PoliticsRe: Chris Okotie (Fresh Party) For President In 2007? by Pinky(f): 11:32am On Jun 07, 2005
He can be a president despite being the man of God.  We have so many of them like that in the bible, but what I still don't know is this:

Who are those going to be in his cabinet?  Who are his ministers, governors, e.t.c going to be?
Other men of God are not contesting for these other postions so this means he will have very corrupt people working with him to rule Nigeria.  How possible will that be?  "A good man in the midst of thieves?"

That's my only problem with his idea of going for the post of the presidency.  What do you think?

ezinne1212 I agree with you o! But please can you give me the gists proper? I'm talking about 'Brown Sugar' .. I saw just disc 1 &and I can't find the 2nd disc. Can you give me the rest of the gist?

I think I watched it to the point where the black guy was going to marry that white girl and the black chic wasn't happy. If I recollect well, I watched where the black girl gave the guy a cheque at the park because he was broke.

Fill me in on the rest of the film please
RomanceRe: How was your first date? by Pinky(f): 3:08pm On Jun 06, 2005
My first date was the bomb.

The guy and I had a date in a eatery. But on getting there, I met him waiting outside the place. He said he just had a sudden change of heart and we should please go somewhere else. So off we went.

I was shocked to discover he was taking me to a crib (a house) which turned out to be his.

I couldn't be annoyed because, gosh!, when I entered that house, I was dumbfounded at the way he had set the table for us. It was so so romantic. I was managing to hide how impressed I was. We had a candle-lit dinner for two!

After dinner, we listened to cool music. I am an extrovert, so we had so many thinks to talk about. It was getting late. I stood to go home ... because the environment was getting too cosy. I didn't want to regret my actions, so I just had to leave!

He drove me home, and as I got out of the car, I leaned by this window side (a girl's trick if you must know) and he gave me that kiss. Hulalalalal!

It was a perfect date ... I dont want anyone reading my this reply and getting jealous of me, ok?

Hmn did I hear anyone say men do fall in love? Those ones? I've only seen married men that are of 47yrs and above falling in love.

Those guys below that age fall in lust.

So don't tell me guys have heart. They are so heartless, but few of them do have heart sha!

RomanceRe: Why is Love so Painful at Times? by Pinky(f): 7:45pm On Jun 03, 2005
The reason why love can be painful most times is when relationships get sore! It is so painful to know that females bear the brunt of the soreness most times, because we're the emotional type. But then, most females don't know when to let go!

When some females discover a relationship has hit the rocks, instead of them to move on, they keep hanging on (for old memories' sake) till the pain sets in!

But as for men, they usually let go before it's even time. So you mustn't think they dont get hurt, they just want to move on!

but the knowledge will never leave their country because you on your part will not want to leave because of the pastures.
i dont buy the idea that they wont want to leave.. how on earth will u see suffering somewhere & go there. look no one likes to suffer in this world. everyone wants the convenient way out so i dont see any reason why some1 who is making it in d USA should want to come back to Nigeria.....where everything goes wrong....
dont forget that Africans re fetish.. they just cant afford to see some1 prosper
so pls stop saying we re being enslaved by foreign countries. leaving for another country or not is simply a choice. if some countries re going to use VISA  LOTTERY to get more man power (its 1 of their motives, we all know) so be it. how would u expect them to train u a Nigerian in the U.S or Canada & then, simply let u go... u wont cos  u re enjoying the state compared to urs. IF Nigerians need man-power & brains... let them equip those of us still in Nigeria

Omo, na the best oh.

As long as you know how to play your cards, there's noting wrong with it.

