed Obi while we await who the Northern Elders Forum and Arewa Consultative Forum will endorse. But when you remember that Obi’s running mate is brother to the spokesperson of Northern Elders Forum (NEF), you would easily speculate where their endorsement is likely to go to. Nlfpmod Mynd44 |

“Awa Lokan” (it’s our turn). You can imagine Tinubu’s only reason for seeking the presidency. But he will fail |
Hahahahaha! Peter Obi always take the lead and others follow. He was the first to say he’d dialogue with IPOB and other agitators, but Tinubu BATstards went berserk and started displaying their mental hollowness by criticizing Obi for saying that. Not long ago, Kwankwaso reechoed same thing. Now, Tinubu too is promising to dialogue with IPOB. Hello Tinubu BATstards and brainless fools, what do you idiots have to say now? |
Kyase:I asked for pictures and shame no catch you to show me this? |
jumper524:Lol! Consolation philosophy! In 2011, Anambra alone did above 1million votes, Imo did above 1.3million votes while Enugu did above 800k votes. Put them together, that’s 3.1million votes from those 3 states alone as the table below shows. It is likely that those 3 states will do something like that again in 2023 or even more or maybe less. But I just wanted to prove to you that your claim of the 3 states producing only about 1.3million votes is fallacious and outright lie.
|
God and Obidients are bursting their long propagated lies and heist. And I’m sure Buhari is allowing this because he’s no longer a participant in the forthcoming election. Imagine that Kano has about 5.9million registered voters. If 2.7million of this number is confirmed invalid, that means Kano will be left with only about 3.2million registered voters; way behind Rivers and even Delta. I hope Tinubu BATstards whose candidate’s oxygen depends on Kano votes are reading this? Ndi ala! Obi is the next president. |
Newkingy:Lol! Make him no open Tinubu and APC nyash ![]() |
