My man I have been asking this question. Nobody has confirmed that it was IPOB members that did it. IPOB directive was """ SIT AT HOME""". IPOB members are known to always obey their commands. Besides, there was heavy presence of army and police on Obigbo road that very day. On ordinary days, there are 8 check points between the Flyover and Obigbo junction. How come no body was arrested nor identified?

She was said to have committed fraud in her former place of work. This is not her first time.

In Igbo tradition, when there is a call for collective action, they don't force you but if you do not join, you will be considered an enemy of the people. That is Igbo tradition.
