Obiano signing out on a high.

But if Ojukwu’s widow was not good enough to be a senator in Anambra, Obiano’s wife is also not good enough to be senator in Anambra.

The only thing Anyim has done wrong in his entire political career is staying away from the media.

People didn’t know how intelligent he is until recently that he started granting interviews.

Fork it!

Anyim is highly cerebral even to the level of Peter Obi.

And I think when come comes to become, Anyim might just be Southeast consensus candidate; not necessarily because he is the best of us but because he seems to have the least baggage.

Unlike Peter Obi whom the north erroneously see as an ethnic bigot.

Or Umahi who the Igbos see as anti Igbo and north pleaser.

Okorocha and Orji Uzor Kalu are corrupt idiots that don’t deserve mentions.

But Donald Trump was never a councillor before becoming POTUS
But he was already a billionaire with record of achievements.

How many of the over 70 idiots that called themselves presidential candidates in 2019 can you point to what they have achieved both in their private life and public service?

Is their any of them you can compare to Donal Trump?

That’s why they are sponsoring all these tales by moonlight

I think i will go with a candidate with prowess for infrastructural development.
Economy can be handled by handing it over to team of experts and monitoring their result to know when to reshuffle.
U can remember OBJ.
Grant Umahi access to the treasury and watch him revamp the country's infrastructure rapidly to the amazement of the West.
I don’t mind an Umahi presidency but his chances keeps getting bleaker with every passing day.

Nobody even remembers he is in the race anymore.

He miscalculated by joining APC. If he had remained in PDP, the PDP ticket would have been his to lose.
Politics › Re: Constitution Review: 7 Controversial Clauses As NASS Panel Finalises Report by Penguin2:
I read everything and they are all wonderful provisions.

First, I support stifling of political parties registration process please. Just like I support the deregistration of a thousand of churches especially those started by disgruntled pastors from bigger churches.

A situation where one idiot goes to rent a container in Abuja as party office and asks INEC to register his party relying on whatever stupid Supreme Court judgment is stupid.

They end up wasting everybody’s time at the elections with stupid presidential candidates whose village people don’t even know. If you must contest for the presidency, go and win House of Rep, Senate or even governorship seat first. Show what you can at the regional level and let that be your pedigree giving the presidency a shot.

It is the reason people like Tinubu, Fashola, Peter Obi, Umahi, Umaru Zulum, etc, will always have edge over any other candidates in any presidential contest because we have seen them deliver at regional levels.

Again, Independent candidacy is another masterstroke. Political parties would learn not to toil with popular and capable candidates anymore while going for a buffoon because they think he will play ball.

Allowing states to decide on airports and railways, is another great provision. So that states will stop going to Abuja to beg for approval to build airports like Obiano and Umahi did just to build airport.

Mayoralty status for FCT is wonderful except that they still left the qualification at SSCE when we are clamoring for graduate certificate to be the minimum qualification for political office.

Another thing not so good is Labour going to concurrent list. We have seen how wicked some governors can be. But I trust Labour to make a lot of noise until Labour is removed from concurrent list.

When all is said and done, we will now go to God in prayers that Buhari will assent to it when finally legislated and passed by both National and state legislators.

Nigeria is getting there!

Meanwhile, Igbo Presidency 2023.

Operation screen out the bad eggs.
Orji Uzo Kalu, Rochas Okorocha, Tinubu and Osinbajo have criminal cases.
Peter Obi is viewed as a bigot up north, same way El Rufai is perceived down south.
Ogbonnaya Onu theoretically got the leadership qualities, but a country that is in dire need of basic infrastructures, aggressive security tackling and economic revatalisation need an energetic and vibrant Umahi, though his only shortcoming is intolerance of opposition freedom of speech and expression.
But that is of low importance.
I am not convinced about Anyim performing.
Anyim will stabilize Nigeria. But that’s all I can vouch for.

I doubt his capacity with the economy.

I also do not know what he would do with regards to infrastructure.

Obi and Umahi are good candidates

But Umahi will kill Nigerians with tax. And will not tolerate opposition. Again his knowledge of the economy is limited.

