Since dat incident, I don't even use my phone's torchlight while putting fuel into my generator, even as d gen is off.

This has just reminded me of an accident I was involved in somewhere around Ugep in 2012. Most of us passengers from the bus were strolling out from inside the rooms in the house covered in dusts as if we were residents of the building.

The kind slap wey I tear the driver ehnnn...because I had continually warned him when I noticed he was dozing on the wheels. He told me he was fine and confident relying on an energy drink he was sipping on. I even volunteered to help him out with the driving down to Uyo while he rests some for where...na God save man.

Had another nasty one on this same East West road inwards Uyo. Our driver seemed to have gotten a seizure abi na suicide the guy wan commit I no know...we were faced with a truck head on with the driver resigned to whatever was coming until I jumped in from behind him and steered the vehicle away from the oncoming truck into the buildings on the side of the road.

Everyone was surprised how we survived what we had just escaped...that was the true definition of by the whiskers. The owners of the damaged shops and buildings were noticeably happy for us and cared less about their personal losses.

Man time never reach joor...na when I sleep for cemetery I know say na my own death go kill me at the appointed time.
