It's getting thrown out mainly by lower Circuit Courts who are mostly Judges appointed by Obama under the Obama admin, that is to say, Judges that lean LEFT and favor BLUE.

Wrong! All three judges that ruled in Pennsylvania Federal Court of Appeals are Republicans. The Judge (Stephanos Bibas) that wrote the briefing was appointed by Donald Trump. He even stated that the case is unwinnable cause it just stu.pid.

The Republican members of House of Representatives in Pennsylvania have introduced a resolution to declare the certification invalid due to confirmed election irregularities. The outcome is yet to be finalized. This week we will know how far.

He has already lost 35 cases since Election Day. To win the election, he will have to win at least 3 states including Pennsylvania. Unlike in Nigeria where you have a central election body like INEC, states in US are completely autonomous with different laws, police, hospitals, courts, etc. It is very unlikely that he would overturn election result in even 1 state.

Trump lost this election by more that 6 millions votes. It is impossible to come back from that.

I noticed tow things.

1. Many of the cars are old.

2. There are no traffic lights/stop signs at major intersections. I'm not sure I would be able to drive there. It's even scary to watch you drive in that video.

Trump made his speech after Hilary conceded.

Trump has refused to concede and that is an issue. There would be recounts in states where the tally is close. This has the potential to flip the results in favor of Trump. There are issues of questionable ballots. If they prove it, hundreds of thousands of votes can be discounted flipping it trumps way.

There are issues.

There is nothing about the US constitution that mention the concession speech. Presidential candidates just do it out of goodwill for the country to bring the people together after an election.

Trump has lost, there is nothing he can do about that. He will have to flip at least 3 states including Pennsylvania to have any chance of winning. I won't say it is impossible, but it is very unlikely.

On January 20th, at noon, Joe Biden will be sworn in as the President of the United States, any trespasser will be escorted out of the WH. They don't need Trump to achieve all this. He doesn't have an option.
