One can never be too sure about the severity of damage done to the customer o. Imagine a considerable number of observers are convinced that you just scammed a biz owner of 1500 naira I know one part of you would also want a greater number of observers to see that the accusation was false.

Though you're right but some people find it difficult to let go when wronged especially when their reputation is at stake.

Look at it this way, I'm assuming the said owner never believed the customer despite the claim and proof of the customer. She might have begun to insult the customer defaming him/her of fraud plus a thread to arrest him/her if 1500 payment isn't repeated.

Most people can relate with some biz owners' reaction when it comes to unreceived alert for a commodity or service. Many people have been forced to pay twice just because of alert/transaction ISH.

My best bet, this is a matter of a customer 'gallantly' showcasing his/her ability at rebuffing accusation.

Lots of people hate to be insulted for an offence not commited and accused of fraud and will go extra length to prove their worth.

Though I don't support abuse of power but I don't also think that's the case here.

Moreso, it isn't about the money anymore. Justice is independent of the value of money involved.

That's exactly the ugly development now. At least the person allegedly tested positive. There are many recent deaths in Nigeria that have been credited to Covid 19 despite not being a result of Covid 19.

Sorry, there is no solution but if you're the type that uses a phone with 4G on while the phone is charging. Then you MUST stop this. It's another reason why your phone will heat up more.

Poor signal too will usually make your phone feel hot.

I admire your creative writing but not all that you've written up there is realistic. Sure, the World economy has been greatly affected. Nigeria's economy, an economy that was already weak even before coro has been dealt a heavy blow.

However, I'll point out some of those things up there that are not realistic.

1. No matter how scarce customers are, no petrol station will shut down because of it. This is owing to the fact that people's demand and pocket/savngs aren't the same. Few will still buy even come on 'dooms' day.

2. Banks and other cooperate bodies that people solely depend on seize this moment to restrategize. So no closing down too. Electricity? When has that ever been reliable. As long as diesel and fuel is available, these bodies will still continue service.

3. The inability to pay bills does not apply to everyone in Nigeria though it does to a very large percentage of the populace.

4. Buses and tricycle will stop working due to lack of passengers. Really? . Motor parks and garages are like barracks. Unless there is an enforced stay-off/stay-at home, these places would always have activities in them. Yes, commercial drivers will continue even though there may be fewer active commercial buses and tricycles.


Everything comes down to ONE single thing, AVAILABILITY OF FUEL for machines. Trust me, this will always be available. Some will hoard their fuel and sell in the black market. Still, it is available.

You're confusing yourself and your readers. Your title does not correlate with your content. A DEAD phone isn't the same as an IDLE phone. Also neither is the same as a SWITCHED off phone.

I'll go with your title anyway.

No matter how 'dead' a phone is, the content stored on its flash memory is still intact unless a mechanical/physical damage has been done to it.

How can it be accessed?

1. There are software solutions that can be used if the motherboard is partially working and can communicate with a computer via usb

2. In the case of completely damaged board, advance tech center can lift the chip from board and read it with another machine. Usually for forensic purposes

Laptop is refusing to start up, even after using the start-up repair wizard. I tried to restore it but it failed. Please I urgently need your help, because the laptop contains several vital information, and I don't intend to format it.

You'd have to reinstall window. Since you don't want to format, you should do a 'dirty' install instead. Your files will be moved to a folder named window.old on your hard disk drive.

NOTE: You run a chance of having the same problem if the said problem is related to your hard disk drive (faulty or failing hard disk drive). So, do a proper check on your hdd before proceeding with installation.

This will really save you from the stress of 'merry-go-round'

My infinix hot 4 suddenly went off on its own (tho it’s been happening in the past but it usually comes up) and powered on but refuses to boot pass the infinix logo stage and it remains like that till the battery drains off. I tried doing the hard reset myself power and volume up button, but the screen just goes off and on at the infinix logo nothing more. Have you tried another technician? Since it is still powering on but stuck on Splash screen (a sign of soft brick), there are two possible solution to your panel. Instead of getting a new board, another technician might be able to:

a) flash the phone. Most likely your current technician could not get it flashed for some reasons.

b) reflow the NAND chip, chipset/processor, RAM then attempt flashing again.

P.S: Be sure that you have an original Infinix and not a clone because if it, most technician will have difficulty flashing it even when the board is okay.

You should carry out some diagnostic test on your hard disk and RAM(optional though) using chkdsk and the BIOS options

If your RAM size is 2gb or less, you should upgrade it.
