Bishop David Oyedepo has narrated how a man embalmed for 24 hours came back to life and how a child who died from a kidney disease came back to life with new kidneys after her father saw him (Oyedepo) in a vision,

Sharing the testimony with his church members, Oyedepo said a man who visited a mortuary where his brother was kept and embalmed, proclaimed that the “God of Oyedepo” is in the room. The cleric claimed that after the proclamation, the man’s dead brother sneezed and came back to life.

Oyedepo also narrated how the 12-year-old sister of one of the students of Covenant University which he founded, died from a kidney disease.

He claimed that after the student’s father saw him (Oyedepo) in a vision telling him to go and get his daughter from the mortuary, he asked for the corpse to be released and laid her on the bed she used to sleep on before she died.

Oyedepo claimed that on the third day, the girl came back to life with a loud shout and also with “brand new kidneys”.

Only two people have been spotted onboard the economy section of a flight from Lagos to London.

The two female passengers reaffirmed they are the only ones in the section and also gave its entire view.

This is coming after UK government placed Nigeria on a red list, barring travelers from the West African country from entering.

Only British and Irish nationals or those who have resident rights in the UK are allowed in after visiting countries on the red list. There are however stringent rules they must abide by.

Popular actress and filmmaker, Omoni Oboli has opened up on how she coped during the sad event of Late Matthew Ukey, her father’s death.

The actress revealed this during an interview on Sunday with Journalist, Chude Jideonwo.

During the interview, the filmmaker talked a bit about the sad experience of how was saw her father’s ’empty shell’ after visiting the morgue, not knowing what to do at that period of her life.

“My world crumbled when my dad passed. The next day I drove into Benin. I went to see him at the Morgue. Have you ever seen a dead body? You just know that they are no more there. It’s a shell. We all like to look good, at the end of the day this body is a shell. I saw my dad, I saw my mom and you just know the person you know and love is gone.

“They call my dad mobility that’s like his nickname. I said ‘Mobility how could you do this to me’? I just kept thinking what am I going to do? How am I ever going to get back from this?” she said.

The mother of three also emphasized the need to forgive one another no matter what the case might be.

She said;

“There is almost nothing that someone will do that you won’t forgive if you want to. If you decide you don’t want to forgive, that’s different. But if you want to forgive, there is nothing that someone will do to you that you won’t forgive. We all have to realize first of all that we are all sinners.

“We are all completely flawed. Nobody is perfect so don’t look for perfection in the next person because you are not even perfect yourself. So we decided very earlier on in the marriage, actually before, that divorce is not an option. So no matter what happens, we are in this forever”.

Ex-beauty queen and graduate of Abia State university, Princess Ugonna has cried out after people she described as unknown gunmen set her home ablaze and abducted her father in Imo State.

Calling out Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, the ex-beauty queen questioned why the governor kept telling the world that Imolites and Nigerians at large are safe, whereby the reverse is the case.

In a post on Instagram, Princess posted a video showing the embattled building that was burnt, as she lamented the loss of her school certificates including that of her siblings in the building.

Narrating the ordeal, Princess, who noted that her father HRM Eze Paul ogbu was abducted during the attack on their home at Ihube Okigwe, wrote:

“My name is Princess Ugonna Ogbu. I am an ex-beauty Queen and a graduate of Abia state university. I am from okigwe in IMO state.

“It is so unfortunate that the IMO state government @he_hopeuzodimma will come to social media and assure the world and Nigerians at large that IMO state is safe whereby we are dying on daily basis.

“Last night my family house in Ihube okigwe IMO state and my dad’s car was set Ablaze by unknown gunmen and my dad HRM Eze Paul ogbu was abducted to an unknown destination, all my credentials both that of my siblings all burnt to ashes as at the time of this incident.

“We called the @nigeriapoliceforce this was at 11:55pm they ask us were is okigwe located. We explained, they gave us a number to call force headquarters that they will assist us of which we called, the line was not picked.

“We called back the number that gave us the force headquarters number only for them to tell us there is nothing they can do at this point all hope was lost.

“We called the @nigeria.fireandrescue at okigwe only for them to tell us that they don’t have water to stop the fire as you can see in the video, the house and everything in it burnt to ashes no single pin came out. Up till now my father’s way about is still unknown and no information of what so ever.

“Am Using this opportunity to call on well meaning Nigerians to come to our aid, because there is no hope for the common man in this our country.”

Femi Fani-Kayode has responded to Precious Chikwendu after she called on well-meaning Nigerians to speak up so she will be allowed to see her sons.

Precious had said that one of her sons had Coronavirus and she only found out in court. She added that another has a wound on his head and she recently found out too.

Precious also said that despite a court ruling that she should be allowed to see her kids, FFK has kept her from seeing them for over a year.

Femi Fani-Kayode has now released a video in a bid to dispute Precious’ claim and to show that the kids are fine.

He added that Precious has been given access to come to the house to see the kids for the last 1 year and 4 months but she has refused.

Precious Chikwendu is crying out for a chance to see her children after over a year of being kept from them following her separation from Femi Fani-Kayode.

The mother-of-four revealed that she hasn't been herself since she saw a photo of her last son, Liam, aged 3, with a scar on his head.

She explained that she has no idea what happened to him and she doesn't know what's going on with the rest of her kids.

She disclosed that there is a court order allowing her to see her children but her ex, Femi Fani-Kayode  (FFK) has made that impossible by appealing, thereby stalling the whole process.

She said they've been in court since March but FFK continues to come up with one thing or the other to stall the process.

She called on everyone with a heart to speak up on her behalf so she can see her sons.

