Well, I was just sitting aloof, sipping my black fearless small small . ...But then I thought about a similar scenario happening to my uncle who has only one wife... Their marriage has been blessed with five sons,and of course my uncle is a very well-to-do man...And out of their five sons,three of them studied abroad...

So after my uncle's retirement from the oil company he was working,he sat his wife down and had a discourse with her that he'd love to sell his port harcourt duplex so that he can use the money to build a house in his village here in Delta state...But his wife refused, insisting that everything that my uncle has worked hard to achieve belongs to her son's,that my uncle Shouldn't even dare think of selling anything....That has resulted to a serious pandemonium in their home..And of which my uncle has threatened to divorce her..But his wife has kept on threatening my uncle that she'd wreck my uncle if he should dare divorce her .

The wahala has even deteriorated from bad to worse to the extent that their sons has taken sides with their mom..... One time self,they all ganged up and beat their father .

My uncle has filed papers to a customary court,to divorce the marriage, because all the previous efforts he had made to take his bride price from his in-laws have proved abortive as they have been dribbling my uncle . He has vowed to sell everything,his shopping mall,his hostels,his other two storey buildings.....I even heard him complaining to my popsman that his wife has started to sell his cars and other things he left in his house..... Imagine someone who has different storey buildings now has to be a tenant in a two-bedroom apartment..

At this moment,my uncle has been plunged into a state of so much regrets,that if he had heeded to the advice of his kinsmen back then when they were advising him to marry a second wife,this wouldn't be happening to him .

On ur last statement... If he had married another wife, the scenario wouldn have been like what is happening in ebonyi were 2 sister communities r killing each other over land.

Actually selling ur duplex in port harcourt to build a house in ur village no make sense, he can as well tell the children his plans of retiring to the village and his greatest problem is accomodation.they can all contribute money ans build him a befitting house since 3 of them r abroad.
No need selling choiced properties and having issues over nothing.

When my husband talk to his father about it, he said the girl, that is my nanny has been his companion that he wants to marry her, mogbe I said over my dead body, my own maid, instead of my husband to be on my side he said if marrying the girl will make his father Happy that he has his support, the house we are living is build by my father in-law, it's a duplex, Mummy as am writing you my husband and his brothers followed my father in-law to pay my nanny dowry, they came back yesterday.

I didn't go with the children because I can't Believe my father in-law stoop so low to marry my maid when there are other women out there, last night I was talking to my husband and he told me to stop referring her as my nanny that she's now Married to his father therefore I should be calling her "Aunty mi", and my kids who usually call her Aunty should start calling her "Mummy", and I asked him what will she be calling me, he said anything she likes.

I am just here crying, someone I brought into my home has now turned madam over me, what should I do, and I can't tell my husband to rent another apartment when he has a duplex, papa can't leave either because he want to be close to his son, how long can I take this, please I need advice. 1km of road awarded prior to 2015 can never be the same as now.

He should concentrate on maintenance of failed portions and divert his attention from roads and rail to agriculture.
Cos even if contracts r awarded now, they won't be completed before he leave office.
And we all know how new administration behaves, once they come in, they stop contractors from working through starving themmof funds, contractors will be forced to leave site, they will inturn review the contract terms to suit their own demands...
At the end contract that was initially awarded for 10billion, will end up being review to 100billion. With enough kickbacks for the new guys.

Abuja kaduna rail was 80percent completed by the previous administration and i believed funds were duly paid to cover the entire contract before the admin left office.
Lagos-ibadan rail was 100percent funded by loans from chinaexim bank.
Kano-maradi is also 100percent funded by loans.
Calabar to lagos rail line will be funded 100percent by loans, till now they r looking for where to source for funds to kickstart it.
Likewise port harcourt-maiduguri rail line.
I don't know how much was used in completing warri-itakpe-ajaokuta railline....a line that is as useless as K in Knight.. That line was to connect the two steel milling plants but we all know thise plants r moribund.
No new power plant have been inaugurated apart from noise from solar farms which we haven't seen in south south region yet.
Almost every roads have collapsed... Buhari's budget since he assumed office is more than 50trillion so far yet nothing to show for it.
He still travels abroad for medicare, he still eats foreign rice, insecurity has now engulfed all region...
Fuel is now costlier compare to his promise of making it sell for 50naira a litre even after removing subsidy twice...
Food is even more costlier now than before...
