Raising interest rates is two edge sword. Naira value will appreciate but it will kill existing jobs and probably the economy will slide into recession. America is in already in recession due to interest rate hike. I know people who had job offer withdrawal by companies and there is hiring freeze in most companies now.

Sometimes I don't understand why we can't analyse things objectivity in this country, ..when Tinubu was campaigning for Buhari he was making several promises..so we should only hold Buhari responsible for the change they promised and we saw the opposite?, Some of us voted for Buhari because we trusted APC as a party considering their alliance with ACN, he should apologize for the party failure first before he makes any new promises under the same party... any small thing " go back to your place"...the Yorubas that live and work in Rivers and Akwa ibom state fit pass the Yorubas living and working in Ekiti state...the way Lagos state they sustain other state indigenes naso Rivers state and Akwa ibom they sustain other indigenes including yourubas...

Nigeria doesn't av Foreign exchange to give out to this airlines, USD is on rising and unstable not to talk of Euros and Pounds, repartition of this funds at this moment would hurt Nigerians economy that needs this forex gotten from oil sales for infrastructure development but in d other note the airline deserves their pay and d govt should negotiate an agreement on how d payment would be made in tranches overtime, if they still want to halt operations till full payment is made, they re free to do so

Fuel prices is increasing here in the UK seriously from £1.5/L (=N=1,200 @800/£1) to £1.9/L (=N=1,520) ..with rising inflation..I'm not making a case for naija, I just hope naija inflation doesn't get higher , I just they fear because all indices points towards that direction...
