Wahalaperson:
why are you all turning blind eye to what the investigation revealed? The investigation reveals he owns the companies fully, they are not jointly owned as the thief is claiming, read the original report, he set some of this companies up four years into his term as a governor, why are you guys so daft and stubborn?
Which of the report did you see he owns a company fully? Don't you know there are shareholders in every company?

Still what are the US marine looking for in the South China sea?

USA wouldn't want any country to mess around it's territory but would love to trespass on others.
River Niger does not belong to Niger state same way South China Sea does not belong to China.
Politics › Re: Anambra Election: FG Threatens State Of Emergency If Insecurity Continues by PHIPEX(m):
Lol, the secret plan is being unveiled gradually.

Scene 1: capitalise on IPOB's agitation and unleash meyhem in the state.

Scene 2: Pretend to proffer a solution. It's either we blame IPOB or we accept military intervention.

Scene 3: If the people refuse to blame IPOB, declare a state of emergency in the state. Remove the Gov and install a puppet. Whichever way Anambra must resemble IMO don't forget Anambra is now an oil producing state just like IMO.

In all of this, close your eyes to what Boko Haram and Bandit/terrorists are doing in Northern states, Anambra is the focus and more important than the Northern states combined.

In one report you said you left because of anti-grazing law and then said you would not obey the law. Who is confused here?

Atleast farmers can now sleep with their 2 eyes closed. The current killings are political and will not last.

So tell me, what exactly is this Obi Pandora's holding company into? Manufacturing? Services? Retailing? Construction? Real Estate? What exactly?
How much of this question have you googled or you have all the answers? What has age got to do with the discussion?

His source of wealth has never been hidden. Don't hang on this your half information straw, you will still sink with it.

Shell companies are not the normal foreign companies. They are called shell companies because they are inactive and does no business. They are simply created to avoid paying taxes from where the real income was generated and to hide away corruptly gotten wealth and also launder money.
So did the report say it was a shell company or you are in search of another straw? Did you not read from his response that the company was structured as a holding Company which is similar to what banks like First bank and GTB are structured like?

Go and learn about the difference between tax avoidance and tax evasion. Obi is hiding assets abroad so as to avoid paying taxes on them. That is not tax avoidance but tax evasion. It is a criminal offense. In addition, the investments were made while he was in office. What is the source of the investment? If it is from a legitimate source and not public funds, why hide it away from the public? Why did he refuse to declare them while in office or after leaving office?

Peter Obi, just like Bagudu is a crooked politician. Both of them should be tried by the code of conduct bureau.
No law forbids foreign ownership of company neither are you supposed to pay tax to Nigeria govt for owning a company abroad.

You can hang on the straw of whether he declared it or not.
Politics › Re: Pandora Papers Implicate Peter Obi, Nine Other Nigerians by PHIPEX(m): 1:00pm On Oct 05, 2021
seunmsg:
What Peter Peter Obi has done is tax evasion and not tax avoidance. Tax evasion is a criminal offense. In addition to the criminal tax evasion, he is also guilty of violating the code of conduct act and operating a foreign account illegally while in office. These are serious violations of the constitution that is not expected from someone that claims to be a saint. He is a crook and should be treated as such.
You can argue on the declaration part but certainly not on the tax part. He didn't break any law. I can make certain investments from my salary eg life insurance to avoid tax, it's very legal.

Even on the declaration part, Pandora evidence might not be admissible in court, so it's a waste of time.

when u have a company, and that company doesn't pay tax nko
That is not the case here. There are legally permitted way of ensuring your company pays lesser tax, that's tax avoidance. Same reason Dangote is constructing Apapa road to AVOID tax, it's legal

Oga, avoiding tax is a criminal offense
That is not true tax evasion is a crime not tax avoidance. Both are not the same. I can avoid tax by not going to work, it is not a crime.

It's obvious the attacks are coordinated to make the election difficult but the enemies of the state will fail and have failed.

Suddenly those that see nothing good in the East have turned wailer on Anambra and now cry more than the bereaved.

You mean a person who registered electronically can't vote electronically? I stand with INEC on this 100%. How many more years do we need to change a system that has failed for 60years?

If the govt is sincere they will ensure any area they feel might not be connected now gets necessary connections to vote, they have 2 more years to get it done. The rest of the country can't be held back because of few villages that are not connected.

I am a fan of his works and I congratulate him.

We must welcome critical feedback in order to grow. What Innoson sells are all in china. And you just have to buy the components and assemble here and put your brand logo it.

I actually have no idea why many people do not invest their money on technology. Seems the people who are rich here are not technologically savvy.
Same applies to phone, computers even airplane etc, you can get anything from the open market. The fact that parts can be gotten in the open market does not diminish the effort of the few who surmounted the challenge to put them together. If it is easy millions of Nigerians going to China yearly would have been producing cars. This is a country that still celebrate production of a pencil, give him the honour and move on.

ActuaRise696969:
It is automation of assembly plant, not production automation.

Most of the Innoson's core components apart from the plastic components are imported and assembled manually and is now automating the assembling process now. It is better to provide true analysis instead of providing wrong information and attacking critical feedback are jealousy.

China has to be appreciated for producing the universal component of products and having assemlers put their brand on it and assemble locally to safe on customs and clearing.

Innoson is doing well.
See how you make it look so easy yet 61years after only Innoson seems to know the road to this this your almighty China in Nigeria.

I saw a video this night where DSS operatives were making passersby raise their hands as they passed, with about 5 corpses lying on the road. One of the corpses was almost stripped naked the typical Naija police style.
I also saw the video and we know who usually make passers-by raise their hands.

They don't like Muslim, so is not about Buhari. They pray for Yar'dua's dead, when he dies they literally sing and dance.

They hate and insult Tinubu because he is Muslim.

Islam is the fastest growing religion because people are waking up and embarrassing the truth. Few Islamophobic bigots can't do nothing besides making Islam growing even further
How do you sound religious and lie with confidence at same time, who prayed for Yaradua's death?

Some of these mumus can't even read and comprehend.
The deal is having issues because the govt is demanding 40 percent local content. That's a good thing but the wailing and crying mumus can't understand why.

Some of these wailing fools just enjoy crying about the govt without understanding the content of the news or story. Now you wonder why the country is in mess,
With confused mumus like these, Nigeria has a long way to go.
If Nigeria has capacity to offer 40% local content how come we haven't figured out the solution ourselves after 60 years? Now we have our 100% local content but zero electricity.
