LDL is the unwanted Being high is not what anyone wants to see.
Solution 1- avoid pizza, shawarma, suya, 2- more of vegetables, and fruits 3- engage in exercises especially aerobics 4- if it didn't improve after 1month, your doctor may recommend to you cholesterol lowering drugs |

Oplomo: Mr chemist, you yorubas have built bridges. Contest with your oshogbo river bridge and allow us build our own bridge with whomsover we want in 2023. We shall then see whose bridge is stronger.
Since 2015, you yoruba go to you alaroye and iwe iroyin newspapers stands to deceive yourselves on how you can be rotating presidency between the North and SW, since Ibo and north hate themselves, I laugh and shake my head at the foolery of yoruba FREE Readers Association at ojuelegba bridge. You still don't get it Nobody hates you,( please don't use that word) It reverberates so much in you That's how you see other tribe Until use stop you can't progress |
Politics › Re: Thank God Other Southern Politicians Are Seeing Through The Hypocrisy Of SW by pharmagba: 8:37pm On May 07, 2022 |
Lazyreporta: I can confirm now that Igbos are actually minority in Nigeria.. I don't believe a major ethnic group will be saying all these.. You blame SW for everything.
You're quick to say north can continue and yet you say SW is slave, who is slave?
The west is busy fighting it for west yet you all keep saying they should fight it for east when you're saying north can have it. Simple, you're scared of yoruba on the race. You already believe you can't win them..
This politics, fight for your right and stop being slave to north Quite true. I think the major issue with south east is inability to build bridges. Which party has south east invested in? Ans PDP Why are they not likely to get the ticket under PDP? Ans: not forming strong alliances with other regions, Why are they hoping to get the ticket under APC? Ans- Stealing where you did not sow mentality The SW has technically left the PDP podium for the SE to climb hoping the presidential race will be between SE and SW but they left their podium to want to claim the APC. They have for the past 7yrs said the problem of Nigeria is SW ( how ironic, not indicting the ruling North) for voting Buhari, but have not align to become the solution. To them everybody is the problem not them A classical example is the person below, check out his name and comment and you will get a clearer picture |

Politics › Re: 2023 Presidency: Atiku Divides PDP Governors by pharmagba: 9:48am On May 07, 2022 |
michlins: Obi will not win the primary even if he has to the CBN. Dude is too frugal with funds and that's what we need in Nigeria unfortunately we're too hungry to make the right decision. Even the rich are too hungry for to use their sense.
Atiku is most likely going to pick up the ticket and that will unsettle APC because they will need a Northerner and a good Moslem to counter whoever PDP will bring.
Anyway I sell iron doors and stuff That's what I keep telling everybody who care to listen. Obi has never been givien to spending. His emergence as APGA candidate was simply because Ojukwu lifted his hand as the annoited one. He thought it's is that easy He should be advised to go and align with a veteran who can spend to achieve the goal. I had thought much before now he should have align with Wike or Kwankwaso of Kano or even one of the great billionaires who will spearhead is candidature. He is not a strategic thinker as he may make us believe |

Oplomo: Oga chemist, shouldn't you be happy about that? That Biafra failed and became worse than south sudan?
If Biafra will be all the negatives you said, you anti-Igbos and anti-Biafrans would be the biggest supporter of Biafra. Don't you think you are deceiving yourself the usual yoruba manner, which is your innate nature? I am a realist No sentiment! Tell me how the Nigerian state has been hindering progress in the igbo land? To succeed they need the population which they don't have They have their resources in different part of Nigeria, where will they start from? Check south Sudan and tell me of any success story of break away. Please come with facts to the table, I'm all ears! |
