ighoosagie: 1)Only ur highest education certificate is relivant no need of writing from primary sch. 2)Referes should not b included, 3)it must not b more than a pagethat is NOT true. Its usually the cover letter that should be short and straight to the point - usually just a page. The resume however, depending on ones experience, can be several pages long. As for the referee issue, in the NGO world you are almost always required to include at least three RELEVANT referees. So I would suggest it be included by default. Usually they would be contacted to provide info about the applicant. |
I posted this on a similar topic sometime ago. I believe it applicable here. FOlks should realize is that there many agents in the market capable of bringing the virus down to undetectable levels (<40cell/ML), leading to the disappearance of opportunistic infections and concomitant increase in CD4. This will lead to dramatic improvement in the health of the individual, as I've personally witnessed on numerous occasions. It appears this 'cure' will follow point 3. |
Tolueneayomide: Whenever i am sweating, my nose gts blocked with mucour & i start sneezing until i am able to gt air, any remedy? Is it during hot or cold weather? ivycrest: Doctor, I want to specially your service. Please I was diagnosed of a serious health issue, Gynaecomastia in short. Please I will like to know if surgical operation is the only solution, and if Yes, what is the likely cost? Kindly assist me, and I to have your email address or mobile number for further discussion. ThanksThe cause of the gynecomatia - yes, it has many causes - in most cases will determine the prognosis. However, in a majority of the cases, surgery seems to offer the most promising outcome - however it also comes with occasional complications. uzoo: how do i get rid of excess gas in my tummy ?If its not too severe, simple pepperint will do the trick. The more severe ones, eg causing pain or discomfort may require an antacid that contains what is called a 'carminative' (usually simethicone- you can check the label of any good antacid for it.) Lokiz: doc i need ur help. iam 12 week pregnant, and iam still seeing my period, how do i stop it? pls recommend the best vitamin for me and my baby. thanks.I'm not sure I get you. |
abolarin2moni: Hello Doctor, can somebody who is using parlodel for a month plus n later stoped for 3wks cos of cost n anticipatin to use bromergon since they do similar work ve d same result? do i stll need start d usage prescriptn whre i stopped frmor start frm low intake again?Well it depends on what you are using it for, the drug has a variety of uses. To your question, yes, both are brands of the same drug (bromocriptine) and performs the same function. Just ensure the same milligram of the active drug is being consumed. |
pretykid: Hi doc...pls I nid ur advice..I ws 12wks pregnant but had miscarriage four days ago..before the miscarriage,I had malaria and ma doc gave me lonart and I startd noticing brownish discharge vry little atfirst buh d day I completed d dose,d brownish discharge increased dt I had 2stat using pads cus pant liner cudnt do the work again..I complained at d hospital and d doc gave me buscopan 2reduce d pain cus I startd havin pains too buh stl same brown discharge whc d doc said its posible its an infection;sme mins later 2ds discovery,I felt an heavy tin cme out of me(I lost d baby).....wat am really bothered abt and rily wana no is if d miscarriage is as a result of infection or d lonart I ws given. NOte: I used 2av ds itching too buh it cmes once in a while...pls I nid 2hear d truth and no d way out as ds is d 2nd miscarriage I'll av,d ist happend@6mnths due 2stress..nw I stress mysef no mre and ma baby is gne ..tnx in adv as i await ur response.I'm very sorry for your loss. However, I truly doubt if the Lonart was responsible for the miscarriage. The drug is routinely given to pregnant women, after the 1sd trimester, to treat malaria. I'm suspecting an improperly treated infection. but this can only be confirmed if complete and proper assessment is done by a competent OBS/GYNist - yes, you should see one as soon as possible. |
Lokiz: doc i need ur help. iam 12 week pregnant, and iam still seeing my period, how do i stop it? pls recommend the best vitamin for me and my baby. thanks. This caught my attention so I had to respond. Please note the bleeding you're seeing is not your menses. Go to the hospital AT ONCE. |
Gabriel-lee:It is an X-linked gene, not Y. |
By all means stay away from drugs - anabolic steriods, as they are known. |
Blackteeth: Yes it helped. Thanks for the infomation cos I consume too much indomie too.As long as physical activity can burn those calories consumed, there shouldn't be too much problem. Issues of unhealthy diet arise when consumption of food - especially carbs - is far greater than the energy output. The excess is then stored and fat which could be dangerous. |
@OP, quite interesting fellis: Women evolved to have a better sense of smell to sniff out genetic deficiencies in a potential mate, since they had lesser chances of passing on their genes, it was more crucial to them to make sure that whatever partner they mated with was as satisfactory as possible. Women are also better with colors like you said. I am not sure what the reason for this is though I read somewhere that it helped with detecting poisonous fruits and plants (by their colours) while gathering food in the wild. Women mostly gathered food while men hunted.Yeah, I think I've read something of that nature. Generally, perception wise - smell, taste, sight - women are known to be better and keener in picking them up. Men are better at analyzing ie after the info has been gathered.. |
Les: I didn't read biology and I have an idea of wat am trying to say and u've corrected me and thanks for that. Am colour blind and d little I read about it, it's found in males only because it's found in d Y chromosome of a thing... And not in women because they dont have y chromosome, abi? So u are correct, thanks...It's actually found in the X chromomsome and the not the Y. Furthermore, women can and do have the disorder, though its admittedly far more common in males. The reason is that being a sex-linked recessive gene, carried only by the X-chromosome, a woman must get copies from both parents to be colourblind, unlike the man who needs just one copy. |
