Tippy Top: When George Bush was president he also had problem communicating in English and English is his first language. Navigate to youtube and see how difficult communication and logic was to the man.George Bush certainly had his fair share of grammatical infelicities, 'Bushisms' as they became known, but they were not nearly as egregious as that of Patience. BTW, just how is she to communicate her brilliance of biology? By speaking Igbo or Yoruba? |
deols: And David Mark has four wivestypical Idoma man their dyks no dey tire. ask tubaba if you doubt. ![]() |
deols: Lolobviously |
Cultured: He was made head of the commission to put to presumed wrong system in order , alas instead of doing that he resorted to the way he knows best , the unprofessional way - boisterous . For your information , I'm more closer to him than a never-do-well like you , so trying hard to cry more than to bereaved . And also note that I'm a bona fide son of Igbo land , thou a detribalised Nigerian to the core .why not call the man to order or at best a strong public reprimand. An outright sack is way too harsh IMO. |
Doesn't anyone find it rather odd that it had to be the Kano State governor, incidentally the state alleged to have inflated past census figures, that felt most uncomfortable about the utterances of Odimegwu? Also interesting that no one is doubting his competence to conduct a proper representative census for the country; all we hear are cheap, puerile ad-hominem attacks on his person. |
^evidently not |
Ishilove: Y'all take NL way too seriously. It's like an alternate reality for a lot of the folks here, with some even preferring it to the real world.Like really! ![]() |
high-chief:If there is a complete cure (i.e total clearance of the virus from the body) then antibodies developed during the period of infection will prevent the person from ever becoming infected again. That is actually the basis for vaccination. |
I think its false to say that HB kills faster than AIDS. However, studies have indeed shown that it is about 80 times more infectious than the HIV. |
Melahou: My little cousin died of Hepatitis few month back cos it was not detected on timeunfortunately Hepatitis B is far more deadly in infants than in adults, almost 70% more. In fact, most of those who end up getting the chronic disease later in life were infected at young age but not completely cured. |
danikik7: Hepatitis-B is deadly,it kills faster than AIDS and the vectors are mostly WOMEN who have no acknowledgement of transmitting the disease. It kills their victims mostly MEN ,within 6 months by the virus attacking the liver and causing liver failure which leads to the swelling of the stomach etc.Unlike AIDS,that kills both victims, hepatitis kills in a short term the male victims first within 6 months of contact. Its like STD gonorrhea ,which women do not know that they carrying. The truth of the matter is that Nigeria does not have the cure for HEPATITIS.Statistics shows that a staggering number of Nigerian girls within the ages of 14-38years are vectors without knowing it .I lost my undergraduate brother to the monster 2 years back.Sorry, but this is absolute TRASH!!! |
goddyjay: Infact I don't see the doctors' point hepatitis is a liver disease, in recent research it has been discovered that affected liver could be cut off and with help of enough rest it will regenerate cause liver is a tissue so I don't see any factual point he could have said ignorance or something about hepatitis kills if not taken care of, HIV on the other is another topic cos it's deadlier and kills faster even when you know you have it but I still understand what the doctor is saying but he could have said it in another way!!!!!Absolutely false. For starters, the liver is an organ and not a tissue. Secondly, when you affected liver cut off, do you mean the entire organ? IF so then regeneration is impossible under such circumstance. |
Pius007: That kind of sleep is questionable.INDEED. Given just how sensitive one's p-nuts are, such that a mere foreign touch is all that's needed to get me awake from the deepest of sleep, I'm finding it hard to understand what influence the man was under that he didn't feel a thing. It's certainly not normal sleep. |
Vanneni:Good question. ![]() |

I'm surprised at Ngige. So all his noise making translated to nothing. yeye |
Diplomat001: -NO sex till she grows up and consent. a 12 years old girlI wonder which of the three statements above will carry the prize for the most vacuous, hopelessly iidoitic and pathetically illogical of the century. Could it be that their sick, twisted, demonic inspired sexual inclination somehow robs them of the abilty to think rationally?? Nonsense!! ![]() |
gunuvi: Give him serious beating anytime he comes back home to Edo.not a fan of violence, but I fully concur to this |