These married man are more experienced in every area than these young boys.  I mean every area: they can spend any amount for you, do anything, and besides that, pamper you.
mosiate dearie, wake up from this serious slumber of urs.. would u be happy as a married woman if u know ur husband is dating a young girl elsewhere..c'mon girl..its for real "wat goes around comes around"

there's no card to be played here.. this is simply very wrong
cut the craps, dont date a married man, there re many single guys out there who re richer than married men (if u want to date for money), who can pamper u & do anything for u... its just that we all know most single guys re not level headed.. but the nice ones re still out there o!! huh huh waiting for u to jump into their arms..
if u really want rich guys & other qualities.. move with the classy girls.. B4 u say "jack robinson" u re already dating a rich dude wink smiley wink
FoodRe: My Boyfriend Has Turned Me To A Cook: Could This Be Love? by Pinky(f): 8:23pm On May 27, 2005
could this be love? the girl needs to buckle up!
i for one would never allow a silly boyfriend to order me aroooooond. not that i dont respect him.. but then..we re both human & this flesh can be so tired.
i would advise that girl to walk out of that relationship cos she's no more interested & more so the guy's making it seem HELL to her..
assuming she still likes the guy, i would have suggested that she voices her opinion about the cooking by force

women.. we can be naive sometimes!

legry:
If a guy sees a Genevieve right now and she offers sex 95% of guys would drop their pants cause we are Hot bastards and most times we just think with our *****, and once that lust is taken care of [the man's] mind is totally removed from the situation.

But if a woman sees a RMD and he offers sex she is not going to just drop her pants like that. She going to think about it she is going to weigh it she is going to look at every reason why I should and why I should not.

In short it going to come straight from her heart and not her loins so she is doing it not because she's Hot at that time she is doing cause it's what she wants, and that is way way deeper and more hurtful. Look, I am not giving any form of excuse for the guys but all am saying is the woman's cheating to me is weightier than the guy's own
i agree totally with legry.. legry is 100% right.....legry..thumbs up for u.. u must have been studying love, sex & lasting relatonships

solo2 it wasn't me who did acted like that, but my friend, so correct your statements. Refer to the person as her and not you

Mind you, do you think just leaving a guy and not talking about it will solve matters? Most times, it gives a lady sleepless night. Ladies always wanna talk about 'it. Don't you know that by now?

She couldn't simply have left the love of her life alone like that. What if he doesn't comeback? You still want to know why he acted stupid even if you guys are never going to be together anymore.

Guys don't always want to talk about 'it', but ladies always wanna talk about it ('it' refers to anything happening in a relationship.)

kodewrita: I can't predict what I would do personally. these things don't always go rationally, we are talking about love and betrayal here.
I support kodewrita. Despite the fact that it happened to my friend, I was trying to advise her but then if I put my self in my friend's postion, only God knows how I would have reacted.

But I trust myself, I wouldnt have exchanged words with the girl nor my boyfriend at the scene because they are very very busy indeed! Neither would I have poured acid on the guy's clothes.

cool

cletuskpelle: "Good morning Sir, Pls its not my act but I just have to. Sir this is ****(husband's name) wife, I am broke sir, I don't know if you can raise me with anything. Pls avoid anybody seeing this text so as to save my dignity. Thanks and God bless"
cletuskpelle, is this a serious issue or you just formed a story? Because, if it is, you need to call her and ask her why she won't talk to her husband about her needs. At least you can't represent her husband, abi u wan do that?

If her reasons her genuine enough, then use your discretion to assist her. But men, the lady must have been pushed to the wall for her to ask you for money.
RomanceIf You Find Your Partner in a Compromising Position with someone else ... by Pinky(op): 1:10pm On May 25, 2005
What would you do if you find your partner in a compromising position with someone else?

My friend had this guy she was dating for 7 months. They were so into each other that with time, they became inseparable. The girl was a student then while the guy worked in a bank.

One day, she entered her boyfriend's house only to find the guy on the couch with another girl 'they were getting down!' She couldnt believe her eyes; she felt so betrayed! The following day, she got acid and poured it all over the guy's suits and shirts before he came back from the office.

The guy was so annoyed, he kept calling her and sending her text messages about how much he craved the other girl's body. This drove my friend crazy the more. I am so surprised at both of them, because they were like inseparable love birds. Now everything seems to be going sour.

But guess what? I know they still love each other very much. I told her my mind that, no matter what the guy could have done, she went too far by destroying his office clothes!!

Whats your opinion? Can you advise her on how to get the guy back?
RomanceRe: Why are Women Not Crazy About Tall Men? by Pinky(f): 12:44pm On May 25, 2005
osascool, I agree with you.

Most ladies want guys to be in control & mere seeing their height gives them that sense of the guy being in control. But guess what? It's only an illusion that ladies love so much.
