Prayfortheworld: You always preach about end time. Your own Christianity no dy teach you about giving? I see a lot of people here asking for help but you over look them and keep preaching about your end time.
Being a born again Christian is all about sacrifice, giving not always about preaching. When Christ was in this world he sacrificed a lot he helped the needy. He did not only preach about the father he made people understand what being a Christian really means.
You make a lot of people on this forum make mockery of Christianity and that's not right. Keep the Bible aside go and watch passion of Christ and see what being a born again Christian really means.
You must be a deeper life member because those people can preach the word of God from now till tomorrow but they're very heartless and wicked.
PS: This world is not going to come to an end once you're dead That's your own end. so stop this end time of a thing . Don't you think you will do well if you take up the preaching on giving and allow him focus on his own "mission"? Paul and Peter had different target and audience. |

BluntTheApostle: These cars are still foreign cars.
How are they different from when we had Peugeot and Volkswagen assembling plants in Nigeria?
There is not one part of the cars that Innoson manufactured himself, not even the tyres or the number plates.
We need to start manufacturing cars. We have been assembling cars since the 70s. Nothing new!!! How do you know all this, have you been to the factory or driven the car before? In trying to sound woke, you ended up with fallacious statement. |

BKayy: You have the idea. Infact you are close but let me give you the full gist. "onuku" came about as the way the Igala migrants, who are farmers at that time were calling themselves while romancing. It is a corruption of the word "Oleku" which means "my love" in Igala language.
Like the old men explained to me. Such stupid way of expressing love or behaviour where the man will be behaving like someone lacking basic reasoning and be calling the other Oleku was totally strange to Ndigbo so they use the word to describe stupidity or someone with low reasoning.
Ndigbo never considered Igala as equal, even today. So all those spartan invasion stories are lies. Total fallacy. They never happened. I am from this axis of Anambra and I can tell you there was no story of inversion in our history from Igala. The only attack in the history of Anambra North came from Aboh which is currently in Delta state being another neighbouring community. That axis is 100% into farming and fishing, people migrated there for those purposes including some migrants from Ebonyi who still come yearly till this day during every planting season but returns afterwards. The Igala community obviously came in as a settled migrants and assimilated into the community over time. |

Politics › Re: Soludo: Secondus Mocks APC Over Anambra Defeat by PHIPEX(m): 7:27am On Nov 11, 2021 |
Urbanchampion: I like the kind of reception APC are getting in the South East. It's sending a great signal to stakeholders of the party that the South Easterns don't deserve an ordinary deputy majority leader in the House of Representative slot of the party in 2023. The people who're saying APC should zone the presidency to South East, must perish that insane thought immediately! If not that Ministerial positions are constitutionally mandatory for each state, they won't have been considered for Ministers in an APC government. "You truly shouldn't reap where you didn't sow". So they should vote a dunce and a criminal because they want to get the presidency? APC must learn to present a credible candidate to penetrate the East. Buhari and APC were rejected in the East in 2015 because they knew Buhari was not credible. Compare the quality of APGA and PDP candidate to what APC presented. |

Business › Re: Why Are Nigerians So Quick To Accept Inflation? by PHIPEX(m): 8:03pm On Nov 05, 2021 |
But many people switch products due to price changes, you might not know but it happens daily. Some stopped driving often as fuel prices changed. Some relocated from the heart of Lagos to outskirts of Lagos due to high rental figures.
Some switched from Semovita to garri, rice to spaghetti. Fast food joints to road side Mama put etc.
There are however products the Economists classified as having inelastic demand so no matter the change in their prices, people will still buy them eg salt, water and maybe gas for some people. These are basic to survival and can't be switched. |

Aufbauh: I knew that the desire of every average Easterners most especially the Ipob sympathizers is for Buhari to negotiate with kanu. They see this move as way of according the job man some kind of recognition and inflates his unfounded bloated ego. I trust the Fulani man not to give a hoot.
Nnamdi kanu issue and the circumstances around it is different from the Niger delta militants. While the latter has what it brings to the table to negotiate, the former has nothing to negotiate with other than killing his own people. That is why wisdom is expensive and many don't have it. You can advise the FG to continue with its ego because it has the power but the crises might end up eroding its power and ability to govern the East. At the end all of us will loose our sleep one way or another. What the govt is doing now in the East is what a baby with power will do, there is absolutely no wisdom in their strategy. |

Focusmind: Let the airport road remain safe. That's my worry. That airport road should be manned 24hours by security personnel. It would be a soft target for all those robbers since the road passed through villages known for strifes, violent crimes and armed robbery.
People landing in that airport are not going to umureri. Some would be going to Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi,Enugu or even to other neighbouring States like Kogi and Delta. The importance of secured airport road can't be over emphasize.
Congratulations! Good observation but have you heard of any of these things you mentioned happening there in the last 10years? Security is important anywhere let's not make it seem as if there is anything unusual in Anambra. It's a scare mongering. |
