Votes from fellow players from Zimbabwe, Kyrgyzstan, Samao Islands and Tahiti, and people are surprised Dani Alves keeps making the team.

The UEFA Team of the year is not so different. It is voted for by UEFA.com users at the end of the year. Anyone with an internet connection can hijack the process

Is this an official statement proclaiming Real as the best team in the world? Rankings are what you choose to make of them. They are not entirely wrong and they are not entirely correct. I could as well say Gremio or Boca Juniors are the best teams in the world if any of those teams were topping the South American version of this ranking.

The fact remains there is no universally accepted, definite, absolute fact unequivocally stating Real Madrid as the best team in the world.

Hummels while not entirely blameless was not at fault for BMG's second goal. No one is even blaming Thiago, the guy who gave away the ball in such a dangerous position to begin with.

Thiago dropped deep to pick up the ball, Hummels shifted out to the left side of defence from where Alaba had already pushed up. How many times have we seen that move happen. That's our standard buildup play. If Thiago had not lost the ball, there wouldn't be any problem. The only place where Hummels fvck up na that casual, halfhearted attempt to defend. The guy just raise hand without actually attempting to win the ball. Our players are very guilty of doing that. That was how Thiago escorted Saul that year. Why not just try to win the ball first and let the referee decide if there was truly contact or not.

How can I admit he was not up to par when we did the only competitive game we saw him play was the community shield. Come on man! Even Mahrez needed to flop 2-3 games before he was dropped to the bench, he did not go to the world cup either. This is going to be a tougher EPL season and contenders can not afford to experiment on the field. I am happy that each time he has stepped on that pitch, he has played his heart out with good performances. It would be interesting to see what happens after KDB returns to the midfield and we now Bernado can also play that wing position.

Make we no drag this thing too far. It's funny you are comparing Sane's situation to that of Mahrez. Mahrez only just joined the club this summer and was always going to take a bit of time to adapt. No such excuses for Sane.

Well, i saw the highlights of you guys win over your bogey team Sassuolo. I remember those days when that small boy Berardi used to pepper una like crazy. Shame the boy don cast now. Great goals by Suso and Samu. Good to see Milan get a win after all those draws.
But the main point for me was Sassuolo's Djuricic ending his four-year goal drought. An attacker going 4 whole years without scoring. The guy use Milan break record What a shame

This is more so a pragmatic approach by Pep and not the "tough love" like you are thinking. Unlike last season, this season's EPL pursuit is going to be tougher and with Liverpool's current form he can not afford to drop points. Every game Sane has started he has earned it and more importantly, has rewarded and proven that he deserves to start.

LOL, stop making it look like Pep needs Sane to win games. If there is anything we have learned, it is that no player is indispensable under Pep. City were impressive without Sane and will continue to win with or without Sane. He is just another player on the team. Moreover Sane's return to the starting 11 has been made easier with the injury to Mendy.

I believe you are just reluctant in admitting that Sane was not up to par. So i ask again, Why wasn't he starting at the beginning of the season? He had all the summer to himself, well rested but yet got upstaged by those who had a busy World Cup and came back late.

Pep criticized his performances in preseason. Dropped him to the bench. Left him out of a match day squad. Over the following couple of weeks, we see an improvement in Sane's attitude and performances and he gets back into the team. But you say Pep was only being pragmatic. Like as if Pep's actions had no effect and didn't contribute to Sane upping his game.