Precious Chikwendu has again cried out about her ordeal in an ongoing custody battle with the father of her children and former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode.



The mother of four in a video she shared on Instagram, alleged that she experienced domestic violence while still with the former minister. Chikwendu also revealed that while she didn’t go public with FFK’s alleged erectile dysfunction claim during the six years they were together, she understands that court documents are available to the public after being filed.

Ooni Of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi has been seen in a new video addressing the rise in insecurity in the country.

Youths in some parts of Northern Nigeria are currently staging a protest over the widespread killings in the region.

Although Nigeria is currently facing a high wave of insecurity, bandits and terrorists have stepped up attacks in the north despite the efforts of the government to contain them.

The protesters carrying different placards have taken to major streets in the FCT, Kano, Bauchi,  Zamfara and Sokoto States. The protesters called on President Buhari and governors to show more interest in tackling insecurity.

Zainab Naseer Ahmad, who led the peaceful protest in Kano, lamented how insecurity is threatening the lives and livelihood of Nigerians.

“We have come to share our concern and send a message to our leaders; we are tired of the worsening state of insecurity in the country. Every now and then, lives are lost, people are being unjustly killed like animals. We demand the return of peace in our societies.

We are saying enough is enough, no more blood shed! Out-of-school children is witnessing a massive rise, orphans everywhere. We can’t travel in peace, economy is crumbling. People are burnt while travelling.”

In an emotional video he shared on his Instagram page, the singer asked people to help him ask God why he is facing these deaths in one year.

The singer lost his father in September and in a space of three months, has now lost his mum.

A Nigerian clergywoman, Prophetess Patience Obi, has asked women to endeavor they submit whatever money they make to their husbands before spending out of it.

According to her, the husband is the head of the home and should be the one to give direction on how the wife's money should be spent.

The woman who made headlines days ago for slapping her husband on a live radio show, has been spotted in a new video begging her husband.

It was reported earlier that the assault incident occurred after the disgruntled Ghanaian husband and wife were invited to the radio show to air their grievances and settle their issue. As the man accused his wife of keeping urine and faeces in their room during the live radio show, he received a resounding slap on his cheek from her. The woman repeatedly accused her husband of trying to embarass her in public.

An official of the Lagos state government was booed by some angry Nigerians at a gospel program, The Experience, that was held in Lagos last night December 3.

The representative was called to give a speech at the program organized by House on The Rock. His speech was however disrupted by the angry Nigerians who booed him and asked him to leave the stage.

The senior pastor, Paul Adefarasin, had to apologize to the Lagos state government after the incident.

A middle aged man was apprehended on Friday, December 3, in Ibadan, Oyo State for allegedly ''turning two children into yam tubers.''

According to report, the man allegedly dropped a certain amount of money on the ground which the children reportedly picked and ''turned into two tubers of yam.''

The man told TVC News in an exclusive interview that he does not believe human beings can be turned into a yam.

A child, claiming to be a friend of the 12-year-old boy who died after he was allegedly tortured at a private secondary school for refusing to join a cult, has spoken out.

The "friend" of late Sylvester is heard narrating the incident to an adult, including how they took Sylvester to the school's clinic.

The child said one of those who allegedly beat Sylvester jumped the school fence and escaped and his parents didn't bother bringing him back to school.

Another student involved was allegedly picked from school by his family with a convoy.

Meanwhile, Sylvester Oromoni's family has released a statement, telling Nigerians not to stage a protest as some are planning.

The family said they fear "the owners of the school and parents of the bullies" may hijack the protest.

They vowed that the Oromoni family will follow the case to a logical conclusion. 

Sylvester Oromoni Jr was a Junior student at Dowen College in Lekki, Lagos,  before his sad demise.

Students of the Lagos State University LASU have resolved to join Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in his Peace Walk initiative.

The students gave their pledge today when Governor Sanwo-Olu visited their school to commission the newly built students arcade at the Lagos State University in Ojo.

The LASU students Arcade is the largest Student Union Building in any Nigerian tertiary institution.

The President of the Student Union Government, Comrade Oladipupo Uthman Badmus and Speaker of the Students Union Representatives, Rt. Hon. Mustapha Adejuwon, who led hundreds of students to welcome the Governor described him as Youth-Centric Governor. They commended the Governor's giant strides in Lagos State, especially in the education sector.

The student union president however announced that all students of the State-owned tertiary institution have resolved to walk with the Governor for peace and prosperity of the State.

Governor Sanwo-Olu donated two big buses to the Students Union as well as other gadgets and equipment for students' use.

They also sang cheerfully with the governor after he commissioned the arcade.

Some women in Lagos state this afternoon staged a peaceful protest in front of the Lagos deputy governor's house in Ikoyi, kicking against plans by the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, to stage a peace walk.


The women-led by activist, Toun, said there can be no walk of peace until justice is served.


''Babajide Sanwo-Olu, there can be no walk of peace until Justice prevails for every child that was murdered during the EndSARS protest. We want accountability.

We are mothers. We are mourning. There is no peace in the land. If you do not seek justice for our children, no peace shall be in Lagos state. You have turned our morning into night, our joy into sorrow. If other women are cowards, we are not cowards'' Toun said

Davido has revealed that he grew up not knowing his father was rich.

He explained that he watched his father work so hard and live modestly. He added that despite being rich, his father drove a Honda and his mother also had a modest Toyota car.


He said it wasn't until he was age 13 that he knew his father is a wealthy man.


Speaking during a radio interview, Davido recalled the incident that made him realise there were rich. The singer said it took moving into their new house for him to realise this.

A security officer has been arrested after he rammed his boss's car into a fence, destroying it.
