imohchard:Have u heard one or knew anyone that heard voices. Some of you keep repeating Nollywood stories. |
Shows how far ahead these countries are, beautiful structures like these demolished for reasons other than structural defects. |
nkowaputa:How can u be reached? Preferably by mail. |
nkowaputa:Bros which state is your business located? |
Great job Op, while growing up my mum had a cat and I can't forget one Saturday morning we watched it fish out a big rat from one of our rooms and we all watched as they faught and our agile cat prevailed and killed it, it was entertaining to us as children then. The only minus was that it steals any carelessly left fish and meat. We mourned the day it was killed. The level of superstitions in the country is worrisome, to make it worse none of these stories is ever verified, I might get a cat soon. |
How will he now ask his members to trust God for protection? |
Impossibility is only a mindset, over 98% of humans alive today can't do what he just did. Congrats. |
This is the kind of encouraging news I wish for from North East, not all about Boko Haram. Am even surprised we have this kind of greenish scenery in north East. |
If the Federal govt could do half of what Ambode and Willie are doing, there wouldn't be recession in the first place, but it's busy chasing shadows while the citizens die of hunger. If Ambode had spent half his time fighting Fashola (even though there is enough evidence of corruption by Fashola) the story would have been different today. I comment what Ambode is doing with major traffic bottlenecks in Lagos. |
When the South East complained earlier, the governors were not heard but now that the injustice has gotten to them they are disturbing us with their noise. They initially thought it will be to their selfish benefit but it has backfired. Until we all realise that injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere we all will be moving in circles. |
Opharhe:It's highly necessary to decongest Lagos and create room for efficiency, it makes no sense travelling miles to get what can still be gotten meters away. |
I went through NAHCO 2015 report and this caught my attention. This speaks volume of how much the South East desires basic infrastructure from the Federal govt. In 2015, NAHCO maintained relative stability in its performance and operations. We handled a total of 39,699 flights compared to 35,557 flights handled in 2014. This is an improvement of 11%. However, this increase was made possible by domestic operation (non core) and the opening of the Owerri Station, which grew 564%; and Enugu flights, which increased by 218% within a short period. NAHCO, in 2015 commissioned the Enugu Cargo warehouse, which we believe would go a long way in opening the South Eastern regional economy to the rest of the world and enable Enugu to handle international cargo and enjoy international passenger services.http://www.nahcoaviance.com/Financial_Reports.aspx |
Isn't it annoying that so far there is no public enlightenment on what to do in situations like this? This absence of info leads to the cconstant cases of hit and run. May God bless the OP, you did ur best. |
Gov't of vengeance, isn't it foolishness to think that a strategy that did not keep Igbos down in 20th century even under military rule will succeed in a 21St century democracy? |
Am waiting for NYSC to do same, kudos to the military |
If the North does not want federal characters now what about recruiting on merit? Give them exam and other merit based criteria and recruit the best. |
clevadani:Why seek a godfather in the first place if we can achieve same result without a godfather. Don't rate the success of those he put to power by Lagos alone, consider Osun too. Lagos is rich, a teenager can succeed as Lagos governor. How much success has been recorded by those he installed in other states? |
All these attempts to change the narrative will not succeed in this social media Age. We are all witnesses to how and when it started. I say capital NO to any form of godfather in our country. Godfatherism was adjudged the second biggest challenge to our political development after corruption under Obasanjo. The emergence of GEJ distorted it and people want to use the back doors to return us back to the dark age. Our politicians are all corrupt but competitive corruption is better than monopolistic corruption. |
arresa:I agree with you but if Buhari could prosecute Saraki for offence commited more than a decade ago then there is no excuse for this. |

This is the best news I have heard about Nigeria in over a year, let's buy Nigeria. |
My first was a BRT bus which left its dedicated lane and wrecked my bumper and door. I blocked it and caused small scene. The cost of repair was 14k, the driver paid 7k out of it and begged me not involve his office to avoid sack. |
Until they implement pay as you watch I'll remain with Gotv. My Dstv decoder has been gathering dust for over a yr. Why should I pay for a month and watch it only 6hrs in a week? |
Why are people insulting the OP? I drove for almost 2 years before I had the experience and I thought something serious was wrong. I had to consult Google like OP did. If you know already, allow others to know, NL is for both the experienced and the learners. |
I used to think smart people can't be victims of 419 but Oby has proved me wrong. She is a victim of APC high powered scam. Obama and his wife realised early and never talked about Chibok girls again. CNN especially that Liberian newscaster said Chibok girls was her biggest tragedy of 2014 even when Ebola was ravaging her country Liberia. All these people have gone cold on Chibok except Oby. As it's now, only God can repair her damaged reputation. |
gabe:No sir, we are in a recession because we have a govt that does not know what to do to stimulate growth. The current price of crude is same to what it sold when Yaradua was in power and to counter the effect of drop in price Yaradua made peace with Militants in order to increase volume of sale. But King Buhari chose to war with militants thus losing both the price and volume. What is the relationship between low price of crude and high price of GarrI and rice? The gov't is confused simple. |
So we lost our economy in pursuit of #70billion?This govt wrecked our economy in the name of fighting corruption yet what we can boast of is this paltry figures that can't pay one month salary. Our stock exchange alone lost far more than this figure. Penny wise pound foolish gov't. By the time you are done, economy would have backtracked to where Abacha left us. Every time a northerner is in power our growth suffers. |
Lies travels at a speed of light but truth will always catch up. I pity those that called GEJ clueless. Time shall tell who is actually clueless. |
This is far beneficial to Nigeria than Dangote's attempt to buy Arsenal |
Am a fan of Ben Bruce but the power to make the change is with him not us. Propose the bill now or never. |
Good development but after encouraging us to buy Lagos don't turn around to ask me to go home. A cosmopolitan city like Lagos needs this kind of law and order. |
Coordinating people who are older than me. |
