The pre-birthday photos of Mercy Eke were so raunchy as she was almost naked since you could see her g-string through the dress she wore for the shoot and to be frank, it doesn’t suit her at all as a respected lady.

Netizens reacting to the photos asked her to take off what she wore for them to know that she planned to be completely naked rather than what she wore to cover herself up since it’s an eyesaw asking to what point exactly will she go.

Emma Eregarnoma invited his mother, Mrs Oke Eregarnoma, to his house on Caroline Street, Okuokoko after he persuaded her that he had a surprise package for her.

On getting there, she said she saw Emma in an unusual joyous mood, after he welcomed her in. He then increased the volume of his musical gadgets. Oke alleged that her son suddenly locked the door and made moves to strangle and pluck off her eyes, just as she screamed for help, adding that no one heard her due to the loud music.

She said after fighting with his son for some minutes she regained her strength and ran outside for help, while neighbours came to her rescue.

Mrs Oke Eregarnoma, while narrating her ordeal to journalists on a hospital bed where she was recuperating, recalled that before the attack, her son boasted that “he must drive GLK this week.

The suspect was consequently apprehended and taken to the police station. Emma was detained at the Orerokpe divisional police headquarters in Okpe Local Government Area, Delta State over the incident, which occurred on Tuesday in Okuokoko community near Warri.

The acting Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident, adding that the suspect was in custody.

A lady has reportedly left her boyfriend because he recently lost his job, not minding how he used to give her weekly allowance.

A 45-year-old woman has thrown a party to celebrate her divorce as she celebrates being “finally” free after she ended her 17-year-old marriage.

The divorcée, Sonia Gupta, 45, threw a colourful themed party with her family and friends, and celebrated the end of a lengthy divorce process that spanned around three years.

She wore a colourful dress with a “finally divorced” sash, and asked her guests to come in their loudest and most vibrant outfits.

The accounts manager wanted the celebration to embrace her personality, which she describes as colourful and loud, and the party was playfully dubbed ‘It’s a Sonia thing’.

Sonia describes how she felt her marriage dulled her bubbly personality, and that she knew from early on that they were not a good match.

She said:

“I chose the theme to be colourful, bright and full of unicorns, as I’m a very bright colourful person.

“To me, the theme was magic, because after the last 10 years, I think I deserve that little bit of magic.”

Gupta had been married in 2003 as part of an arranged marriage in India, but that she quickly realised that she did not feel happy despite trying to make things work for a few years.

Speaking about the relationship, Sonia said:“We got married in India, then moved over to the UK. I got lost in the whole marriage and cultural aspects of it, and I ended up being really unhappy for years.

“I just wanted the old me back, I was quite a lively and outgoing person before my marriage, and when I got married it just all went to pop.

“When I told my family that I wanted out, there was uproar and no support for me or my mental health, but I had my friends, and my two pillars of strength, my sons Mikhal and Shay there to support my journey.

“I’ve also had help after my divorce from the Asian single parent network.”

The divorce party was a fun affair, with a bouncy castle for everyone to enjoy, pink and purple decorations, a rainbow and unicorn theme and a custom cake by Tees Little Cake boutique.

“The divorce party was to show my friends and family, especially my parents who eventually supported my decision, that I’ve come out the other side.

After many laborious discussions, five appearances in court, three trials and many disagreements, the process was finalised and her marry was officially over.

The end of her marriage signifies a new beginning, and she has gained a new lease of life.

“People seem to think there’s no life after divorce, that your life is over,” she said.

A cab driver reportedly shot his ex-girlfriend and a man believed to be her boyfriend dead while they were driving in a Ford Mustang in Soweto, South Africa.

It was gathered that the woman was a police reservist working at the Diepkloof police station in Soweto. Her male companion, the owner of the Ford Mustang, was believed to have been a forex trader while the gunman was a taxi owner suspected to have been the woman’s ex-lover.

A video taken at the scene following the incident shows a group of people surrounding the car while two bloodied bodies are slumped inside. Nearby was a minibus taxi that was hit when the driver of the car lost control of the vehicle.

According to News24, a source said the taxi driver was angry that the woman had dumped him and gotten herself a new boyfriend.

