Just imagine for once that it's Igbo leaders that are involved here. Nairaland and the media would have been awashed with how Igbos are dis-united and don't love each other so will not win elections. Close your eye to the fact that Atiku, Buhari and Yaradua who are all Fulani brothers contested against each other and imagine that they are Igbos. The same trumpeters would have gone to town on how Igbos pull each other down. Lies and propagandas have an expiry date |
LucemFerre:Keep your hope alive, reconcile your path with God and you will succeed. |
That's how they squander their money until 5years down the line .....If care is not taken that's like 10% of the entire money he made given to one person as a gift. At that rate 50% of the money he made might have gone by now. |
baralatie:This still shows UAE and Emirate had more to lose. Emirate loses one of its lucrative routes and billions of dollars income in a year. UAE looses goodwill with both Nigeria and other countries. Compare that with what Nigeria and Airpeace stand to lose. Mind you Nigerians still have the option of getting to Dubai at extra cost but UAE had no 2nd option to remedy its image. |
Emirate had more to lose than Airpeace |
In the real sense UAE is the biggest loser, Nigerians spend in Dubai and not the other way round. This action reeks of frustration on their part. It's this god like mentality that makes Emirate land here 21 times weekly but refuse to allow Air peace a 3 times landing right. |
Evey reasonable person knows the sudden tagging of the herdsmen as terrorist was to get everyone to accept IPOB as terrorists too. How come the same group the FG was defending as businessmen for over 5 years suddenly became terrorists to them. |
UAE seems to see us as a people they can trample under, after all we all rush to their Dubai. There should be reciprocity in our relations. |
JaroMan:So SW is not a stumbling block? You people always think you are clever by half. The biggest stumbling block to SE presidency is the greed of SW politicians. |
So the entire APC arrangement was all about Buhari and Tinubu. You mean they deceptively co-opted other Nigerians just to achieve their aim? Tinubu wanted to deceive others to achieve his aim but got deceived, that's kama. |
Whoever inserted that direct primary election stuff might cost us the entire amendment. It was unnecessary and highly controversial. |
A driver once hit my car because a passenger was draging the steering with him, the passenger ran away immediately it happened. The VIO or LASMA officers involved should also be arrested. |
BabbanBura:If you had read the news before commenting you would have realised your questions were answered. Once the police gets any of the culprits, they will easily mention their gang/cult members |
Nigerians are so negative, checkout all the comments. That's how we kill our own ingenuity before it sees the light of day. The question is, has it been approved by SON, if yes, it means it's been tested ok. If the original Keke was designed in Nigerian, we would have still compared it to Okada and insist it should not carry more than 2 passengers. |
Is it better to carry the car on their head than this suicide mission? |
For me, the very fact that Lai Mohammed is against the report is enough evidence that the report is true. Anything Lai Mohammed supports is a lie and whatever he opposes is true. |
This happens more when people fail to disclose their plans to family members. Our superstitious believe of "enemies of progress" who should not know our movement end up becoming an advantage to kidnappers. The South West is deep into rituals and they need a radical revolution to stop this archaic culture of rituals and sacrifices. |
15years to conclude a trial at high court, what if there is a need for Appeal court and supreme court, how many more years will it take? Nigeria is a finished state. |
gawu1:You can't even spell the names of the towns you are referring to nor know the names of the VIP that was killed yet people like you open threads on happenings in the East. You are buttressing the OP's point. |
God bless the giver but what is it with the public display? |
So according to PUNCH the Anambra airport is a white elephant project? The entire report reeks of badbelle reportage. Who told PUNCH the airport is located in Obiano's home town? Are they ignorant that Obiano's Aguleri was at war with Umuleri that hosts the airport? Times and again the EFCC runs to the media with suspicions and details of incomplete investigation and loose the main case in court became they prefer media trial to anything serious. |
This guy has always been very controversial since his first year in UNN before he left Nigeria. |
At 50 means they might have been married for about 20years yet looks good together. |
Since they couldn't cow him on election day, it's time to fight dirty. |
I loved the day he called himself an Intellectual militant of the Niger Delta. May his soul rest in peace. |
ba7man:Absence of the list in the manner you wanted it does not mean it did not happen. Inability to apprehend a thief/Robber does not imply there was no robbery. The fact that we don't have enough evidence to nail our politicians does not imply they are not stealing our money. |
If soldiers could kill 300 Shia protesters at Kaduna, why will they not shoot and kill at Lekki |
They fight for these import and claim their VAT, later they will come and tell you how the 2 states alone generate all the VATs in the country and how Anambra does not. |
You and everyone else has been buying him cloths but no one has asked him what kind of cloths he likes. It's one thing to buy him a " fashionable" cloth but another thing to get him the kind of cloths he's comfortable wearing. I'll advice you ask him what kind of cloth you should get him. Inform him you want to change his entire wardrobe, he should tell you the kind of cloths he wants. Let him make the choices, use the opportunity to discard the old cloths but the choices should be made by him. He is not a child and old habit can't be changed overnight. |
Who did Fulani herdsmen pay to avoid being proscribed as a terrorist group? They always have full information about others but nothing about the killer herdsmen and their Boko haram cousins. |
Whatever leads to peace is appreciated, Nigeria is too fragile for any violent confrontation. If I were the leadership of this country, I will work to unite the country rather than spearhead ethnic agenda that has held us back since 1960s. The only thing it will cost is dropping ethnic pride and ego. |