Peter Obi is the man we are looking for but Nigerians don’t like good things.
Politics › Re: 2023: Osinbajo, Good Presidential Material, Say Bayelsa Monarchs by Penguin2:
What do you expect the traditional rulers to say before?

Tell the Vice President to his face that he is not a good presidential material?

Or that he should drop his ambition and support the Southeast whose turn it is?

We have seen this yama yama endorsements from traditional rulers before.

All the Obas of Yoruba land pointed their staff on GEJ in the run on to the 2015 general elections but nothing came out.

So, fork what Bayelsa traditional rulers said about Osinbajo.

It is Igbo presidency in 2023 or it will be ite missa est for Nigeria.

Jonathan is a good man.

But Akunyili-Parr rightly captured his problem -

“he distastes speed and chooses neutrality to the point of inaction”.

Simply put, Jonathan is weak. His wife is swifter. And that’s why we seldom heard more from her while they were in power.

That’s the reason Jonathan should never be president again.

He will still be deceived.

He will still not be firm.

He will still not be able to stamp his foot on the ground and stand by a decision he is convinced about.

That’s how he allowed himself to be bullied by Tinubu and his Ojota urchins when he removed Fuel Subsidy in 2012. A decision that if he had stood by it, we wouldn’t be talking about subsidy today. Nigerians would have long adjusted.

We have been here accusing northerners of not being informed without knowing that they are very much informed.

100 gbosas for those Abuja youths.

The stupid APC minister is looking for windows that her evil party can be exploiting to subvert the people’s will but the youths served her with the right dish.

We better continue to have technical glitches with BVAS than cast votes with hassles only for our votes not to count.

Politics › Re: APC Set To Postpone National Convention By Two Weeks by Penguin2: 7:58am On Feb 19, 2022
They are simply postponing the doomsday.

And postponing my torment of Tinubu urchins when Sani Musa finally loses out despite Tinubu spending billions to help him get the party chairmanship.

Las las, it’s possible APC may have taken Orji Uzor Kalu’s advise to hold both the party congress and convention on the same day.

I would love it anyways.

So that the anti-Tinubu elements who are in charge of APC right now will organize the convention and ensure that the urinating corrupt drug lord loses woefully; and we sane Nigerians will be here tormenting his online urchins.

Las las, Tinubu would be forced to throw his weight behind PDP candidate because forming another mushroom party would be totally stupid.

I am anti-Tinubu

Shekarau will win at the Supreme Court.

Tinubu urchins must cry till their nose run.

Meanwhile, I have big problem with the courts declining jurisdiction over internal affairs of political parties.

Are our courts telling these parties to engage in all kinds of impunity without consequences?

While this judgment is in order, to serve as deterrent to agents provocateur who infiltrate political parties to work against the party, I have issues with the courts saying they have no jurisdiction over internal parties affair.

So what it means is that political parties can engage in all kinds of absurdities and illegalities without being punished by the courts?

Whoever made that law must have kerosene running through his veins instead of blood.

Seems Ekweremadu has finally realized that he cannot win the battle he was trying to fight and has finally fallen in line.

I wonder how Ekweremadu intended to work against Ugwuanyi ( a sitting governor), Chimaroke Nnamani (the James Ibori of Enugu state) and other political juggernauts from Enugu East whose turn he wanted to take.

He has seen he was on a wild goose chase.

He can wait for 8 years. By which time it would be the turn of Enugu West again and everyone will just wait for his swearing in because there will be no contest if God spares his life.

Enugu State is in the Hands of God!

Madam Ugwuanyi may not be working but he is peaceful and humane. That, you can’t take away from him.
Politics › Re: Indaboski: If Only For 2nd Niger Bridge, Nigeria Won’t Forget Buhari by Adesina by Penguin2: 7:53am On Feb 18, 2022
Well, while I must commend Buhari for continuing with the building of the bridge, we must not lose sight of the fact that GEJ signed all the contracts for the bridge(though some people claim it was revisited) and made it a PPP project which means that irrespective of who is in power, the project would go on.

Meanwhile, whether Indaboski or Pahose, the bridge should never be named after Buhari or we rather bomb it.
