Straight to the point,

I'm a chronic addict of alcohol and cigarettes. I use them heavily and that has caused me a lot of health issues. I'm struggling but couldn't quit.

I smoke and drink at the detriment of my health which has seen me access the hospital on many occasions than normal.

I've applied all techs thru people's testimony of how they quitted but none worked with me.


I swear every night that I've quitted but on first light the next day the craving increases.

I'm battling multiple health issues and I need help.

But if u feel u still want to stay longer, take it easy on yourself, reduce d quantity u take gradually, for instant if u take a pack in a day reduce it to let's say half or even less, each month give urself a Target and try to achieve it, I pray God help you and know this that God loves you and will help you over come it, only if you trust on him. I am a married woman, with a child.

My Marriage has been really rocky. Quarrels every now and then.

What basically causes the problems is our differences, we just don’t understand each other, it wasn’t so visible during dating.

Although we did not date for long....but being married, it has been from one issue to the other, right from a week after our wedding.
