Op I was once in your shoe while working for someone. Just do checks n balances regarding the financial n growth benefits...growth regarding your personal development and career aspirations, then go for the one that fits.

If the current company fits stay back be fearless of them getting back at you,once you know your worth and what you can offer even if they sack u later on, it won't take much time u will land yourself a better job.

However never ignore or show attitude to the new one if you eventually settle for the current job. simply tell them you are going for a few months course that you know will really be of greater heights for you and any company you pick to work for that they should please give you time,I believe they would bulge once they are goal oriented. For me that was the exact thing I did, when the older employer started acting up towards me probably because I stayed back and stuff I just bolted. Wrote back to the initial company and that was it....miss those rich_slave days....We Kinging now(Entrepreneurship Rocks)

In my own opinion speaking from thorough experience being an employee with the structure of our society lately is a total slavery. 90% of employees are just pretending everything is fine funny enough they aren't. I'm a huge advocate of self employment but before u pursue that dream of entrepreneurship,,, garner more knowledge regarding what you are moving into.

99% of our societal employment is nothing but a masked slavery.

But please don't do palm oil, its price index is not stable and is most times politically influenced .(those who bought last year can testify). I will advice you try a produce that is more stable and has a guaranteed ROI no matter how small, a typical example of this is corn and beans.

Last year, I spent about this same amount buying 100 bags of corn at 5200 naira per bag, the total amount spent was about 585 thousand naira (plus cost of storing space, treatment and transportation) today a bag of corn goes for about 9000-9500 naira, I just want it to hit 10,000 naira before I can sell. My only regret is not including beans in my portfolio, as beans was selling for about 18,000k by then, but now sells for 28-30k .

Lastly, you can do this on your own, don't give your hard earned money as an undeserving offering to some jambnairaland snake and vampires!

Everything about nysc,allawe n savings boils down to your priority before coming out for nysc.

Most people are bn taken unawares by their own making,some flow with that aura of am a corper hereby gallivanting all thru their service year. When you know n have plans on what you want creating an avenue for other incomes before the service, u will see that the allawe is just a bonus that you may not get to touch till you are done serving.

I served in Abuja n before I came onboard I made concrete plans regarding my allawe n doubling my hustle,truth be told I made ×5 of my allawe every month all through the year,tho it wasn't easy for me i had to
do stuffs (still keeping that soft life n rebranded my packaging) but since it involved dough it sure worth the stress for me.

There's nothing i didn't do i even did home lesson for jambites did early morning cleaning job in another office before leaving for my ppa n other stuffs too...soon n very soon on this platform i will be sharing my experiences n stuffs i went through just to make those money come through.

What matters the most is knowing what you want n knowing that life after service can be horrible. There are no easy come-by job out there after service no matter what you are bn promised by anybody it's after service u go know say AC no be Fan. Talking from experience,I suggest you go for laundry. The biz is being neglected by many but there's awhole lot of money in it,once you are consistent n committed to what you are doing,n with laundry u can keep record of the daily happening up to a higher extent... I have run both but I finally settled for laundry n its really paying off. Starting a soccer betting enterprise(bet9ja,naijabet etc) is another hidden money making venture if u stay in a populated environment. Goodluck!!!
