Am not surprised by this great innovation but I will be surprised if govt comes to his aid. Our govt prefers ready made from Germany. |
Am ashamed to call this man my president. So many former ministers of information spent time and fortune to rebrand the image this country but in his attempt to appear righteous Buhari is pulling everything down. It's obvious he doesn't understand diplomacy and the workings of global economy. You as the the CEO of your company/country sell your staff/citizens cheap in public and still expect investors to take you serious. |
I used to respect this man when he was a neutral SAN but not anymore. He's now APC's legal adviser. That APC media focused on these oil rich states during election and term them rigged does not mean the election there was different from what happened in the north. Who in his right senses will expect APC to win Akwa Ibom after what Akpabio did there? |
asEdeyHOT:Am quoting you again because your posts are quite entertaining. The market that was destroyed is as large as standard football pitch. 120,000 men (asides women) couldn't have owned shops there not to mention all of them coming from Ihiala. Hope you have consulted Google as I advised? |
asEdeyHOT:Ihiala is a town with a population in excess of 500,000. If 90% of their men migrated to Oshodi electronics market alone then that market should have been renamed Ihiala electronics market. Your 1.5m population figure is laughable. Ask Google about population density in Nigeria and publish your findings. |
asEdeyHOT:You are entitled to your opinion but I hate it when you turn your personal opinion to a fact and go ahead to globalize it. Anambra has a population of over 4m, if more of us are in the SW alone it means about 5million Anambrarians are in the SW. Deduct 5million from the population of SW and do similar thing for other SE indigenes in SW then you will be ashamed what is left of the indigenous population of SW. Make sure u don't repeat that your assertion in public next time. |

To imagine that I disliked Obiano when Peter Obi played politics with Soludo's candidacy. Kudos, am proud of Obiano. This is a proof that with a clear headed governor, my state can survive without oil and if Anambra and Lagos can succeed without oil, Nigeria can too. |
There is no need for all these confusions, the best thing is to confirm your status from spgs portal. Mine was reading "Not recommended" until 2 days ago when it changed to "Supplementary Recommendation". |
Okorocha started with a bogus welfarist program claiming father christmas such as free education Upto University level. When he was criticised, his apologists praised and hailed him. Today he is broke. Aregbesola of OSun started with similar bogus program called Opo Imo, free food etc, he also refused to listen to wise criticism. Today he is broke. Buhari is about to start his own bogus welfare program called #5,000 for the poor and free food. He has refused to listen and it's obvious Nigeria will be broke sooner than we expect. We want to copy the beautiful programs of the western nations forgetting we have no foundation to sustain it. |
Festus Keyamo that accused others of corruption couldn't present his alledged corrupt client. |
From this thread it's obvious the only way Buhari will listen is to conscript the south west region into the wailing wailers club but that can't happen until their interest in the govt is harmed. Our president is acting like a man who doesn't know but but refuses to acknowledge that he does not know. Let him know we elected a president not a crime fighter. |
Watch them release a statement later today of how 4 people stole 5trillion Naira in the last administration to divert attention. Bunch of thieving rulers. |
davodyguy:Don't be in a hurry to call the post a lie. The presence of the blue Brt shows it's a resent pics because they were launched by Ambode. |

Amazingly smart. |
Mr Integrity stole budget, got caught returned his loot through the back door but has forgotten to apologise to Nigerians. He that stole a budget can also steal money if the conditions are right. |
Electing a certificateless General as president because a PhD holder " failed" is like refusing to send your child to school because your educated neighbour is jobless. At the end, the masses will be the loser. Buhari will leave Aso Rock a rich man but the poor masses will get poorer going by current economic indices. |
So Niger Delta states are free to drill their oil right? Watch as they turn around to deny this statement. Has the existing laws been changed to permit this or is it a military fiat? |
Survival instinct at work, ingenious. |
obailala:Agreed but we must let every reasonable Nigerian know that we are aware that there is a glass ceiling in existence. The entire political space is filled with suspicions and antagonism, every harmless decision is read differently. Trusts and alliances of the past always end in betrayal. |
obailala:Maybe for as long as there is a glass ceiling meant for the Igbos in political matters. |
I like tall dreams, great idea. |
Am sure it was Peter Obi that told me to vote APC or die in Lagoon. Peter Obi also called me mere 5% for voting who I chose to. APC should properly rebrand it's poor image in SouthEast by prooving their critics wrong rather than acting exactly the way PDP predicted before the election. The problem of APC in South East is Buhari's image not necessarily the party. |
The way things are missing in this country very soon the rock in Aso Rock will go missing. EFCC and DSS are busy looking for stolen funds forgetting to guard the few remaining national assets. We complain of Dasuki stealing Billions of Naira, behold the current government has stolen the biggest budget Nigeria ever had. Who shall the DSS and EFCC arrest? |
Op you sound funny and proud. I know most young men in Nigeris didn't finish NYSC till they were 26 but you must not allow difficult time make you misbehave. I did those things you listed till I moved out at 28 even though I was working meaning I had an excuse of being tired. Infact I washed their Car before I go to work. Today they serve me with best of dishes and wash it afterward whenever I visit. There is time for everything, don't jump the process. You can't live in their house and expect them to do the dishes. Be humble even in job search else you'll find it difficult to even accept some offers that you may consider below your status. |
The popularity of CBN (monetary policy) is an evidence that our fiscal policy (Ministry of Finance) is weak. I've not heard any reasonable statement from the ministry of finance since she got to her office. |
Hmmm, so our president is yet to congratulate the winner? I thought he has repented of his dictatorial ways. |
Am waiting for another thread titled " How my husband sent me out of our house". Hope you will also join him if he starts robbery tomorrow? |
Oh they received from Presidency and not Dasuki. Every other person recieved from Dasuki but their own is presidency because someone inthe govt is involved. |
I don't have problem with urban renewal but why not allow them retrieve their goods? What is the economic or social gain in wasting their goods? That place has been that way for decades so it's not as if they are illegal occupants. |
I blame the toothless bulldog we have as regulatory body, where was the CBN in all of this? |
