Sometimes ago, I wrote how Tinubu only sees the north(west) and Southwest in his own map of Nigeria, and so far, he and his handlers has not done anything to prove me wrong.

Tinubu has consulted almost every important Oba in Yoruba land, just as he is hiring Imams in the north. Just today Arewa Women for Tinubu went to meet Governor of Katsina state.

And so far, Tinubu has not seen any traditional ruler or political stakeholder in Southeast or Southsouth that is worth consulting.

If he’s doing this as an aspirant, what would he do when he gets full presidential powers(God forbid)?

Is the Southeast and Southsouth not justified by not wanting to even hear anything about Tinubu with their ears?

Does Tinubu’s attitude not constitute tribal bigotry and ethnic stratification?

Putin knows and is taking actions to squash this. If he listens to you, Russia will be as useless and irrelevant in world affairs like your Nigeria in ten years time. The West knows what they are doing. Russia knows what she's doing. You're the one alligning to some quarters based on emotions and not based on interests. First of all, you need to change your moniker. There’s nothing about your vituperations so far that depicts that you have ever heard about the name ‘Plato’ nor that you are a follower of his philosophical teachings.

Again, instead of ranting all over Nairaland asking us to go and make research on how Ukraine is bad, why not post the result of your research here for everyone to see and know if your stance is justified and possibly join you in defending Russia?

I do not intend to bore you with long epistle. So, this is gonna be concise and straight to the point.

On February 24th, 2022, Russia made good her threat and invaded sovereign Ukraine and has continued to bombard the lowly country since then.

From the build up of the crisis till now that the crisis has started, Russia has clearly been the aggressor with Ukraine’s only crime being her intention to join bodies and allies that can ensure her security and self preservation.

But I’m appalled that some people on Nairaland are standing with Russia.

They conjure all sorts of conjectures to justify their wicked, irrational, narcissistic and sadistic stance.

First, they say US and her Western allies have been invading other countries with no one forming a global police on them; therefore, US and the west have no justification in trying to stop Russia from razing Ukraine to the ground.

They argue how Western media has skewed reportage, over the years, to present Russia in bad light unrepresentative of the true reality of things.

But do these things justify Russia’s attitude?

Why do people choose to side with evil? Or are they by implication telling us they are evil and would behave like Putin if they were in his position?

If anything, let us consider the facts of the cases of US invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan and even Libya.

Osama Bin Laden hijacked a US bound commercial airplane and crashed it at the New York Twin Towers which led to a lot human and material damage. When he was done, he fled to Afghanistan and was receiving shield from the govt of the day. What did you expect US to do? Fold her arms and watch Afghanistan become terrorist haven where insurgents will call home? If US had left Afghanistan without consequences, other fundamentalist Arab countries would toed same path and start allowing their territories to serve as breeding ground for Islamic Fundamentalists and terrorists.

Same with Iraq and Libya. Saddam Hussein and Mummar Gadaffi were two known Islamic fundamentalists. Sponsoring Islamic insurgents and allowing their territories to be used as training field for these terrorists.

Now, how do these things compare to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine?

Is Ukraine harbouring any individual that committed a crime against either the govt of Russia or the Russian people?

What Putin is doing is bullying, it’s wrong, unprovoked and unjustified. Therefore anybody supporting Putin’s actions is evil and should be segregated from people and a psychological check run on such person to determine the level of mental damage.

1. South West.
Policies of great leaders like Awolowo, with pioneers like Bola Ige and Akintola up to the modern day governors like Ajimobi, Fashola, Tinubu, Southwest have by far the best governance in Nigeria. Theyve had the best policies in education and attracting investments. The recent formation of Amotekun is also noteworthy. The region also shows it.

2. South South
With states like Calabar, Rivers and Akwa Ibom. SS has had the best leadership. Although they are not the best in economy even with immense natural resources, they've done well with infrastructure as well as security.

3. North West
With beautiful states like Kaduna, Kano and recent infrastructural development in Borno NW stands out as one of the best run regions in the country. Both in infrastructure, agriculture and tech. Although insecurity recently has dampened their claim to effectiveness.

4. North Central
Although these states are not popular on media, they are actually one of the easiest and most peaceful places to live. If you doubt, ask any NYSC corper near you. States like Benue and Kwara are peaceful and easy to live as government maintain the peace. There is much room for growth.

5. South East
These states are more of private efforts than government effectiveness. Although most of the citizens enjoy the economy of better run regions especially South West and also South South and North West. Then they take these proceeds home to nurse their region back to life. One of the lowest IGR and rocked with insurgency, South East is yet to find its track to the top in terms of governance and development.

6. North West
Slightly worse than the South East is the North West. Overwhelmed by insecurity and corruption. The true sick man of Nigeria. If they manage to end insecurity, they have chances of taking the no. 5 position.