“He shot at them as they were driving in Soweto. After shooting at their car, [the driver] lost control and hit a minibus taxi. He (the shooter) then went to his parents’ house in Orlando and killed himself,”said the source.

Police spokesperson Colonel Athlenda Mathe said the couple was shot along Baragwanath Road in Soweto.

She said the female reservist constable, who was attached to the Diepkloof Visible Policing Unit, and a man were driving along the road when shots were fired at them.

She said the shooter then drove off and later killed himself.

The suspect allegedly stabbed his girlfriend with a kitchen knife on her head and stomach.

A 25-year-old man, Victor Abasiama, has been remanded in a correctional centre by an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend to death.

The police charged Abasiama with murder.
The Magistrate, Mr W.A. Salam, who did not take the plea of Abasiama, ordered that he should be remanded in Ikoyi Correctional Centre pending legal advice from the office of the State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), NAN reports.

Magistrate Salami adjourned the matter until Oct. 20 for DPP advice.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, Sgt. Temitope Adegbie told the court that Abasiama committed the offence on Aug. 25, at Ebute Area in Ikorodu.

He alleged that Abasiama stabbed his girlfriend, Cynthia Edeya, 23, with a kitchen knife on her head and stomach.

He said the deceased got into a heated argument because the defendant alleged that his girlfriend had bad-mouthed him to his benefactor who was helping him to work on promoting his album.

“In the heat of the argument, he picked up a kitchen knife and stabbed her, she died before she got help to the hospital,” he said.

He said the offence contravened the provisions of Section 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

A Rwandan woman identified as Marie Josiane from Rwanda has married two brothers who are identical twins.

Tega got on stage with Ebuka Obi Uchendu and chatted briefly with him about what went down between her and Boma while in the house.

Tega told Ebuka that she has missed her husband and her son.

Tega further said that Boma is her friend. The mother of one added that because both of them are actors, whatever they did was them simply acting out a script to give the viewers exciting content.

She rounded off by saying that her husband would understand what happened between her and Boma because he is a ‘bad guy’.

Starboy Ent boss, Wizkid has disclosed that a new album is in the works.

Wizkid revealed in an Instagram post that he has begun work on his next album and is halfway through it.

The musician also requested his devoted followers to wish him luck as he finishes the project.

The official Instagram announcement came just hours after he revealed new MIL tour dates at London’s O2 Arena.

Wizkid did not reveal the album’s title, songs, or artists he plans to include.

He also didn’t indicate when the album would be released, but going by his usual way, it might be next year #2022.

Nigerian TV and Radio presenter, Toke Makinwa has spoken on the struggles and hustle of superstar singer, Ayodeji ”Wizkid” Balogun before becoming who he is today.

She said that when Wiz was up-and-coming, he used to hangout in Rhythm FM studio and ran errands such as going to buy Amala for the studio Disc Jockeys and carrying speakers.

Toke made this known in a recent chat with Chude Jideonwo, while querying young people of today who just want to succeed without putting in the work.

She said;

“You don’t know the years Wizkid put in to becoming who he is today. Young newbies try music for a year or two and are frustrated because it is not working…dude, when I tell people…I was at Rhythm and Wizkid used to carry speakers and he will be sent by DJs to buy Amala and he will do it, he was the studio rat, just help me play my song he will say.

People look at him now and say he is arrogant not knowing the work he had put into this journey. It is the same way people can look at me now and say i got it all easy but if you have been following my career, and seeing the hardwork I put in, you should ask me what i am doing with my life if by now i am not enjoying all i am enjoying now from my hardwork.”

A married woman has complained about her husband’s unusual attitude whenever he is broke. According to her, he is only loving and available at home only when he is broke.

“Okay, so I observed something in my marriage, my husband ehn , anytime he is broke or having financial crisis he is so kind and loving and prayerful. He even initiates fasting most times. He will play Christian music so loudly. Immediately the money shows up he reduces prayers and he is less available at home. I was so angry one day I prayed to God for him to be broke so I can be happy.

When he is broke his phone doesn’t have a password and none of that, so many things. Now he has money again, he lied he was in Abuja but he is not. He keeps lying. A Nigerian woman, Chioma Ndukwe Bon-kafor, who gave birth to twins after 15 years of marriage has welcomed a set of triplets.
