In the thread where Actress Hilda Dokubo was reported as saying that Labour Party will take over Rivers State in 2023, somebody posted a YouTube video of her being interviewed by BBC Igbo and she was speaking fluent Igbo.

It got me confused… because the name “Dokubo” is clearly Ijaw and not Igbo. So I don’t know how she learnt Igbo that much.

But one thing is clear, there’s so much affinity between Southeast and Southsouth than some people are willing to admit.

Tinubu supporters are beginning to find a new tune… that Peter Obi has been visiting churches, he is trying to make the election a Christian vs Muslim affair, how many churches did he visit in the last 2 years and all sorts of balderdash.

But where were these people when 2000 Ulammahs were gathered to pray for Tinubu in Kano?

How many Ulammahs prayed for Tinubu in the last 2 years?

Was Tinubu not making the election a Muslim affair by inviting Ulammahs to pray for him?

I understand these people are paranoid because Christian leaders in Nigeria are finally dropping their docility for real action. They have finally decided to stop asking their congregations to pray for Nigeria and move to asking them to take real and concrete steps towards making Nigeria a better place.

This is what Imams have been doing for ages in their mosques in the north and I see nothing wrong if Christian preachers do same in their churches both in the north and down south.

Whatever it takes to save Nigeria must be done.

Tinubu is most likely going to win southwest, though the margin may not be very much.

Either Atiku or kwankwaso will likely win northwest. Forget about APC structure, Tinubu is not doing to beat a northerner here. Although, the APC structure may help him win some votes but he won’t win the region

Atiku will win Northeast

Peter obi will win southeast and south south.

Who ever grab northcentral between ATiku, Tinubu and Obi will win.

I’m going to be realistic with you, as I have always been.

In the North Central, Peter Obi will win Plateau, Benue, Abuja and Nasarawa. That’s 4 out of 7.

It’s also likely that Peter Obi might have good outing in Kogi but I don’t like factoring Kogi into my calculation.

Now, 4 out 7 is victory for Peter Obi in the North Central. So, if North Central is going to be the decider of the election, then Peter Obi wins.

But let me also add, that Peter Obi is winning Taraba in the Northeast and will have good outing in Adamawa too.

Yesterday, a nairalander was telling me of the support Peter Obi is garnering in Potiskum, Yobe State, Northeast. I was surprised because these are places we always take for granted that it would go to APC 100%.

So, just forget, this election is Peter Obi’s to lose.

Even Tinubu’s herd of foolish urchins know this reality.