pro01: So it's egg yolks now? These people sef. Well, as the saying goes, what you look for, you would find. If researchers research keenly enough, they would find that everything consumed by humans is dangerous to one's health.na sooo ![]() |
^^Evidently. If this. . . Dr Weatherby explained: "intimate excitement gets the heart pumping and. . is true, then you'd expect the opposite of what the study claims, i.e there should be an increase in blood pressure. Its only if the excitement is accompanied by physical activity that improved circulation and a lower blood pressure would result. |
Krisgift: Go siddon joor.bad belle, why dont u copy and paste urs so we cn laff! bunmioguns: Mumu, i knw dt one day, u wil die of jealousyBad belle? Una well so? someone copied, word for word, the write up another person, without giving the owner due recognition. Are tomato-brained dimwits aware that its illegal? |
ojoko1: copied from Linda Ikeji's blog. I've seen this before.....SMHThis shyte has been around for years. I first came across it on a foriegn forum. I'll try to get the site. Yet smile4kenn is shamelesslessly taking the glory as though it was his. |
which part of zoo rd? |
Just for the records, I'm not discouraging the practice of regularly deworming oneself, at least 3-4 months for children and 6 months for adults. Indeed, routine administration of anthelmintics to pregnant women after the first trimester is recommended by WHO, especially for those living in areas of high prevalence of worms or those with poor sanitory conditions. This is against some earlier studies which had claimed the drugs could cause congenital malformations. |
Just how much do we make from oil for us to be losing such an obscenely colossal sum? ![]() |
ojubi: @ oops it is called "differential diagnosis"if only medical personnel can be humble enough to seek the opinion of other colleagues. A female friend of mine was so sick with severe abdominal pains that left her sleepless for more than one week and unable to attend lecture. She went for treatment at university of calabar teaching hospital were she did a scan and all manner of test the doctors told her she has" pelvic inflammatory disease" and gave her high doses of antibiotics and pain relievers but to no avail. This girl suffered and almost died of abdominal pains so I asked her to go to a private lab. And do a simple text known as "H pillory" used in detecting peptic ulcer, when the result came out it was positive, but the doctors in unical could not noticed this differential diagnosis. I prescribe antacids for her and gave her medical advice on the dos and Dons of peptic ulcer, and since that day that problem ended. Most times you just need to try another medical personnel. What you've described above, as well as OP's anecdote is not differential diagnosis, please. Simply put, DD is using the absence of an ailment to confirm the presence of another. Is that what you described above? Part of the reason I avoid this section. the amount of crap here is enough to give me ulcers. ![]() |
agoha_vivi: I recently went to see a friend who narrated to me, how her neighbour lost her 7year old child to worms. There are many ways of engaging in reasonable promotion of ethical products, but this. . . ![]() For a start, I'm struggling to see how worm infestation could take the life of 7 years old child living in a presumably well-to-do family, without any history of illness or co-morbidities. What type of worm exactly? Tapeworm? roundworm, pinworm? Even if we give OP's hard sell 'tory' the benefit of doubt, I truly doubt if a single dose of 'only N150' albendazole (Zentel(R)), usually 400mg, would suffice to offset the obviously heavy worm burden the poor child was harboring. It would have to be taken for at least 3 days and then repeated after a week. |
Sealeddeal: Enugu state has never scored 1st ten in anything whether by merit or by 'wayo',yet some people still think that Enugu state govt is the best in Nigeria.i laugh in arabicIt is not necessarily about how well the govt is performing per se, but how well they stick to their budget, and how transparently its implementation is. If they devote X Naira to project Y, then its expected that exactly X naira - no more, no less - should be devoted to project Y, within the fiscal year, in a manner that can easily be vouched for transparency. Its not about recklessly splashing out projects, however laudable they may be, all over the place. That seems to be the style of Enugu and Imo, as I will admit, being a frequent visitor to the place, that they do have a lot on ground. However, how transparently such monies are being deployed is another matter altogether. |
@Policewoman Ngozi, I have to admit you're one of the most beautiful uniformed lady I've ever seen. Please may I know which part of Nigeria you work? |
hmmm, that was pretty cool acting. |
bornosheikh: You need to know that Pakistan and Nigerians are DNA twins separated by Okija Juju when they began squabbling over a bowl of garri. I once met one guy running a Forex in Athens, who said he was was half Pakistani-half Nigerian - at that point, I dropped my money and scampered from that place. Dat mixture be the handiwork of a banished angel.*Jumps from Arik plane midair!* ![]() |
I was actually about to shout SCAM!! nice one though ![]() |
justwise: I don't believe that agents will sale the ticket cheaper than the airlines themselves. Whatever commission the airline gives to the agent will be added to the cost of the actual ticket. Its funny isn't it. that alone should be a danger signal to the careful traveler. |
oh crap! ![]() |
I'm not aware of Seun being a GEJ apologist in the first place. |
Well, I'm not a regular poster the romance board, but the sexkills/Ogugua love tango caught my attention - it had to, it was practically shoved in our faces! ![]() If this not the build up to an anticlimactic - and yes, increasingly irritating - 'hey!, its April fools' cliche, you have to suspect if any relationship actually existed in the first place. i.e was it a show all along? |
Hmmmm. . . |
